I want to change the background environment. The software tells me to use a 360 PNG or JPG file. Where can I find some free ones. How do I upload it to my Quest 3? I see where I and change the image. It shows 3 examples, but I'm not sure how to add/upload one that I find.

I'm unable to access Horizon Worlds. On the phone companion app when I try to access a world it says I'm suspended and to check my email for details. There is no email. What would the sender address be or the email title? I don't see anything in my mail when I search Horizon Worlds. I've been suspended for a long time already. I feel like I deserve an explanation. I don't know what I did that was against community standards.

I've been trying for several days to download Batman. The 2 hrs. Of batteries are not enough for downloading the full game 20GB. I've also, already tried putting the VR to sleep, for ex. It reaches 3GB and reboots (I checked In the app)It Never completes installing completely.How should I fix it? 😭 Thank u in advance. Sol

Just wondering if the exceptional refunds reset and if they do how long it takes.

i have free 3 month of meta horizon plus, but i can’t activate it because i haven't paypal and cant bind the card. i have money on quest cash wallet, but i don’t understand can i use them to buy horizon+ or no, because i haven’t the right button

so everytime i record beatsaber the songs are super quiet you can barely hear it while my other games when i record them there audio works anyway to fix it

How do you claim the gift?

I took a look around the bay for the first time.  I liked what I saw, but when I checked the settings, I didn't see any option to change the fishing pole from my right hand to my left hand. Does anyone know how to use the fishing pole with their left hand? 

I’m not sure how many refunds you can have or if there is because I downloaded a Trombone game and haven’t played for even an hour and I just bought it, but can’t refund. I’ve refunded about 4-5 games this week so I’m not sure if there is a limit or it’s bugged? 

I want to buy a bundle on gorilla tag and I bought something on meta before and now when I go to buy something I have 30 dollars in meta cash and it won’t work how do I fix it  

I bought Trombone champ unflattened and I can’t refund even though I just bought it yesterday and played for no longer than an hour. Pls help? I want Painting vr instead🥹

Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried tons of stuff but I'm starting to believe that they've just removed it as nothing seems to make it appear as an option again 

I want to get a refund on Trombone Unflattened because I haven’t used it for 2 hours and just bought it last night but am not able to get it refunded? Can a meta worker help?

I bought hard bullet, but didnt want it anymore so I tried to refund it, but it said I cant even tho i played it for an hour, less than 2 weeks, and havent refunded 5 games in the past 30 days, also i cant seem to find the text to meta agent in the website, PLS HELP!!!!

Hi, I bought a Meta Quest 3 and the box says that Batman: Arkham Shadow is included. But when I go to the Meta Store, the game only shows for $67 and I don’t see any option to redeem it for free. Has anyone else had this issue? How can I claim the game that was advertised with the headset? Thanks!

when i open up meta worlds, after a few seconds it crashes and says meta worlds horizons has stopped working. Any way to fix this? I'm not always using it so its odd that there would be a problem with my device, I've restarted, and updated my software too. 

Since 2022 I've had a quest 2 but now I've been thinking about upgrading to the new xbox vr quest 3s.but now I've been wondering I've the games I've purchased and all my files be saved on the new vr?

Me and my mother have recently finished Arizona Sunshine 1 remake and we had a great time playing it together, now we started on Arizona Sunshine 2 and we both have the same error, the game closes with a pop up saying ''Low Memory'', we have to restart our Quest 3 headsets efter each level we complete in order to play the next. I have searched the internet and found posts about this from 6 month to over a year a go and I have seen that the same error occurs with other games such as Batman Arkham VR. So I am not sure weather it's the game or the Quest 3, or if I should open a ticket to Meta about it.It feels really awful as a new VR user to buy a game at full price times two just to find out that it doesn't work properly, especially for my mom who is completely new to gaming. Is there anything that can be done in settings or something to make this annoying low memory error go away before we give up on the game and uninstall it. Thank you.

Hi All,I hadn’t used my Quest 3 for about a year but decided to get it out recently. I went to play the Imagine Dragons songs and all the newer alternative maps have disappeared. In fact, it’s possible all the alternative maps have disappeared from my headset. Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone tell me how to get them back please?

I have quite a few apps in my library and I want to remove them all as I'll probably never play them again and are just a waste of space. I also have this bug on my headset where certain apps will automatically install every time I power on my headset. I feel an appointment remove option will help this bug, help free up space on my headset and clean up my library so it doesn't look so messy because to be honest, I don't use the drop-downs.

When i use the Virtual Desktop appim using a bluetooth keyboard and mouse connected directoly to my headset, this works will most of my apps including virtual desktop, however im not able to see the mouse cursor for some reason. If i happen to hover over a control on the pc i can see thats its highlighted as the cursor is over it, but i cant see the cursor itsself. any ideas? I have tried disabling hand interaction etc, restarting the pc, restarting virtual desktop streamer etc.

The people app isn’t allowing us to make or accept calls. I read somewhere to uninstall and reinstall People but I can’t find any way to do it
