When I try to add any profile to my headset I get and error message saying “cannot add to device” then when I try to get help from a human support I can’t because it says “Support isn’t available for this device.” I don’t know if my headset is some sort of banned but this is getting frustrating.  

I setup my child’s account for his new quest 3s on Christmas. So far, so good. When he turned 13, he was going through the process of setting up his teen settings. I suppose he entered his screen name incorrectly and associated that with his email address and now we can’t figure out how to access his original screen name that is associated with my account. We still have access to that screen name but have no idea what email is associated with it. Anyone know how to find out the email address for a screen name?

When I try to play my quest 2 it stays in pass-through mode and flickers black. I tried everything except for factory reset. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

Our organization is unable to package and Deploy Meta Quest Link to our hundreds of staff PCs because of the way the installer was built, this has been an ongoing issue for years and needs to be addressed.The Meta Quest Link application does not have an offline installer, the installer simply acts as a downloader for the application, which is already problematic, but to make matters worse:There is no fully silent uninstall flags. Using /unattended does not completely work as an interface will still open, and it will also still sometimes require user input. Hello does anyone know to do the meta quest warranty my oculus came with one my meta quest isn’t charging or turning on when I tried to claim it. It says there’s no devices associated to my account.

Hi, My meta quest link app always says that my PC doesnt meet the requirements, even though I just bought a new PC. Here are the specs:GEFORCE RTX 5060AMD 7 5700X32GB of RAM1TB storage.My older PC had a 1660 super in there and I never had that message pop up wich is strange, because you would think that the new PC would handle VR even better, but I have been getting quest link issues, like not connecting to my PC, even tough my quest is connected with a link cable. If anyone knows how to fix this issue that would help me out a lot! Thank you!

So i have 2 quest headsets. My quest 3s has v78, no account linked and rooted. I have custom homes, termux running archlinux through chroot and full turnip driver support. I also have access to basic stuff such as android settings. Now for the quest 2. Hello im a Quest 2 user and when i was trying to get the latest version of the Quest 2 and when i did get it, it told me version 74.0 but the latest version is v83 and im far behind but when i checked for searching for updates it wont show me the updates it keeps saying searching for updates forever and when i exit and go back in to see if it found an upate the OculusOS just crashes on me. I it all started because i trie calling my friend on the horizon app in vr it told me i needed a software update but its searching forever never stops. do i have to factory reset or get a new Vr Headset because im losing hope ive not touched the vr for years If anyone Knows any Fixes Please let me know ASAP i jut wanted to play with my friend and call 

meta quest link on pc, keps saying update ready for download, but wont start. been happening for about a month now. but from my googling v83 is the latest.  

Ever since I got v85 I've been having the black flashing screen. It's gotten to the point where I can't play any games because I keep having to restart my headset and I lose all progess. Is there a fix coming? Has there even been an acknowledgement of the issue from META??? Update: I followed the advice of someone on a different thread and took out the bobovr cable when it happened and it stopped immediately. It now hasn’t happened since. Whether that was the fix or they’ve patched something on their end, I don’t know. 

Hey, so, I'm under 18 and I can't set up parental supervision due to my account not being eligible or a technical error, I've tried so many ways to get it to work but it keep giving me the same error no matter what my parents try, they can't supervise. Are there any fixes? 

I redeemed a $50 Meta Quest gift card and the Quest Cash successfully shows in the wallet. However, I cannot make ANY purchases with it. I wanted to claim the batman game and have been trying to register my device using the bundle sn from my box on the support site but all ive been getting is a message saying "device not available for support" for weeks. Pls help. 

I dropped my meta quest 3 and I couldn’t turn on cause when I did after 10 seconds it just shut down and I took it to a repair shop and they said they couldn’t fix it now I can’t turn in on and when I charge it it justs shoots air in and out every second if you need what’s the problem with the hardware is please tell me maybe I can fix it

Was on the headset yesterday and it randomly just got stuck on the see though mode. Turned it off left it for today and it still doesn’t work.  It’s stuck on the same issue stuck on see through mode. I can only see my room and can only put up/down the volume and turn it on and off.Can’t use the controllers, made sure it has battery it says it’s connected on the app.I’m in a well lit room.Cleaned the headset even though it’s literally brand new.Tried hard booting it of course. Still nothing. Would rather not have to factory reset or send it back /: Any help is appreciated, thanks(Also tried getting ahold of someone human on customer support but they couldn’t find my headsets sn. Which doesn’t make sense since I bought it on amazon by meta) 

It’s so fun to use meta quest 3 but I’m so disappointed there no text to text for deaf people to communicate or if hearing people try talk us and we can’t hear them what they saying , I would like use text to text typing in near future thank you 🙂

i have the Quest 3 VR and i'm using it with the BoboVR headset adapter. i've been using it for about 2 months now and everything worked GREAT! couldn't have  been happier. but for the past 2 weeks, when i'm using it will (at random times after i start using it) the display will start blinking on and off at a rate that is a bit faster than once per second. it would continue until i rebooted the session. yesterday, i found out that if i unplugged the battery cable from the goggles the blinking would stop, and i could plug the battery cable back in and be fine after that. has anyone had this experience with the BoBoVr headset?thanks for your help in advance, Russ from Florida, USA

Hi, bought a new Quest 3s, linked with a connected horizon account. Couldn't claim the promo batman game so I tried support. Logged into my meta account and it says there are no devices associated with my account then tried with the "other option"entered serial numbers (the one on the device) and got a "no support available for this product " which must be a mistake. can't talk to an agent because there are no devices associated with my account, can't get around by identifying my device... I have spent 3 hours trying to find a way. please help ! Willing to contribute however you want to help speed this up. Thank you

Hello everyone hopefully someone can help me get this resolved. I'm  on an alt account because I no longer have access to my primary account. Im still logged into my 3s headset but completely locked out of the meta horizon app because I got a new number and o longer have access to the old number on my account. I have access to the email but it still requires the old number or 2fa which I no longer have access to. I've had my headset just shy of 1 year so I already through away the box that I guess has a different serial number on it. When I try to verify by using the serial number of my headset it asks for, it says support isn't available for my device. Like.I said im still logged into my primary account on my headset but no way of updating the information. Please help. Thanks!

It might just be a bug with mine, but I have found that if I forget to charge my 3S after it's low, it tends to randomly play the 'battery low' tune but slowed down when it dies in the middle of the night and it scares the living heck out of me. Tried asking meta's AI support bot but got nothing helpful. Please tell me if anyone else's headset does this, cuz it's FRIGGIN ANNOYING.

my meta app has been  stuck on update drivers this flag does not go away if i click update and let the app restart then restart pc i have also updated my other drivers tried clicking it with and without headset plugged in via cable anyone know how to fix? Imagine special shoes with electronic switches built into the sole, under the insole. When I’m standing, both switches are pressed and they send a signal to the headset that I’m standing still. When I lift my right foot, it’s a signal that I’ve stepped forward, and then I alternate my feet to control walking speed or running. When I lift my left foot, it’s a signal that I’ve taken a step backward, and then I alternate my feet again to indicate backward movement.While walking in place, I can physically turn my body, which naturally rotates the headset, so turning is already solved. The only exception would be turning in place without walking — in that case, I’d need to hold a button on the hand controller so that it doesn’t trigger movement in VR.
