I recently purchased the meta quest 3 that was supposed to come with Batman Arkham shadow but upon setting the quest 3 up I found that I had no redeemable code and the game was showing up for full price in the store

80+% of the time when I boot my quest 3 after the meta logo it goes to a black/blank screen but I can hear the sounds of the system working. After much research I have found this is caused by the face sensor not seeing me. When I remove the mask it works just fine. Put it back on and nothing.If I move the headset so the mask is being pushed up by my forehead it works but this is very uncomfortable and clearly not how it was intended to be used. I have attempted to find a way to talk to someone from support but that doesn't exist because profits over people. Found a reddit post about this issue and the solution is getting a white face mask. After spending $500 on this device Meta should be footing the bill for fixing their design flaw. Make there be a setting to turn off the need for the face sensor to wake up the device, let us just hit the power button, or press the Meta button on the remotes, or use the ever listening AI to tell it to wakeup and ignore t

I'm trying to use Release Channels to control which version of an app is on my HMD, but when I switch release channels, the app does not update.  I can see in the "settings" page what release code is available on each release channel, and I can see that the release code for the version I have installed is different than the one in the selected release channel, but it won't update.  I could swear that there used to be an "update" button on the main title details screen that would do it, but that button seems to be gone.  How is this done now?I have tried switching the selected release channel so it should want a different version, and that doesn't cause an update.  I've tried rebooting and that doesn't cause an update.  It just seems like it updates whenever it feels like it, which is sometimes a whole day after I change the release channel.  All the documentation I can find seems to imply that it just happens when you change the release channel, but w

So I just bought this headset 4 days ago, when I was playing golf+ the other night it crashed my headset so I shut it down. Next day I come home from work to that USB update mode burnt in my left lens. I also can’t even get into the support page, it says my account isn’t associated with any device which isn’t true but also when I put in my serial number in it says it couldn’t find the device. Can someone please help me if I’m doing something wrong?!

So...I picked my controllers out of the chargers today... Booted up my Quest 2.And...now it'll say "Starting update" on both controllers...never give anymore feedback, still register the menu button, not track my hands, no matter what...I've tried, rebooting the headset, factory resetting it, and the controllers.Nothing's worked... It's been half a day, and it's still "Starting Update..."Was there an update that bricked controllers?

Is there a way to decide if you want to update the controllers or not?I'm currently having an issue where it wouldnt update even at least 35% or so. I have also tried turning it on and off multiple times.The controllers having the ability to update while charging would be nice to have also

For me I don't know why or how but when I try use Bluetooth to connect to my devices because my family finds it annoying to keep hearing my games it always has so much delay like I could let's say fire a gun in a game and I would hear the gun like 2 seconds later I've had a quest 2 with the same problem and my quest 3s which still has the problem :(

My headset will not turn on or anything. I thought it might be because it needed to charge up. I started to charge it and checked 6 hours later. but I got no light telling me that it's charging. I tested the external battery pack I bought for it am it was charging. I would really like some help.

Hello ! I want to install games on SideQuest, but when i plug my Meta Quest 2 into my PC, nothing happens, the headset is not detected. But my PC knows that he is connected because in the device manager there is "Quest 2 A2DP SNK".What is the solution ? 

Hi, so the issue I have is I can not set a stationary boundary anywhere after using the drawing one for a game. ( it would be the climbing game Climb 2 from META), meaning I am at risk of smashing into things in my room. No matter how many times I have tried to reset to stationary, in different areas the headset will not set one!! I have cleared the play space data, cleared the boundary data in settings, and nothing seems to be working. When I sit in my chair I can't set a stationary boundary, when I stand in my play space I can't set a stationary boundary, meaning my tracking is off as well. This is rendering the headset unplayable and quite frankly a health risk, ( I could smash into a wall without this feature!) As I say, I have looked and cant find any answer to this specific problem, but it wasn't an issue till I played a game made by oculus, the climbing one, which made me set a boundary/play space manually, and now it is stuck in this play space!!   When

I set up an instagram account for my son a few days ago, and linked it to my account centre...then all my profiles (my personal, and working account) changed the date of birth to my son's, who's a minor!!! I've already removed my son's account out of my account centre, but I still can't change my date of birth (says it's been changed recently so I have to wait, but it doesn't say how long!!) !! now my personal and working accounts are set to be private.... I need to change the date of birth ASAP!! please help!! 🙏🙏

Is there anyway that I can turn on the mic so I can hear my son while casting on my phone? 

There was an update to Meta Quest 3 on the 15th to version v79.1032 and from that moment on it is no longer possible to adjust the screen size of some applications and system screens, there is only the option to move these screens. Other applications only have the option to make the screen flatter.

Until very recently, I was able to use CTRL + Numpad 1 / 2 / 3 with the Oculus Debug Tool to switch ASW modes. Does anyone out there have a solution to disable the window screen adjustment function of the left trigger. In the middle of the game I'll press the left trigger to aim on COD. It aims down the sight, but once I move the joystick it adjusts and modifies the screen. Ive researched with AI and haven't had any luck to solution. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on games and stuff, and it's all deleted. I have done absolutely nothing wrong, on any platform, and been fighting for resolution since the beginning of the year.
