Since Sunday, March 23, my library fails to load on first boot. The app tiles are perpetually loading. The only way to load the library it is to open an app through the mobile app and then quit the app. I have factory reset my headset as a last resort and it did not fix the issue. I am still able to play games, but it is very inconvenient.I am on a meta quest 3 I have had for 1 year.

Hey everyone, I need some help with my Quest 3S.The screen is completely grey, and I can't see anything except for notifications and the volume bar. The lights on the headset and controllers hardly show; when they do, they just flash white and then stop.I have already tried:Hard bootingFactory resettingSideloading an update from the official websiteNone of these have fixed the issue. Is there any way to fix this, or is the hardware broken?

If anyone knows how to fix this pls help I’ve tried everything I know of, the app opens and just goes straight to where I’m seeing something like reels

Has anyone had issue with their controller/‘s entering sos mode and if so how do you fix it because since the update happened my controller entered sos and booting and restarting my vr hasn’t fixed it and unpairing to re-pairing hasn’t fixed it all it does is “update my controller successfully” which really does nothing and my only option is to factory reset my vr which I’m trying to avoid so If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.

Looking for some help from the community. My Meta Quest 3S boots normally, shows the Meta logo, but then it just goes to a solid grey screen and never loads into the home environment.Here’s what I’ve already tried:Factory resetInstalled the latest updateRestarted multiple timesNone of that fixed the issue. Hi, I stored some audio files in the music folder but I can't see them in the files menu. I only can see in the recent files. How fan I see the music folder?Is there any music reproduction app in local (this device) different than Browser?Thanks

I need help with re-enabling my Quest 3 headset, which was suddenly disabled only a few days after I received it. The device was working perfectly at first, and then without any warning it became blocked by Meta. Device details: Meta Quest 3 Serial Number: *** I purchased the headset second-hand, and after it became disabled I contacted the seller. Unfortunately, the seller provided inconsistent information about the original purchase date and was not cooperative when I requested a refund. I have since resolved the dispute with the marketplace, but the device remains unusable. I’m hoping Meta Support can help verify the status of this headset and advise on whether it can be re-enabled. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There is no option at all to choose the projection mode when playing a video in the native video player anymore. No 3D, 180, 360, nothing, just 2D. What happened? Why did Meta remove this feature from the video player? What is the point of having a VR Headset if I can't watch my VR videos in VR mode? I have already updated it and nothing changed. Some people are compaining about this in Reddit and even a Quest 3 user was complaining about it. What is the point of this? 

Hello There, I've recently been having my Quest 2 start to lock up on me for a few seconds while playing games and stuff and just last night, it will load to the startup area but, show no menu options. I mean literally nothing that would normally be front and center like the horizon feed, etc is visually there. Pressing the meta button does nothing but make a dull like error sound. Trying to press the power button for the selectable power options does nothing and a hard reset boots in back into the same thing of none of the free floating menus showing. I saw that a factory reset might fix things but trying to move over saves manually is taking hours right now when normally it would take minutes.  I'm at a loss right now about what it would be. Still not done with the saves. Model:Quest 2 256GBBought used from ebay back on the near end of 2022.

Hello! I cant see my unknown sources apps at horizon os 2 however it was possible before update. Its a official app in google market. No way to pin  

So i just got OS update version 2.3 but i cant find any patch notes and i dont see any difference in the OS anyone have a link to the patch notes or know what changed?

had a few problems over the past few days with my quest 2 stuck on a black screen. reset it today using the online tool and put it on charge. 15 minutes later i could smell burning. The proximity sensor between the lenses has melted through the front of the headset. Any idea how i could report this to meta ? possibly get a replacement

I have a time limit set on my metaquest 2 for my child to use and it is not syncing. It always says that no time has been spent when I know it has . It was working for a while but suddenly stopped. I have cleared cash, did not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, did not work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Meta makes it seem like V2.1 PTC should be an entire new experience, however after updating I still don't have NAVIGATOR or the SURFACE KEYBOARD feature. Can't hide hands, there's quite literally nothing that changed, like it's the same thing from 6 months ago, like what is the point of even naming this V2.1?Why do some people have the new navigator/surface keyboard feature on v2.1 but I don't, it's the same version... Meta should differentiate the version numbers because I clearly have a completely different firmware from others. It makes no sense.

Have they ever found a solution to the software brick that happened a year or 2 back? I don’t feel like shelling out more money i already have 3 headsets and at this point im debating just going to vive or ps5 vr

So i have just bought a oculus rift s, and it wont detect that i have pluged in the displayport. So i was wondering if there is any programs that make the Rift S work with the Intel arc b580. And if not then i want to know if guys are working on adding vrsuopport the the intel arc b580, and if so in what timeframe is it going to be released?

To whom it may concern,Sometime last week I tried to log in to Shovel Up, i was met with a prompt advising that, "Your account is restricted right nor. Due to several  violations against out Conduct in VR Experiences policy, you cant access Worlds.- For more information about this , please check your email."I did check my email- spam/junk/promotions/ etc.- with no correspondence relating to this matter. I even utilized the Horizon Support Chat. The chat eventually advised that it could not assist me. I have verified that my Account is in good standing as well. I finally located the forums and messaged an admin profile to explain the situation. I have not received any feedback. I am still blocked from accessing worlds and yet- have no supporting evidence as to why. Thank you.Please help, Grim Memzi 

I tried everything but every game with authentification (Like gorilla tag or orion drift)gives me the error:"Unable to authenticate with MothershipReason: responce is empty / malformedError Code: 9999"is there any way to fix this without factry resetting my quest?

I'm seriously try many times i restart the vr many times but still won't work even i do the factory reset but still won't work this issue came after i update my headset to v81 my headset is quest 3S the bightness slider move but the bright doesn't change so please fix it i love playing with my headset but this issue make me don't won to play please fix it for me _ love you 

His birthday is not letting me unsuspend his account.  He does not have a separate email for me to do anything.  I dont have the device under my account so their AI support is unhelpful.

Back in 2024 when they migrated accounts, mine never worked properly. I had a support ticket open, but they never followed through and helped me.I no longer have access to the email tied to my Quest 3.When trying to login in to my Facebook account with the old email, it says it doesn't exist, even though my phone number pulls up two accounts, both of which are me. Neither account successfully sends me an SMS. Only the email NOT LINKED to the oculus works and receives a code to login. On the Oculus, ONLY using my phone number allows me to login by receiving an SMS.This absurdity has been in place ever since they f'ed up the whole migration.

I noticed after seeing a controller update, for some reason it appears the IR emitters stopped working on the headset as I can no longer play games when it's dark and it struggles tracking even when its just a little dim.

I need help with my 2fa Account. I had a factory start my phone And when I did that I've logged out of my horizon account for my quest, And when I try log back in it sends to my SMS That I don't have anymore. But I do have the Google authenticator That I use but I don't think that's any help. So if anyone can help me, please.
