Ho acquistato un visore meta quest 3s, che un amico ha usato per qualche giorno. Al momento di sincronizzare il visore con l'app, appare il messaggio che mi informa che il visore è connesso a un altro account. La linea wi-fi è la stessa, l'app è aggiornata, ho disconnesso il visore dall'account del mio amico, ho effettuato il reset alle impostazioni di fabbrica, ma il problema persiste. Il tasto meta sul controller destro non apre le impostazioni (dove potrei verificare ulteriormente la disconnessione dal primo account) ma mi riporta alla schermata in cui mi viene suggerito il codice per la sincronizzazione, come se niente fosse.

I’ve been thinking about how much naming and identity matter in games and apps, especially in immersive experiences like VR.Whether it’s a player name, character name, faction, or even an in-game alias, names often shape how we connect with the experience. A strong name can make a character feel memorable, while a weak or generic one can break immersion.In some creative or role-play–driven games, I’ve noticed players spend almost as much time choosing names as they do customizing visuals. I have a world which I have enjoyed working on for a few months, but recently it has not allowed me to edit on my headset. Or publish at all? Why would this be? Any kind of help or suggestions would be really appreciated. I really do love my world and am passionate about it, and now it seems I cannot do anything to it anymore. 

I recently got a refurb quest 2 and I did not send in the controllers because only my headset was broken when I turned on the headset its bringing me through the steps for a new headset I am stuck on the part where it tells me to pull out the plastic strips from the controllers but since i didn't send in the controllers I do not have those plastic strips please help me

I'm waited almost month, and I still can't login to my account by this error. I don't know how to fix i can't find meta horizon support. only info support.

Hello, I'm experiencing a frustrating bug in Quest 3: In Horizon Worlds, I can no longer change or edit my avatar (my in-game character)! Even when I'm looking in the mirror in my home apartment, the edit button on the right side of the window doesn't work... nothing happens. Restarting Quest 3 didn't help, and neither did clearing the cache. I've already submitted a bug report several times, but so far, no solution.Have any of you encountered a similar problem, or do you have any ideas on how to fix it? Or do I just have to wait for the next update and hope it works then?Best regards, Tomyi

Hi there! I have noticed when I play a game with lower sounds (like ambient background noise for example) the speakers will crackle/have a staticky sound. I have tried all of the usual fixes and am curious if anyone else is having this problem

Compré unas gafas que traían 3 meses de suscripción gratis a Horizon Plus. Pero me equivoqué y lo active con la cuenta de mi hijo adolescente y cuando yo entro con mi cuenta no puedo acceder a Horizon Plus y quiero eliminarlo de la cuenta de mi hijo adolescente y activarlo en mi cuenta.

Upon opening my Quest 3 this evening, I was prompted to create a screen lock, and I used the pattern lock, which presented me with a square grid of 9 dots. I entered a pattern, and then regretted it, and could not find where to reset the pattern. Right after that, the v81 update installed, rebooted the headset, and I was prompted to enter my pattern to unlock, but the grid was NOT the 3x3 square grid, but rather a rhomboid pattern with three dots in the top row, two in the center row, three in the bottom row, and no center dot.My lock pattern uses the center dot, and no matter how I try to match the simple pattern I used, nothing matches. I cannot use my phone app to unlock the Quest 3, I cannot get past the lock screen in the Quest 3, and I am told that there is no solution other than a factory reset.

*THINK TWICE ABOUT SPENDING MONEY IN THIS GAME*Sadly this game has an aggressive banning system that's driven by a toxic in game reporting system overrun by a bunch of children less than ten years old. They will happily report you en mass for cheating/modding when they have no idea what modding actually is.The system for appealing bans is so convoluted that it's not even worth wasting your time trying, it involves talking to bots on Discord sending you around in circles wasting huge amounts of your time and getting nowhere. It would be impossible for anybody to appeal a ban that isn't technically savvy with this type of stuff.I would strongly advise anybody playing this game to think twice about spending money in it. It's infuriating when you have spent money in the game and end up getting banned for 'Cheating'  when you are an honest paying customer.Same thing will happen if you buy Shiny Rocks for your kids, they will get banned and be unable to play the game that you spent mone

Can't delete

i dont have to hold the charger up to fix it in a position. ive exclusively charged it with the wire pointed forwards and now that’s the only way ive been able to charge it. im scared to see if i can get a current to flow by putting the charger in the port flipped the other way (perpendicular kink guiding the wire towards battery pack). same is true for other wires as well. Ideas?

As soon as I unboxed my brand new Meta Quest 3 and put it on for the first time, I noticed that the quality of the passthrough was VERY poor and grainy. I tried changing the lighting and cleaning the lenses, but none of it really helped. I've seen other people complaining about similar issues on forums. Some people have also posted photos of themselves using their phone camera for showing their passthrough quality, but my quality is WAY MUCH worse than theirs. I just wanted to make sure it isn’t just me, and if not, how to fix it.

I recently performed a factory reset on my Quest 2, and now I can’t pair it with the Meta Quest app at all. The headset turns on fine, but when I try to connect it, the app keeps showing “reconnecting” or “unable to connect”, and it never asks for a pairing code. I’ve tried: Restarting both the headset and my phoneClearing the Meta Quest app cache / reinstalling the appForgetting the device in Bluetooth and the appTurning Wi-Fi on/off on the headsetUsing Airplane Mode and just Bluetooth  Nothing works — it just keeps failing to connect. I’ve searched online and tried all the common fixes, but I still can’t get past the reconnect loop. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have a working solution for a Quest 2 that won’t pair after a factory reset? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

No matter what I do the install says to repair meta horizon link. I have unisntalled reinstalled so many times and nothing. I see this has been broken for almost a month any fix or update?

Keep trying to buy a game and it keeps saying request cannot be completed until further action 

Several of my friends have tried to invite group members to their immersive home loft, but it is grayed out still. We can invite and/or go to any world, but not to our individual lofts. We have tried all troubleshooting found in help. Nothing works. Our friends used the old home invite all the time to hang in a private space with minimal environmental distractions. ALL of my friends are having this issue regardless of headset version (our group has Q2, Q3S, and Q3 headsets and all are running current OS).Please fix this issue ASAP with the new immersive home loft. Thanks!
