Please consider the option to add an alternate/second parental profile option under a meta account to help manage supervised child accounts. If you own one headset, it only allows my husband to have his own profile but not able to help supervise or approve purchases/requests. Most other apps with similar monitoring allow this. There are many times one of us is not available and it would be nice to give that permission to another responsible adult to help manage.

When I turn my quest 3 on my screen freezes and I can’t do anything I tried restarting it but it didn’t work

Hello yesterday I bought myself a meta quest 3 and have been unable to login to my old VR account. It forced me to login with Facebook and then said my email was unavailable. After this I tried to contact support by opening a ticket but it required me to input my device serial number. My serial number will not show as being valid, and no device is showing up on my profile on the meta website. I am completely unable to get in contact with meta support because they keep saying I don't own a device.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place, but I have a suggestion to improve user experience for those who use link cable to play on PC.It happens to me that if I'm playing on PC with a link cable and at the same time y charge my Quest 3, I randomly get an error message that says there is liquid or debris on the usb port and charging is disabled. This messages blocks your view and does not auto hide, so if you are playing some online game it will completely ruin you game and potentially other players to.I'm aware that this could be related to using 3 party cables and I understand Meta does not want to support them or dedicate resources to this issue as it's not directly related to their hardware.But, you can improve user experince A LOT if you make this message smaller and automatically hide it after a few seconds. Just do it the same way as the low battery message. It appears at the bottom of the view and lasts just a few seconds.Doing it this way it won't ruin our games..

Hey my meta 3 headset was stuck on “determining your location in room” and rebooting didn’t solve the issue so I did a factory reset and when it came back on it showed a dead robot with the words “no command” under it any thoughts?

Hello support team and other quest 3 users!Background story: I have owned my quest 3 for probably a year and more now, I'm using BOBOVR2 with a fancy extended battery strap, and I always used it every time I use the Quest 3 because it extends the battery by a large amount. I barely charge my Quest 3 because I rarely got it to 0% while using it because of the extended battery (sometimes probably 40% if the battery died). Last night, it is the first time in probably months that the Quest 3 reaches 0% battery and shuts down (It happened because i didn't plug my battery extension).SO what I did is, I charged it with a 67 W charger (which I always used). I waited for almost 4 hours and suddenly, the LED light changed from "charging mode" (orange) to "low battery mode" (flashing red), WHILE charger is plugged in. I checked the battery status by pressing the power button and it shows a empty battery with a charge indicator on it (which is 0%). Not knowing what to do after searching a lot of f

Hello, Unfortunately, the left earphone on my Oculus Rift has just started cutting out. Apparently, it's a very common problem, enough so that the original developer has provided repair kits to fix the issue. However, before I go down that route, I want to make sure it isn't something simpler. Because it's an old device, I'm having trouble finding where to go to get support for it. It's not even listed in devices. Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction?Thank you!

Dear, I had a Quest 2 and I never had a problem with discharge, I charge it to 100 percent and after a few days when I turn it on it is still 100 percent, which is not the case with the Quest 3. The Quest 3 discharges by itself even though it is completely turned off. In the same way, the batteries in the controllers are discharged very quickly, they last only a few days until they reach 20 percent, which was not the case with the Quest 2 controllers, the batteries lasted for months.I have read a lot on the net, everyone has problems with controllers, my opinion is that it is a software problem, but no one will say that.It wouldn't be bad if you put in a little effort and correct the mistakes instead of giving people advice that doesn't help.

Hi, I do a lot of sports with my Quest 3 and now I tried to use normal boxing gloves in an app with hand tracking. Didn't work so far as the "hands" are not recongnized by the quest. Now I was wondering is it because the fingers are missing or because of the black color of the gloves. Would be great to use the gloves because of the weight. Thanks for your opinions. Chris

Since this update, randomly and intermittently...One (but never both) of my controllers will fail to track and then start complaining that it is getting warm. 

I am trying to sign into the online browser but every time it says log into my Facebook account im prompted with a verification process. I am signed into Facebook on my mobile device just fine and only the vr website asks me for a verification. Which I CANNOT complete because it has no camera for me to take a picture with. I cannot purchase any online games for this frustrating reason and it is threatening to delete my Facebook in 90 days if I cant complete the verification. Which is impossible to do. 

I own two Quest 3 headsets, and both of them have joystick issues. The stick drift is especially frustrating — the controller moves on its own or doesn’t respond properly.After checking online, I found that many other users are reporting the same problems, sometimes just weeks after buying their device.Meta says they’re investigating controller issues and working on software fixes. But there’s still no real hardware solution (like better joysticks with Hall sensors). Most of the time, support just suggests the usual tips — re-pairing, cleaning, recalibrating — which rarely help.For such an expensive device, that’s really disappointing, especially since the controllers are key to the whole VR experience. 

Hey! I’ve had my Meta quest since Christmas of last year. All of the sudden now that I wanna play it, it won’t let me in, it puts pop-ups on my screen, and I can’t click on them to dismiss them. It talks about an update about hand and body tracking, and it gives me the option to click OK but the click doesn’t go through. The same thing is happening when it shows my battery on the screen. I can’t even access my menu becausenone of the buttons on my remote seem to work. It does show the moving and the beams coming out of them when my headset is on though I just need some help because I spent lots of money on this and it’s not working all of a sudden. 

Hi,I'm having an issue with the Meta Store.   Downloading anything is extremely slow.I don't think it's the network, if I open the browser on the Quest3 and go to fast.com or speedtest.com both sites max out my connection (1Gb dn / 120 Mb up).However, updating existing apps or installing something new is extremely slow, to the point that it's difficult to tell if it's actually frozen.I'm accessing from the UK, anyone else seeing issues like this?

Just as title says, everytime I try to connect to my PC, a notification appears saying it can't find the headset, even though I already paired it to my PC and the PC shows up in the headset. I updated it to latest version already. What solution is there?

I got this unusual activity detected error 4 days ago and I've been working non stop to fix it. There is no clear place to get this fixed and I am drained and have given up hope. My device owner account's pin is not working despite me fixing the pin and it still not working, I bought a gift card for my account and that isn't working, I can't make new profiles because the verification code is "expired" every time I clicked the link, and it seems that nothing has worked or will work, except possibly buying ANOTHER gift card for my device owner account, which I do not have the money for. I even tried to illegally download the game, but of course that didn't work either. META help is the absolute worst, I wish that no one has to deal with this.Side note: The TAKE30 discount ends tomorrow and when it does my gift card won't be enough to cover the game I am trying to get (Drunkn Bar Fight). Also, I have sent a message to the meta account about this, but I'm not expecting that to work. Hello.I've been disappointed since the V77 update, which now prevents me from adjusting the MR zone (moving walls to reduce my play area). The requirement to occupy and scan an entire room (when it's not very large) for those who don't have a dedicated room at home is disruptive for families who would like to be able to peacefully pursue these activities in the home without having a Meta player blocking an entire living room... Are you also disappointed?

Has anyone dealt with trying to purchase an app in the Meta store and was told that due to unusual activity, your purchase will not be complete?

I was playing blades and sorcery for the first time and after the tutorial i could not do anything so i askt chat gpt and he said u need pcvr for blades and sorcery is that true cause nobody ever said that so i refunded it and bought battle talent and ist great

Whenever I boot my meta quest 3 up, its stays on a still meta logo then transitions to a computer looking chip with a bar bellow it filling green like its downloading something then stays on a spinning meta logo forever also i have factory reset that headset like 10 times and it hasn't fixed anything. help
