Hi, I'm not sure if I post in the right thread, but I still want to ask something.I have just purchased a used Toyota RAV4 2006 for sale [LINK REMOVED BY CYBEREALITY] from a Japanese platform since September as my birthday gift for myself. Well, I'm not a rich man .It runs smoothly and in good condition, however, I'm not really satisfied with its audio working, it does not work very well as I expected. I am thinking about getting the factory Subwoofer for my car, is there anyone used the factory set up? Is it worth the money? I don't like a woofer that will blow my eardrums out.Has anyone else acknowledged this problem? Many thanks in advance for your suggestions.
Is it good?
I'm curious as to how many folks received a Holiday Gift specific to Virtual Reality. Whether a piece of Hardware or Software. For me it was the GelPro Elite Floor Mat:I stood on this for an hour straight playing through the Single Player campaign of The Unspoken; the difference was impressive. Having been on my feet in VR for many long hours beginning back in April of 2016, I can say that having a high-end stress-relief floor mat feels awesome. There are plenty of other great mat's out there, and I highly recommend any of them to anyone who spends a great deal of time with Standing Experiences in VR.Anyone else get any fun/cool VR gifts?
Happy new year everyone and a wonderful 2018 :)May you all get many great VR experiences in 2018!
Can anybody recommend any video player for VR with gesture controls?I mean video player which works with any hand and finger tracking system (like leap motion or glove). Are there any examples?

Hi everyone.I recently purchased a laptop that has 16 GB of RAM and two SSD hard drives in a RAID 0 configuration. Now I have heard that dual video cards in a SLI array can cause problems with frame stuttering. If you could let me know if a RAID 0 configuration will cause any problems with the Oculus Rift that would be great. Thanks
I'm sure i posted on a thread about using VR for architecture this morning - it was in the off-topic section. Has it been deleted for some reason?

I purchased a Projector a few months ago and I have just noticed that it says it can run at 144Hz, which is what my Benq monitor can run at. The problem is the Projector only has Hdmi ports and I thought you could only get 120Hz from a Hdmi ports? I'm further confused because I only seem to be getting 60Hz and there's nothing allowing me to go higher in the Nvidia control panel? 60Hz is as high as it goes. How do I get a higher refresh rate on this projector using my Pc? My Geforce 1080 graphics card has Hdmi, Display port, and a dvi port. The projector is a 3D Projector, so I need it on a port that also supports 3D. Below is what it say about the projector and I have also put a link up for the Projector I purchased. Appreciate any help..Full 3D The GT1080e can display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D Blu-ray players, 3D broadcasting and the latest generation games consoles. Support for 144 Hz rapid refresh rate provides ultra-smooth flicker free images. The 3D-sy

For those that had been questioning why things had been quiet on the VR forum front of late, here is a really good overview from a VR developer on what they see is happening.https://venturebeat.com/2017/12/06/vr-isnt-dead-it-was-just-taking-a-nap/Note - For transparency, I write a column for a news service (VRFocus) that is funded by nDreams, but am impartial to their position, and only report what I feel comfortable covering.
What is that sort of fliker, line moving on edgeing technically called?I think this is what kinda ruins the VR experience for me and I want to know what they are doing to correct it.
