airlink has worked fine until today. all audio is gone but outside of link is fine. ive deleted all third party softwares and voice changer apps and rebooted my computer multiple times. ive tried every solution on here but nothing works. here are my settings.output:input: link app:quest settings on link app:please im a somewhat popular streamer i need the solution quick

Im trying to get my moms old quest 2 to connect to a new Facebook account. I have signed in on mine as it was already on the device but the original admin account was lost.  

Having difficulty pairing to my phone. It will find the phone.  Mobile app wants a 5 digit pairing code but the 3s is giving me a 6 digit code. 

I typed in the website address exactly not using google search, entered the code then my email but it keeps saying my email has no account associated with it. I’ve been talking to AI, which has been useless and there’s no human customer service that’s useful. I already want to return my Meta Quest 3  

when i try to link my vr headset its loading endlessly and doesint load, i did every thing did a factory resets adn dowloaded programs fresh new 

Why won’t my headset pair with my iPhone I’ve bought it new set up account and put code in but won’t pair and I can’t even set it up ?

I'm trying to install the meta horizon application and at the end I get an error (an error occurred restart the computer) I live in Russia and even a vpn doesn't help me. What to do? How to install the app in a different way, I really tried everything( протонplanet vpnadguard vpn vpn didn't help 

Hi. When I try to create a kid account, I'm stuck when I have to prove I'm an adult by putting my credit card number. Each time, it goes : impossible to add credit card information. I've managed to add a credit card in my meta profil, but still have to put this info when I want to create a child account...

Created on child’s account. Tried to create 2nd child’s account and get a something went wrong message after inputting birthdate. The kid is 12. This has taken my entire Christmas morning trying to troubleshoot this. So freaking frustrated. 

So i got a refurb meta quest 3 from the meta store on ebay. When it arrived, i tried to set it up - however, i am stuck on the screen where it asks to enter the code on my mobile app. I can see a 5 digit code on the quest - but entering that on the app shows 'couldn't pair with your headset'. So i tried several times, logged in and out the app, reinstalled the app, reset network settings on my iphone, tried a different phone - all failed.The strangest thing is, I have even reset the quest to factory settings over 5 times - and each time, the 5 digit code that shows up is always the same. This seems odd - as i would expect a new one each time. Has anyone else faced the same issue - and if so, what did you do?Thanks!

My sons 3s has suddenly stopped working - he can see his profile, he can hover over it but can’t select it. we have tried rebooting and factory resetting but it says erasing data and does nothing. It’s exactly one year old 

Hi,I have followed the troubleshooting guide and attempted most of the things including factory reset, different WiFi networks, disabled private relay and ensuring Bluetooth connection works.The device is detected but when the pairing code has been entered the only info I get that it fails to pair.Is it possible that this refurbished Quest 3 has been locked somehow and how do I unlock it or is it returning it the only option I got?Anyone else with similar experience of these issues?Thanks in advance!

Guys My Meta Quest 2 is stuck on the setup screen after a factory reset. The headset was previously linked to a Meta account that I deleted. And i cannot pair the headset to my main Meta account. And like the meta website were u originally are suppost to look for an issue is just not helping me at all And like I need the headset manually unlinked from the deleted Meta accountCan someone like help with this issue please

I later realized I made a mistake when creating the required account by entering the wrong email address. Why can’t I not screen share it to my smart LG tv nor my smart Roku tv it screen shares with my phone but I cannot see anything in the screen. Am I doing something wrong when pairing ? 

I had my Meta Quest 2 stored for a while. When I turned it on again, it updated and the unlock pattern changed from the 9-point square grid to an 8-point diamond layout. Eventually, I wasn’t able to unlock it because the pattern was never corrected, so I performed a factory reset to use it from scratch.Now the device asks me to continue the setup through the Meta Horizon app, but the headset shows as “disconnected” in the app and I can’t remove it. Also, on "meta.com/quest/" and on "oculus.com", the device doesn’t appear under my registered devices at all.Is there any way to fix this or force the setup to continue?

I just got my quest 3 the other day, but i haven't been able to use it as the Horizon app tells me I haven't given it all the permissions needed. I've given it every permission, cleared cache AND data, uninstalleled and reinstalled, and still nothing. I even tried changing profiles. If someone could help me that would be great. Thank you 

My iPhone app says it found the headset, but the headset does not display the 5 digit code needed to complete the pairing. Instead my Quest 3 only offers the accounts that already are already set up in it. I have updated both the Quest 3 software and my iPhone Meta app, and restarted the headset twice to no effect.

when I connect my link cable to my quest 2 and press launch link it shows the loading screen then infinitely loads and doesn't actually load anything. please if you have any answers I would really appreciate a response. thank you.

So I have a meta quest account on my headset but my phone wants me to make a new account and I feel like if I pair it it will delete my account 

After PC power on, or PC wake up from sleep (also turning on the Meta Quest Link win11 app, if not already running), I put the headset on my head, and the main screen appears. In Quick Settings, I can see that Quest Pro doesn't automatically connect to Link via cable (it says a message "Disconnected"). This used to work few months ago (2 patches ago actually). To connect it back, I have to unplug and plug the cable back into the headset. This seems to become a new bug, or rather some software glitch, headset not connecting to pc directly.

Hello I have factory reset my Headset to try and solve a controller lag issue but now I am unable to re-pair my headset. It still shows up in the Meta app but when I try to add it again it just says "Pairing your Meta Quest 2" for about a minute and then says it can't pair with my headset. I have tried factory resetting again, re-installing the app on my iPhone, absolutely no joy at all.On my account online, it says I don't have any devices attached to my account but the app says otherwise. Any other help would be great.Thank you

I have a RX9060XT and my link app was working fine yesterday, but when i try today it flat out blocks me from using it, and just refuses to work at all, the graphics card is more than powerful enough to run things and the drivers are all up to date, would it kill Meta to provide a functional product, the program supports the other 90 series car, why not this one? And why in the hell did it work yesterday, but not today? 

Hi,I'm still using my Quest 1 with 64GB storage capacity. I recently tried to download uninstalled games I purchased some time ago. These games (e.g. Shadow Point, Waltz of the Wizard) are still marked as compatible with my device. I've about 9 GB free space on my device, which should be enough space for these apps, but the games won't download. Turning on/off the Quest or the Wifi does not help. Clearing the App Data with Sidequest (com.oculus.ocms) also did not help.When I try to install the status immediately switches back from queue to not installed. Any help would be appreciated. I fear to brick my device on a factory reset, since support isn't provided anymore an I'm not sure if any firmware update will be reinstalled after the reset.

Over the past few days whenever I try to launch the program it refuses to open, I've gone into the code multiple times trying to see if there was an Issue and I couldn't find anything. it's just refused to work properly, ALOT of people have told me to just play wireless but my internet is not good enough to handle that and everything else on it. I really need a way to roll back the update from a few days ago so I can actually use the program again, please and thank you.
