I made a new account for my Quest 3, I didn't realize I could transfer the old account at first. I'd like to take everything from my old account called NakoXOXO and put it in my current account called Nako_XOXO. Please help I bought stuff in my old account 

Yesterday everything was normal, but today the navbar and library icons are not loading.What I tried to fix:Restart headsetOpen and close the headsetActivate travel mode and close (it's temporary fixes, but whenever I open an app, it breaks)I installed "lightning launcher" and its pretty normal except some apps BTW, I still haven't gotten the UI update.

Hi all I recently retrieved a oculus quest (model one) from a few years back I didn't use for many years. When I tried to log back in, I see that my oculus account has been deleted because I didn't merge from oculus to meta. Is there anything I can do now to get my games back in 2025? I bought beat saber, boxvr and some other games back in the day and don't want to buy them all again unless necessary. This question may have been asket a lot of times, I apologize. The e-mails regarding my account deletion were sent to an old e-mail no longer in use.I haven't been able to get to a meta support employee because I am having trouble linking my oculus quest with e-mail.Should I just factory reset and create a new meta horizon account? And then buy beat saber again for 30 bucks

After the Quest 3 displays the boot logo, the logos on the left and right screens appear one above the other, and then the screen goes black.

Your headset is also advertised for workouts, but unfortunately that's not possible because sweat always occurs during workouts and apparently the devices aren't sufficiently protected against it, despite completely drying them off with microfiber cloths after use and your silicone cover etc.  It’s my 4th Quest 3 which dies after using it with ElevenTableTennis:-( I’m in a community with many players and a lot of them have the same problems and must replace their headsets regularly because of this issue… Most die with „tracking failure“ and nothing works. The display moves with head-movement and controller are vibrating every second but aren’t tracked as well… no head and no finger or controller tracking… There are also threads on Reddit… why don’t you seal the chips inside like it is done with smartphones??? As I said in chats before. You should invite me as your product-tester. When your devices lasts for me in the long run, then it's good😉

I haven't used my quest 2 in awhile and decided to charge it up and play some games. I turned it on and was updating a game when the screen suddenly went completely black but I could still hear the audio from the device. I've tried turning the headset on and off. I've tried cleaning the proximity sensor. I'm trying to factory reset it but I can't see the screen to do it and it won't connect to the app unless its unlocked and I can't see it to unlock it. I can't physically factory reset it.Please help

In the new v81 PTC in the patch notes it claims that there is a new sort of Central world which can be accessed from the new Loft Home, But when going through the door to this new Central World it takes you to some old world in Horizon Worlds and not this new Enviroment which the patch notes claim is here in this update. I assume this new Central area is the world which can bee seen from the Home enviroment but I'm not seeing a way to get here yet. 

Is anyone having this issue?When on the stock browser if I turn screen off then on, the display goes way over exposed/washed out/extremely bright?It seems to only be related to the browser as once closing it, or even minimizing and restoring the browser app window it goes back to normal.

Scammed on the prime video VRSomeone has scare me out of $1700 from my bank trying to connect to oculus prime video I need to know who I can talk to there is no contact number for Atlas quest to so I need to find out how

I was playing Hard Bullet and guns started falling out of my hands.I also encountered this problem in Arizona Sunshine.The buttons on the controllers are clamped to hold the item.Maybe this is due to the fact that by that time the headset has a low charge, I did not pay attention to it.(Meta Quest 3s)

Can I change the version of my meta quest 3 from 79 to 78? 

Hi. I recieved an original Meta Quest (made in 2020) via secondhand. I updated it to the recent verison before I had to factory reset it. After a factory reset I cannot get past the update part of the beginning steps of setup. It just says "Update 1 of 2 complete. Continue in the Meta Quest app." I know it wants me to watch a safety video but it gets stuck on this part specifically. Ive factory reset it three times now in hopes of getting unstuck but to no avail.After some research I've learned im not the only person with this problem and one of the few ways to get past this issue is by having an iPad for some reason that devices verison of the meta horizon app isnt broken.I dunno what to do, im starting to consider this thing is bricked now and theres no other use for it if Meta refuses to acknowledge a problem thats been going on for over a year. 

I already tried the cell phone and the browser from the glasses and it still won't let me. If anyone knows the solution, it would be very helpful

I've run loops with the support team with no help so thought I would come to the forums I have a quest 2 and I have the meta pro controllers after the recent software update they've refused to update I've tried resetting them unpairing and repairing charging them and when nothing worked I contacted meta support which the guy told to me factory reset and guess what it didn't work so now I'm stuck with a factory reset headset that I can't start the set up on because I don't got working controllers because they still say they need to update I don't know how to fix it I don't got a computer that I can use and I don't have another headset that I can pair the controllers to is there anyway to fix this? since Meta support did not help at all

No matter what I try, I can not get any game audio when using the Meta Quest Link to cast to my PC.I want to stream my VR Gameplay from my goggles to Twitch using OBS.    The Meta Quest Link program can view my VR Video just fine, but no matter what I do I can not get any audio to come thru the PC.There has to be some sort of solution to this problem.

Been playing Into the Radius 2, and I've been having to play via the (Meta) link cable as using a wireless connection is another problem in of itself. I'll be playing the game and without warning I'll just get the most ridiculous screen tearing, I'm talking horizontal, pixelated square lines that fluctuate and change position, cutting off vision while straining my eyes. When its really bad a whole portion of the screen will become pixelated, imagine the kinda lines you got on the old block TVs from back in the day, but horizontal. It stops the moment I stop streaming, which is fine if I want to play a game natively on the Oculus, but the vast majority of my games are on Steam, and so it's basically making the headset useless for me, as I can't actually play any of the games I want.I've checked the cable, it's absolutely fine and a cable test told me it's working as it should, my PC is more than capable of running these games (and was doing so without issue until the last coup

With v77 on my Quest 2 seemingly at random a popup graphic with two eyes with lines running down from the pupils to a number (63) shows up. It's only visible briefly, too fast for me to react and get a screen shot.Why is it showing up? And other than moving the eyepieces manually on the headset, where to you set the IPD? How do you disable this annoying popup?

Is there a way to turn the screen reader off without controllers?Turning it on completely disabled both controller and hand tracking, making the quest unusable. Powering off the headset didn’t work and there’s no way to access the settings again to turn it off. 

I was in quest and 1 day I got like a ban or someting so I cant use it. and I wonder what if I do factory reset and, kaboomm and  I m stuck in the usb update menu how I can fix it 

Hello my quest pro controllers aren't updating and this glitch hasnt ben patched yet. This started when the latest software update released. Ive been trying to update them by doing everything i can but nothing works is there something im not doing or what. Other info: i use quest 2 with quest pro controllers i got my quest 2 on dec 25 2022 and pro controllers on dec 25 2024

Hi all,From the first use of my Quest 3 I noticed a persistent blurry patch in the left lens.I have tried cleaning with a microfiber cloth, adjusting IPD, and re-fitting the headset, but the blur does not go away. A friend also tested it and confirmed they saw the same issue.It looks like the blur is inside the lens rather than on the surface. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known defect, and should I be seeking a replacement?Thanks,Don

To metaAfter v77, the iniu link charging cable as well as other third party cables have stopped working because of this software update and has yet to be fixed on v79. I would like to know if Meta plans on fixing this issue; If so when, as the headset is practically unusable now as its battery life is terrible. Telling people to use the stock charger is not a solution, it is not long enough for concurrent use and isn’t even possible to use while doing PC VR via a link cable. Since this update, I and others can’t even bother to use this device as the amount of time it’s got is not sufficient enough. Being forced to stop playing because of this problem is absolutely infuriating especially when playing online games with people or being in the middle of a segment without a save point in a game.Thank you for your time
