No matter what I do the install says to repair meta horizon link. I have unisntalled reinstalled so many times and nothing. I see this has been broken for almost a month any fix or update?

Keep trying to buy a game and it keeps saying request cannot be completed until further action 

Several of my friends have tried to invite group members to their immersive home loft, but it is grayed out still. We can invite and/or go to any world, but not to our individual lofts. We have tried all troubleshooting found in help. Nothing works. Our friends used the old home invite all the time to hang in a private space with minimal environmental distractions. ALL of my friends are having this issue regardless of headset version (our group has Q2, Q3S, and Q3 headsets and all are running current OS).Please fix this issue ASAP with the new immersive home loft. When I got to my store to buy a game it shoes this message;“Request cannot be completed until further actionWe noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed.Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed”who do I fix this/how do I take further action I want to my something or else I want my money back spent $25 just to buy a game with quest cash. Please help me or if this is an error please fix it.

I own a quest 2 and recently, I decided to play on my pc. The issue is I need to log into my Meta account which I do not have access to. Its my friends email and I was never given the password or access to the email. I tried to find my serial number on the side but my headset is so old it does not exist! I need someone to tell me others ways to change the email so I can use my PC to play VR games.

I just want to start off by saying that I have put thousands of hours into the quest headsets. I want to believe that this will end up as a device that everyone will want, but there are so many issues that have existed for YEARS at this point.Meta is a multi-BILLION dollar company, yet it feels like only every 6 months they release an OS update with 1 good feature paired with 5 bugs and a downgrade.Why does the new Meta TV app not support resizing? Why is the only way to watch 3D movies still to rip off a 3D Blu-ray? Why is Quest Link just as buggy as it was in 2016? Why does hand tracking not work after I close quest link, and I need to restart my headset to get it working again? WHY do we need an experimental home environment FORCED on us without any other option that sucks up battery life? My Meta Quest is stuck in a device registration loop after a factory reset.The Meta Quest app shows a device with a new device ID, but the Meta website shows no device at all.Because of this, I cannot link my account and I keep getting the following error:Error 1675012Operation: OCDeviceProfilesManagerSurfaceQueryMessage: Device ID must be specified explicitlyI need my device IDs manually cleared and re-registered.This cannot be resolved on my side.

Meta Horizon Link (both air link and cable link) says its connected on both ends (I can even go into the remote desktop control), but when trying to launch link I am stuck in a weird "purple" loading screen indefinitely. Ive tried reinstalling the app, restarting both devices, updating drivers, and temporarily disabling firewalls.  But nothing has worked.

Recently my email that is linked to my meta account got hacked and sold on the black market. I sadly no longer have access to it. I’m not able to add or delete any email linked to the account without a verification code from the hacked email. If someone could let me know if there is a way to bypass this that would be greatly appreciated

Had a subscription for golf+ renew, sent over 4 emails to the PayPal reccomended contact to ask for refund, never got one reply. Now I realise there's a place on the account to request one, but the two weeks have expired and I cannot do it. Played 0 hours of this game and got no warning of subs cription renewal (I think this is deliberate). Been in 100 circles trying to just find a way to contact meta.   Please can you help?    Can't even attach proof to this. Hello, although my profile status shows “Good Standing” and there are no restrictions or reports on my account, my wallet in the Horizon Shop is marked as restricted (“due to unusual activity”). According to the message, I should be able to file an appeal – but in my account there is no option to submit an appeal. Could you please check my wallet manually and lift this restriction? I just bought a quest 3s from someone online and when I finally booted it up it keeps asking me for a school or business email login. I was wondering if there is any troubleshoot I can do to fix this? I’ve tried factory resetting and it didn’t work and meta support is impossible to get in contact with so wondering if anyone has an answer here. If not it was only 100$ I’m not too worried about money 

I need help. I couldn’t log in to my Quest 2 headset, and when I set a new password, I suddenly ended up in a completely new account. Apparently there is a subscription on this account, but I don’t want it. I wouldn’t be able to use it anyway, because I can no longer access this account—when I log in now, the correct account appears again. How can I contact someone to delete this account and deactivate the subscription? Please help, i can only see this account in my instagram but have no chance to get in it.

I am pretty frustrated and disheartened to find out that after purchasing a Meta Quest 3, my entire VR game library has been deleted and I'm being told that I need to re-purchase ALL of my games. I've purchase two Oculus head sets in the past and have spent hundreds on the Oculus game store. I shouldn't get penalized for having missed a notification email that was burried in my spam folder.Has anyone had any success in recovering their lost purchased games through support?

 My friend accepted my Quest referral link before purchasing a brand-new Meta Quest 3S. This was his first-ever Quest headset. He then purchased the headset and completed activation, but neither of us received the referral wallet credit.It has now been more than 7 days since activation, and the referral credit has still not appeared in either Meta Wallet.Could you please review this referral and apply the wallet credit manually if everything checks out?Thank you for your help. 

Hello everyone, I am having a very hard time with Meta for some reason I sent in my Son VR that we received this April and it's no longer working properly. I reach out to Meta because it's still within the one-year warranty. They mention for me to send it in and they will send in a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. I sent the VR to them in October and here we are in November still no replacement. I have been in communication with them through the chat and they are giving me the runaround and not giving me a reason as to why they haven't sent the replacement. I really don't know what else to do, but I was thinking about getting legal involved because the device was very expensive and feels like it was stolen from us.

I need help, no matter how many times i try redownloading/reinstalling/repairing, I get this error where this "oculusclient.exe" file doesn't install in the "oculus-client" folder.Not only that, but NO audio drivers for the oculus installs either so even if I press OK and ignore the error, when I try to use the app anyways, no sound nor mic input will play through my quest headset. And it seems meta doesn't source these audio drivers anywhere else to install them manually.This is incredibly frustrating, i spent countless hours yesterday and today trying to find some sort of solution.Please, if ANYONE thinks they can help me with this because I really don't want to be forced to use a separate audio headset ontop of my quest just to receive sound or use my mic. 

I'm having an issue where I can't log in to the Meta Link app, the browser login gives a too many redirects error(I erased cookies and cache to no avail), and using an email logi,n it says something is incorrect even though my credentials are right.Any advice would be appreciated

As per the title, ASW doesn't automatically switch on when hardware accelerated graphics settings (HAGS) is on when playing DCS world. Also, I have recently started to get bad stuttering when HAGS is off despite high frame rates (80fps for 80hz). The problem seems to have started after one of the recent quest link updates

The problem is a tiny bit complex... We are brainstorming for a while by now, haha, happy new year! Welcome to the future! :) So, my son's Meta Horizon (Meta Quest 3s VR, he is 10 years old) was connected to my Facebook account and everything went well. Yesterday my Facebook account got suspended and at the same time the VR too. My Facebook account was connected to an old email address, I have no access to that anymore. I don't really care about the lost Facebook account to be honest, even if it was hacked, I don't mind loosing that.  I made my own Meta Horizon account via another email address where I can add my son as a minor, but he wants his "old" account with all his progress and Quest Cash. Is it even possible without the recovery of that old Facebook account? I have no access to the that old Facebook account and that email address either. Is emigration possible like this? Please help, my son is really upset and I want to help him asap! TIA

Hello Meta Support Team and Community, I am writing from a secondary account because I am completely locked out of my main account, which holds all my game purchases and history. The Issue:I am stuck in a verification loop. When I try to log in on PC or the Mobile App, the system asks for an SMS code. However, I am not receiving any SMS codes despite multiple attempts over the last 24 hours. Technical Details: Missing 2FA Option: I have previously set up an Authenticator App, but the login screen (auth.meta.com) does not show the dropdown menu to switch from "SMS" to "Authenticator App". It forces SMS verification, which is broken. "Too Many Attempts": Due to retrying, I am now getting a "Too many attempts" error. Support Block: When I tried to contact support via WhatsApp using the provided number, my number was automatically flagged/blocked by the bot, so I cannot open a ticket there. This is ridiculousI own a quest that I haven't turned on for years.I turn it on and am told my account has been deleted and I need to factory reset my quest.Great! I have a Sky Q router (UK internet provider) which I have connected to my pc to via ethernet. I want to connect my new dedicated TP-Link router via ethernet (to keep the strongest signal), it is set up as an access point, for me to connect my MQ3 to it via Wi-Fi, so that I can play Steam games streamed from my pc. I have been able to get it working both ways; 1, TP-Link to PC via ethernet, and 2, TP-link to Sky Router via ethernet - both worked at the time of testing but which is going to be better when other 'gadgets' get into the Wi-Fi mix on the Sky router - which would be the genuine 'dedicated router'?
