When I try to get the code to connect to my phone so I can set it up it tells me the email is bad but it's not 

Does anybody know how to get the screw back in from the battery strap? Tried everything but can’t seem to get it in without break the oculus. 

My quest 3 controllers work just fine when im entering in my passcode, but after it logs me in i then can no longer press anything wiht my controllers, they are still connected and track normally and i can see the trigger move on the in vr version of my controller so i know its not a problem with the physical trigger, but i no longer have the cursor the would appear on the menu when you point your controller at your menu, i also can no longer see the line that would appear in front of your controller for  our cursor.I have tried all the following methods to attempt to fix it with no result:Factory resettingUnpairing and repairing controllersReplacing batteriesRestarting headsetClearing boundary historyEntering immersive mode and re entering passthroughSwitching accountsPressing with the end of the controller

My left controller wouldn’t work it was flashing & flashing. My right one was connected & working. So my son was looking stuff up came across factory reset, he did that now the headset is like new but both controllers won’t pair, unfortunately when he did that it disappeared from my app so I’m now not able to set it up on my phone, both controllers have new batteries but won’t pair to the headset that was factory reset. Please help.! I’ve tried almost every thing that has popped up on here to try and repair nothing works. 

I received a gift bundle "Walkabout Mini Golf - Whole In One Bundle" recently but I could not find a way to redeem it. Normally you should be able to redeem a certain app/game on that store page with the "..." button -> "redeem gift". However this button is just no accessible in any bundle gift.When you check on any bundle, the store page only shows the Arrow sign which is a sharing button. I tried on Chrome or Edge but there is no luck.I also tried to access the bundle store page on the headset itself (Quest 3). You will first see the "..." button on the bundle gift, next to the "purchase" button. Once you click the "..." button, it will vanish and the "purchase" button simply widened to take over the space that the "..." button took.It is so frustrated to know that you can buy a bundle gift but you cannot redeem it. Anyone who know how to redeem the bundle gift please let me know how. thanks 

My quest 2 menu will not open. Every time I load in, I am in my virtual home, or in my passthrough. Every-time I load it up, it shows me how to use passthrough, even though Ive been using it for years. I have had my oculus for 2 years now, and I am not sure what to do. It tells me to open my menu on my left controller, but that does nothing, every time I close the tutorial screen, it opens it up again. This screen blocks me from using my menu. I have tried literally everything. Ive hard rebooted it countless times, restarted it, and powered it off. Ive turned off my wifi, and even went in a car to a different location to try it. Nothing seems to work. I have not factory reseted it yet, and I would not like to go to that point until I’ve tried everything. However, there is not much more I can do. This is only on my primary account though, Ive turned off the WiFi, and even made an alternative account just to try to fix it, but it lets me open the menu on the 2nd account. Ive also let it

Hi, I have been using a Rift S for some years now and I also suffered from the bug, where I got no display, only a black screen. The latest update from Meta Horizon Link did solve that.So now when I am playing it suddenly looses sound and then the image freezes. On some occasions I heard a static tone first, then disconnect.If I check the Rift connections it says all green and connected and I can just restart my games, only to face the same fate. I have updated my Nvidia drivers already. Any options I can try, besides waiting until Meta has found there is a problem still? Cheers

Hi I have the meta quest 3 s I made my account and we have the horizon + I made a character for my son but when he goes to horizons + it asks for a subscription but it says you can add 1 kid account and use the same subscription ca someday please help been hours with this thing trying to get it to work any information would be appreciated 

Right controller trigger button not working, have tried restarting device, factory reset and unpair and pair with headset again, nothing has worked anyone have anymore advice?only purchased in Dec 2025, thanks

I noticed characters had started spawning invisible, but the weapons were still there. I could still attack but I couldn’t see them. I deleted some mods and it didn’t work. I deleted all my mods and they were still invisible. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but now the game won’t even load to the start screen. It just gets stuck at “LootConfig” at 54%. I’ve tried clearing app data, removing and reinstalling, and even turning off cloud backup and attempting to reinstall. I love playing this game and it’s frustrating. Any advice regarding this? I’ve tried all but factory resetting my headset, which I’ll do if needed, but if anyone has additional suggestions I’m open to em. Thank yall in advance!

I can’t even open the game I can’t go to the main menu or anything and I really want to play 1.0 help pls?  Also sometimes it sends me to the store page

So i had to reset my Meta Quest 3 and delete the registration. Now i will add the Quest 3 in my user account but i cant. I need the rma Code or any bill. How is possible without? I connect the quest3 with meta horizon successfully. thanks for helping. The quest3 is now 3 years old and out of support.

Hi,I am trying to install the quest link on a new windows laptop, but it keeps getting stuck on the VR Downloads page after I log in to my account. There's no continue button or an option to select a location on this page. I reinstalled several times and changed the download location, but they didn't work.Has anyone experienced this before? 

I bought my 13 year old son the meta quest 3s for Christmas. It came with the walking dead game for free. When trying to download it it required I approve it because of his age. I did the approval create family meta account linking it to my Facebook and then sending him the link to finish. But he doesn't have Facebook. It would not let him do it. Anyway he ended up doing a factory reset and created a new meta account to put his age as 17 to get the walking dead game without jumping through all the hoops. But now it is saying the game is almost 30.00 instead of free. What do I do?

I accidentally made my age too young and i cant change it. Im not making a new account because i spent money on this one 

yesterday i was playing beat saber on my quest 2 like i do every day but when i went to lay today i saw it was turned off completely (which i dont normally do) do i let it turn back on but it never did it just keeps turning on the meta logo spins once and then it reboots, but weirdly if i dont have my face on the headset it boots to a grey screen and then does the same but it only does that if my face isnt on the screen, if i try to reset using the onscreen recovery menu the reset screen shows for a second and then it starts doing the same thing as before. i have tried updating the software through metas website but im still having no luck :( any ideas because i dont really want to buy a new headset.

I'm trying to send my quest 3 to get repaired but i am unable since the web in meta says i don't own a device, despite this the meta horizon app shows that my device is owned by my account, and in the web itself I can see the purchases i made these months, I am trying to get in contact with any telephone or mail that could be of use but as said, this is kind of a road block and i don't know why the web is confused.The device is unable to be paired in any way since is locked in a sort of safe mode so i cannot link it to anything.

I own a Meta Quest 2I am having horizon link issues and a possible fix I read about was doing a factory reset and reconnecting my device. After performing the factory reset, the headset can no longer be paired to my account. Now finding this forum i see a lot of people are having connectivity issues but i put myself further away. Meta systems show:- No devices associated with my Meta account- Serial number starting with 1WMM returns “device not found”- Meta Quest mobile app throws GraphQLError 1675012(OCDeviceProfilesManagerSurfaceQuery – Device ID must be specified)The Meta support website blocks ticket creation because there is no device record.This appears to be a backend device desynchronization / orphaned device issue. I am the first and only owner of this device.Requesting Meta staff escalation for manual backend device reassociation or resolution.

Dear Support,I know several people report the same problem: I am trying to connect to my PC using Meta Quest Link. Remote desktop does work properly, but when I try to enable Link, I get nothing but the black screen with Meta logo and three dots. I have tried connecting using both AirLink and via cable, same result. PC connected by ethernet cable. I have checked the PC requirements and I think I meet them all, but perhaps laptops don't work as well with Link? What I have:1. Meta Quest 3 headset (all updated)2. Meta Quest Link app installed and updated3. PC drivers all updated.4. I bought a Quest 3, a couple of days ago, it initially worked ok. But I wanted to get the best out of it, so I gave ChatGPT all my PC/GPU/Game and play information, of which I updated all the various settings, until I broke the PC Link, after 8 hours of trouble shooting/multiple reinstalls.  I eventually found the one setting out of nearly 200 that resolved my issue.I found out that the Purple Sky PCVR Link loading screen gets stuck/locked/frozen if you have used the Oculus Debug Tool and set the Encode Bitrate (Mbps) too high (I can use 940, but NOT 1000, my cable tests at 2.9Gbps)! To test, set it to 0 (auto), use the Service menu to Restart Oculus Service, wait 2 mins and try the link again. Note: Restarting the Oculus Service this way kicks you out of the Purple Sky PCVR Link loading screen.Happy VR'ing!

Whenever I start the headset, the left controller doesn't press down.  When I'm in games, the hand doesn't open until like a few minutes. I've changed the batteries, reset the headset, unpaired the controllers, but the problem keeps continuing.  

Both of my controllers on my brand new quest 3s aren’t showing the white line to click on games and they won’t show up at all and when I go on games where I have to use the left joy stick to move I always move backwards or to the right but I don’t have stick drift because I just got the headset for Christmas.

I started the Meta Horizon+ free trial on 12/20/25, I then canceled the trial so I wouldn’t be charged in 12/24/25. I noticed I was charged by Meta for $7.99 on 1/20/26. However, when I look at my account there’s no history of being charged? I tried requesting a refund but the AI support really sucks :(
