Developer Dashboard Feedback

There seems to be a problem adding individual users to a release channel (in our case a private app Business channel). The email is received by the invitee but the link goes to an error page. "WHOOPS! This page is not available right now. Please try again later."I don't know if this is only occurring with Private Apps or if it's a more general problem. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone have a workaround?

Anyone else having this problem? The new "Organization Grouping" functionality doesn't look to have any way to set "Roles" for members. I'm able to add members in "Organization Group Members" but only option for a "Role" is "Admin" - which isn't helpful at all.Does anyone know how to get to these settings?Thanks in advance!

However, I've encountered an issue during the app creation process.When I click on "Create App," I don't see an option to select the "Other" app type, which is necessary for my integration. Hello,I submitted my app for review through the Meta Horizon Dashboard more than a week ago, but the status remains “In Review” with no updates or progress. I would like to know if this delay is typical or if there is a way to check the current status or expedite the process.Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take to receive feedback or approval?Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Are there any developer hub options for Linux? Will it load with WINE? 

The whole developer experience for setting up Meta is broken. Zuck needs to do this himself to see why the developer adoption for the Quest sucks and perhaps he can fire the useless org that works on this. Why do we need to create and verify an organization to write a simple hello world app? Why in the hell do we need to do these steps before we can turn the device into developer mode? Surely someone came up with this brilliant idea!  Clearly a very frustrating experience!

Hi,Could you please add an option to the dashboard to allow the Quest 3 controllers not to automatically wake up, but to use the Meta home and menu buttons to turn on the controller like a normal controller? I would prefer to come back to a controller that does not have a flat battery when turning the Quest 3 back on and is better for the environment. Thank you!

I have a quest 3s and when I cast the Gaim shooting app, the view is down the side of the gun instead of along the top of the gun.This detracts massively from the app and ruins the whole meta quest experience.Can this be changed??

Hi, We got blocked out of our developer account by someone who was a partner in our business and decide to leave overnight. As a full admin, there was nothing we could do to prevent him from doing this. However, we have contacted developer support to sort out this issue. We raised the issue on the 7th of Jan and we haven't had any communication back from Oculus apart from triaging team. Any one has a good tip that would help solving this? Now that the AppLab to Store transition is finalized for all apps and our app was already transitioned some weeks ago, we still struggle to find it in the store via the specified keywords and words from the description. Only the exact app name works like it was before during AppLab days.Is this something we still have to wait for or did we forget to configure something?

I created test users from dashboard but when i try to add them from profile page, quest sends a link to mail. obviously i don't have any access on mail. I tried:1-Creating fb account (sends confirmation mail)2-Tried to add from mobile app and pc quest app.  (Only instagram and facebook are available)I actually can log in from mobile or pc. so what do we do to use test users? factory reset to quest and log in?Thats frustrating.  Do you have any suggestions? 

Hi, we have the following case: we are submitting our new game as "Full release", for which we need to put the build on production channel. When the submission is accepted - and we can schedule the release date - do we have the possibility to change the production build before the scheduled premiere or do we need to resubmit again with the new production build?

I'm not able to login to dashboard with my other account. Cannot also access this forum with that account. Everything works fine with this one, but if I use the other one, I get error message. The actual login seems to work but after it goes through I get "Oops, you seem to be lost" error. I tried to invite that account to my organization, but when I click the link from email I again end up to error page after login. If I try to login with this account, I get in but get error that the invitation isn't for this account (obviously). But in summary: login, links and dashboard works fine with this account but not the other. Sadly that is the admin account for my Quest 2, so I'd really need to get the dashboard working to enable developer mode.
