My boundary is always on Roomscale, and I always play on Stationary. Every time I play a game on v81, my boundary is set to Roomscale, and I have to reset it. Is there any fix for this? 

I got 2-3s for the kids and I for Christmas I was able to get my account set up and do the 3 month trial of horizon plus. I the created and set up my kids 2 accounts on each headset. At first I thought all was work g great, but then over the next couple days I noticed a couple issues. These issues have alternated from headset to the other, I do not believe this is a headset specific issueIn the meta horizon app I am only able to connect to 1 headset, the other tries to connect and says not found, unable to cast to my phone, but if I select cast from the headset, it works fine.2. kids accounts  do not show any games that I had downloaded through the horizon plus app. Tries to make them pay for games.

Hi. Is it possible to have the main account (mine, an adult) be the main account on both headsets, and my kids each use one with their own kid profile? In the headset, I cannot see the profiles I set up online for my kids. I am getting super frustrated!

Hey, we are trying to connect my sons quest 2 headset to his computer. When i use the patental account it works well, but when we try to air link it using his account on the quest, it says he needs the right permissions from parents. But it wont send a request to my Horizon app so i can accept it. Cant find a setting to grant him access to it via the Family Center either..  Any good solutions? 

My new Meta Quest 3 is at v83 and somehow I turned on the display of the boundary grid both floor and walls and I can't figure out how to turn off that display while I'm playing, would someone please point me in the right direction to turn it off?

Not long ago, the free trial of meta horizon plus ended, and since then, I can't play the dungeons of eternity that I received from the app sharing because meta horizon plus has expired. Please tell me how to solve it

Have done a lovely screen recording I want to share with the world. I need to edit this first. So I would like to use my common desktop NLE Davinci Resolve to edit the video before posting.Previously I was able to move files around but this seems to have vanished now, looking at my Quest2 with developer access, Win11.Where has it gone? No notification, no icons.Tried virtual desktop, Meta Horizon Link, cable, wifi, Meta Remote Desktop,Tried sharing, downloading, cloud storage, for frustrating hours this shouldn't be so hard.Can't even get Sidequest desktop app to detect my headset anymoreWhat's going on here? Why is this so hard???

I have had my headset for a little while now , And I will say that I play on it while it’s charging sometimes but I’m not on it frequently . Today I was trying to charge my headset and no matter what charger or block I use even the one that came with it . It will not charge . Help me

suddenly both controller do not work perfect. Periodically both controller seems to be disconnected and do not work. In the next moment the controllers are back, and working perfect. This problem (pairing/dispairing) is permanent. Normal playing with quest3 is critical because the controller are unavailable suddenly.My quest was working best for 2 years, no problems in the past. 2 days ago, starting 12/23/2025, the pairing problem raises up. So it seems to be a software/firmware problem.In the internet a lot of useres reported this problem, now i got infected, too.I followed all recommendations (from meta) but it did not help. This is what I expected from meta, no help at all. They don't know what they're doing.Is there any recommendation to fix this problem.Thank you very much.

Since the new avatars came in I have had  contants issues where everyone around me would just freeze for about 5 seconds every minute or so.  I would have to leave and come back in multiple times until it reduced the time it froze ruining conversations and overall experience.   Tried different headsets, even played on desktop mode, same result.  All the suggestions given to me by friends and the Meta team didn't work.  I looked one last time in my Router settings,  I noticed something  called IPV6  was enabled...I used AI to explain what this was about,  it even said that most Meta apps work better on the older system IVP4. Problem solved...just disable  IPV6.   Pretty much a year of having to cope with this crap. 

i broke my controller at one point and decided to use hand tracking on my Quest 2, i was planning getting back to VR and hand tracking didnt work i managed to navigate using the close button then when theres a cursor using my head to aim and - + for clickanyways im not really an expert i looked around cant find a fix lighting is good controller good i mean there isnt one so theres nothing to interfere any ideas for a solution i searched if i can downgrade the update it seems dosent work my current idea is to get to PTC v83 but i want to check first if you all know it, also i learned the v81 thingy and PTC v83when im looking around so i could be using the terms wrong apologies in advance thanks!

my quest recentering view randomly on home or during game randomly on v83 it was good when im in v81 but now thats happens like im playing the game im shooting im dodgin and screen blinks fast and my view is recenteredand this happens randomly like 1min-2minhow can i fix this? i tried resetting factory settings and when i reset it i turn off the updates and the device was v81 and everythings fine and i update it yesterday to v83 this happens againall component is fine btwThanks...

Hello!I encountered a problem while trying to install Meta/Oculus Link on my PC. The installer shows the error:“Selected disk does not meet requirements. Link requires 3.75 GB on an internal NTFS disk.”My system details:Drive C:\ — NTFS, 71.5 GB free out of 222 GBDrive D:\ — NTFS, 230 GB free out of 447 GBBoth drives are basic, internal, not externalWhat I have tried:Running the installer as AdministratorInstalling in Safe ModeClearing temporary filesDownloading the latest installer from the official Meta websiteAttempting installation on different drives (C and D)Changing system region/language to English (US)Result: the error persists.Is there a working way to bypass this disk check? Maybe there is a fixed installer or patch from Meta? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i was using my headset when it moved my room scale boundary and turned off when i turned it back on all it would show was the camera feed and occasionally shows the mirror at a distance along with the meta portal but I can’t even interact with them how do I fix this?

Accidentally spilled apple cider on my brand new meta quest 3s right controller and now the trigger doesn't register... leaving it in rice and hoping it helps

I bought the meta quest 3s with the bundle of the walking dead but in the box there is no code or in my email so how can I play the my new game that's free and when I go look for it tells me to pay anyone have this issue

I bought some meta quest 3s and gave another 2 to my brothers and I did the 60 dollars but when I tried to redeem the second one it marked me an error and marked it as redeemed and it did not appear in my wallet

My little brother gave me his old oculus and it was working fine about 5 hours ago. I turned it all the way off and left it to charge. Suddenly, I come back and the controllers won’t respond at all. The light will turn on on the controllers, they vibrate when the headset is put on, even fresh batteries. They won’t show up on the app and I’m logged out of the headset and can’t get in to headset settings on the app. This happened before and we couldn’t get them to connect for almost a year until somehow we did. We forgot how to do it. Does anyone else have this issue and know a quick fix or do I just have faulty controllers? Please help!

Meta Horizon app fails to progress the setup of a factory reset Quest 1 headset past the Oculus Safety video. There is no way to bypass this stage. Video plays in an endless loop and BLUE button to continue does not appear.Headset displays message: Update 1 of 2 complete. Bought the Meta Quest 3S Walking Dead Bundle from best buy. The game didn't come with the headset. After talking to best buy customer support they said to contact Meta. Whenever I try to contact support it doesn't show a device connected to my account. I try to verify with the serial number and it gives me an error about it being invalid.  This thing is brand new and I really don't know what I am doing. Any help or suggestions?

Buenas tards , no hay manera posible de que pueda instalarlo , ni borrando los arhivos temp , ni quitando el antivirus , lo descargo se instala y al finalizar me dice  que reinicie el ordenador y vuelva a intentarlo , es un portatil con una rtx 4070 , no estamos hablando de equipo anticuado , tiene 1 año y medio , no entiendo que puede estar fallando 

I am trying to buy a music pack for my kids in Beat Saber.BS says that you can’t request the whole pack until you have permission for each track. So we funneled requests for every song, but when I go to approve those it only lets me “approve and purchase” the individual tracks. Obviously that’s not the goal here.I see that I can gift individual tracks, but I don’t see that option for a pack.How do I get the system to let me just buy a full music pack for my kids?
