Hello, As i said in the subject the Software says i dont meet the minimum requirements to play VR altough i have RTX 4080 I7-13700KH 32GB Ram 2TB SSD   thank you for your help!

So my  Quest 3 left controller started drifting so I cleaned it using alcohol, When I tried to turn it on it started blinking white light for 5 times then it goes dead completely. When I disconnect the battery it blinks again for 5 times then goes dead. I tried:Remove the controller from the horizon app and try to reconnect itPressing menu + X and menu + Y for 20 secondsRemoving the battery for 30 minutes and try againPressing X then Menu 5 timesReconnecting the controller through the headertrying different batteryUpdating the headsetNone of them work, please help

I really need help fixing my sons account he cant play his games and I spent a lot of money on this for it to just go waste like that. Please help! What do I need to do to verify him

I am unable to connect the controllers to my Meta Quest 3. I performed a factory reset on the headset, but the issue persists. I also attempted additional troubleshooting steps, including resetting the Quest 3 controllers using the correct button combinations:Right controller: Hold the A button and press the Home (Meta logo) button five times. Left controller: Hold the X button and press the Menu button five times.However, no orange or white light appeared, and the light did not change to blue during boot. Because the controllers are not pairing, the firmware update remains stuck at 0%, leaving me unable to complete the setup process. 

My son's account got disabled pending age verification. I opened a support ticket. I submitted his birth certificate to verify his age. I submitted screenshots of the error I am receiving.  Now, I am being asked for his birth certificate again and a screen recording of me trying to verify his age.I keep being asked the same questions over and over. I have submitted everything that was asked for but I can't get his account enabled again. I just want his account turned back on. This shouldn't be this difficult. What do I have to go to get this resolved?

So i just got the new navigator but when im in a call with friends the call icon stays on my screen even in games how can i hide this?

Hi all,Has anyone found a fix for the Quest 3 Meta controller rechargeable batteries disconnecting at random whilst playing?I never had the issue with standard AA batteries or AA batteries.  Meta kindly sent a replacement batteries but sadly stil same issue. It happens on both the left and right controllers. They are charging fine. Thank you

Can anyone tell me how to remove the background sound from the home environment? I have an issue when i open youtube on the home page, the background audio starts playing and I cannot mute it

My headset was working perfectly fine until I was not able to open my oculus money, but I was still stuck inside of the game that I was playing so I restarted my headset and now my quest 3S is now stuck in pass-through, but it’s a very, very laggy and I can’t do anything

I have not used my Oculus Rift S for over 6 months because I moved from one house to another. Few days ago I tried to connect again . But I am experiencing a persistent login issue with my Oculus Rift S. Where to start...I had v79 going for a long time, until my Virtual Desktop Streamer decided to push an update and rendered my Quest 3's VD useless, forcing me to update. Got v85, and quite a few issues with it (bugging UI, elements not loading, and so on).After a couple months (4-6 ish), decided to check for VD updates, as features were not stable as they should (thanks for messing everything up in the place, ggodin).Checked for the version, had an update, etc. Noticed, that the Quest 3 system pointed out (something which I honestly dislike extremely) "Update 2.01" with a due-date to it, the typical "if you don't update now, we will update it regardless of your choice in a few weeks!", thanks Meta. Absolute consumer friendly behavior, especially in Europe. Updated the system, because why postpone it, if it is going to mess you up anyways. and the problems began.Glitching UI elements on the old UI. I know i use to use air link on my quest 2, however I am trying to use it on my quest 3 that i have had for over a year and it is not connecting. I have it "connected" and it says everything is working correctly, but when i try to link, the headset is permanently stuck in the meta logo loading screen and in the pc app it says "Meta Quest Link isnt working correctly. click here to check our support article" and then "we cant find your headset. please connect your headset."I am at my wits end. please please help.  FYI I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the pc, factory reset my headset, restarted both multiple times, unlinked - relinked, ect. I will redo any of these steps if they will help but i am in shambles. 

Hello, I am having trouble playing any game, i tried yeeps and it said validation error. I tried other games and it is stuck on the logging in page. I have tried hard reset, clearing storage, checking software updates, deleting and redownloading games, and logging out of my meta account on my phone and logging back in. My sources were YouTube and the meta help page. If anyone can help please tell me.

Basically, today while playing rec room, i went on my menu and idk if i did something but it was the navigator menu instead of the universal menu, and i dont know how to change it back, dont get me wrong, its good and all but i like the old one better can i plz know how to change it back? 

I've had a meta horizon account since I bought my quest. I put my number on the account my email and etc. but ever since I've moved to another country I completely forgot to change the old number to the new one.. and I one day factory resetted both my phone and quest 2.Ever since then, I haven't been able to login because of the phone number being stuck to that account, and that I had a bunch of  recovery codes that I honestly haven't saved. Or just can't find them at all.. I have the old recovery codes I think. But the new ones are completely gone. and I can't let it go because I've had that account for so long and has lots of screenshots and screen recordings I miss.Can anyone help me?

Hello,I have realized after moving to my dad’s for spring break, my quest 3 will open games perfectly. But when it comes to logging in on that save on the quest, all games rather give me a “login failed” or doesn’t load at all. I have tried multiple internet connections, resetting boundary history, soft and hard resets and it still has the same issue. Please help me since I need entertainment for the next week or so.

I just purchased a Quest 3s last night and was using it with no issue then and this morning. Just a bit ago I pulled it off of the charger. It was indicating that it was fully charged. I turned it on fine but had to take it off for a moment. When I went back it was powered off and now it wont turn on and when I plug it in there is no indicator light. I have tried holding the power and volume down button to reset but nothing has worked.

Description of the Issue:I recently purchased a Quest 3 VR headset and was able to play Beat Saber without issues after the initial setup. It worked fine for one day, but I started experiencing an issue the next day. The game opens, but the play button won’t load on any song. As the title says i finally got the new navigator UI im learning to use it but i cant figure out how to remove old uninstalled games in demos from my library anyone know how to do this thanks?

I think we shouldn't be required to have a pc linked to our headsets if we want to play this game, they have all the controls needed but not an app, should be a simple solution theoretically just some minor adjustments to software to make it fully compatible.

Not sure anyone else is playing Mole a Hole  but enjoy it. The game is simple in some ways.  You dig a hole and find things.  Then you can sell what you found and by things to help you.  This has happened  twice to me.  I bring the game up and my money ios still there, sill have what I bought, i can move around the yard,  but I can't dig new holes.  First time it happened I started a new game and everything worked  but today the same problem happened  Any suggestions welcome.   

so i was going to start playing some vr after not playing for a while and when i launched my Q3 it prompted me to sign in to the wifi and once i inputted the password it said "Obtaining IP address" and then eds with "Saved/IP configuration failure". I have tried many solutions proposed on the internet and was also able to connect to my phone and PC's hot spot, but for whatever  reason I am unable to connect to my home's main wifi.I also tried connecting with a static IP and it said it connected but was "Unable to provide wifi"
