I bought a game last minute w quest cash bc it was abt to expire and the game was bad ad when I want to refund it, it says I won’t get any quest cash back the game was $14.99

Are there any people that have (self) published games onto Meta Store? I'm curious in hearing your experiences. How was did the discovery algorithms treat you? Did you use coming soon, pre-order, early access or straight to full release? How did you market your game? I'm interested in hearing any insights, good or bad. We are in the process of releasing our own first title soon, so I'm trying to absorb every bit of information available.

I went to play an online game a few days ago, and it kicked me out telling me to go make a meta account. i do all the steps to make on, and then it tells me to go to www.meta.com/device to put in the code it prompted me with. I put in the code, and it said an error occurred, Generate new device code. Now i tried again a few days later, after that error happening many many times, and now it says the account I'm using does not match my purchases and stuff on my oculus account, saying I'm using a different account, BUT IM NOT. i really need help because I can't play any games.

i just bought the meta quest 3. i am using link to connect to my PC, i can only have one screen and it is HUGE. like i need to look around my whole room to see the screen. how do i make it smaller? also, how do i see my surroundings? all i see is a grid around my screen and i cannot figure out how to change this.

i got a new oculus GO yesterday and it was all fine until today when i tried using it again the headset showed me the “Know your controller” screen it asked me to lress the oculus button on the controller but everytime i pressed the button on the controller it had no effect on the screen and it said “no controller detected contact oculus support” i have no idea what to do. Ive been on this screen fir the past two hours ive tried everything factory rest pairing unpairing , putting new batteries . Literally wveything. This is quite frustrating and idk what to do 

There are way too many sick people that harass and bully autism and disabled people. When the user gets suspended, they make another account and sometime use cheat engine / other Safeware, and account delete to block the account from anyone looking at the profile. Hate Speech and sexual harassment is increasing to this point reporting them is not doing anything they keep making new accounts and this is mainly happing in Horizon cental. 

I created a seperate Facebook account for my oculus quest 2. I don’t think I used an email address on it and I don’t have access to the phone number or device I originally used. Now meta is not allowing me tock recover the account effectively scamming me out of hundreds of dollars. They won’t allow me to reset the password and at this point it’s beyond frustrating it’s theft and it seems like they are trying to force me to buy all of the games I already own all over again. I can verify it’s my account using government issue id face verification or anything like that but they won’t even give me the option. I need help I want my account back this is utterly unprofessional of mega and down right stealing. I have no idea how to explain this but basically heres the run down. Everytime I press continue on a account to play my oculus it brings me to a black screen. I can't do anything just a black screen. All I can do is power off and on. It STILL WON'T WORK. Not only that im pretty sure it disables my controllers so I can't even try to fix it, and when I tried resetting my gaurdian using casting it still did NOT work. Ive tried restarting, Rebooting everything. I have one option and thats to factory reset which I DO NOT wanna do. Only thing that works is the Account selection menu when you power on your oculus.  Can anyone help me??

Hi Meta! Can you PLEASE add a longer skirt for avatar clothing creations? You only have a mini skirt and a lot women don’t want to wear mini. Plus, I really want to make a Scottish Kilt, and for that I need a skirt that’s just above the knee and is flat at front and pleated at the back. Please?

Meine Frau benutzte bis jetzt meine MetaQuest 3 und abonnierte mit meinem Account eine FitnessApp. So, nun hat sie eine eigene MQ3 und möchte diese App bei ihr nutzen. i used to use air link all the time and it worked fine but recently i had to get a new Wi-Fi router because mine was a bit outdated but after i got it all set up every time i try and use air link its just stuck on searching for pc's. i have the same Wi-Fi connected on both my computer and vr. so far ive tried:reconnecting my headset through the meta quest link app on my computerrestarting my pc and my headset multiple timestried forgetting the Wi-Fi and re entering the passwordturned developer mode off and back on againso far i cant seem to find why it stopped working, any help would be great, thanks! 

I used Horn of Fjalar. Opened the doors to Fortress of Flames. The battery charge ran out, exited the game without saving. After returning to the game, the Horn of Fjalar disappeared.  The doors to Fortress of Flames are closed, and there is no quest for Horn of Fjalar. Where can I get Horn of Fjalar or parts of it to continue the game?

Hello, so I recently got my Meta Quest 3 in August, and one of the first things I did was pay for the annual subscription to Quest+, because I see it as a great deal. I made sure to redeem every curated game, and every game from the rotating library. I checked several times, and even downloaded them. I know have a few games that are expired, which I know I redeemed. They are A Township Tale, Sports Scramble, and The Climb. They are in my library. Is there any way to reclaim them? It seems so odd because my subscription is active, and nothing else is expired.  I am confused if I did anything wrong. I made sure to claim every game since that is part of the value. Is there anything I can do?

So I just got my quest 3 today and it said it comes with Batman Arkham Shadow with the purchase of the quest 3 but it is now saying I have to pay for it. Anybody else having this issue? Anybody know a way I can get the game?

EDIT:  Apologies, but I have just completely re-edited the OP, as I was originally misdescribing the issue.When I select Link from the settings, even if I already have a stationary boundary selected, the boundary is changed to roomscale as soon as the environent changes to the purple void with the Meta icon.If I can do it quickly enough, whilst I am still in the purple void and before I am transferred to the Link Desktop Dash environment, I can bring up the settings again and change the boundary setting back to stationary.Clearly, I don't think this should be necessary.  If I have a stationary boundary selected, it should not change by itself to roomscale when I select to use Link.Thank you for your assistance.  Whilst there is a workaround, this issue is rather irritating. 

I have the quest 2.  I used to cast to my LG Chromecast TV all the time. I no longer have the cast option in my headset. Is there another way to do it or is that no longer an option with the quest 2 or meta quest in general ?

Using Oculus Quest 2 64 GBAt some point my Quest changed viewpoint. Im noticed it While im looking at my Meta avatar my eyes located right in the neck instead of head, the UI always appears on the much higher than it should. So when i look forward the avatar looks slightly to the top.This causes height problems in games on Quest and on PCVR.In the guardian floor position is correct, but the position of the head is incorrect, Quest doesn't seem to understand where its located vertically properly. So it makes me clip through the floor in some games and causes issues with Full Body tracking.Tried to reset guardian, clearing history, clearing surroundings history and etc, manually adjust height in settings, even tried to make floor lower than it is IRL. Nothing helps. Tried to update to v78 and factory reset, doesn’t help either. Also cleaned the tracking cameras. Also tried to change tracking frequency from auto to 50hz and 60hz no effect at all. Hello i just wanted to use my old Oculus Quest 2. i did a factory reset and the first thing that shows up is a 5 digit code for the app. unfortunatly, when i enter the code in the Horizon app its an error. i wanted to ask the support but i cant write a message as my device is not connected to the acoount. What can i do?

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well. I need some help.🙃So, When I go into the desktop editor to bring in clothing, I click on the little carrot/arrow to select Commerce, and it shows for a second but then quickly disappears before I can select anything.I’ve tried repeating the steps a few times, but it keeps happening. Has anyone else run into this issue, and do you know how to fix it?Thanks in advance for any guidance! 

Quest 3 controller no longer detects my fingers resting on the trigger. It will still detect when I pull the trigger, but not when I'm resting my hands on it. This basically removes me from being able to keep my hands in a neutral resting position for gestures/expressions.The left controller is not having the same issues. I've changed the batteries, restarted the quest, and wiped the button down, but it is extremely finnicky and does not recognize the touch most of the time.Is there a possible fix for this, or should I have claim warranty on it? Does the warranty require me to send it in and be controller-less during the repair/replacement period?

I have not been able to access worlds no matter which world i select on my quest 3... this issue doesn't seem to just be me. Been a few hours of no access, is this a bug or? I have reported it as a bug on my account.

I can't go into worlds is this a bug or an upgrade to bigger and better things? 

Hi, I just tried Hyperspace and I was really amazed. For the first time, I even wanted to leave a review on it through the Meta mobile app. I gave it 4 stars and wrote exactly this review below: "That’s amazing and feels very real. There’s a small issue with uploading, but I’m confident the tech team will solve it soon. Other than that, I can’t wait to share my place with my Meta friends to socialize, watch movies, and even stream my computer screen. It’s going to be awesome. What a wonderful time to live in!" After that, it didn’t go through and I got an error saying "My review can’t have profanity." I honestly didn’t even know what that meant. I asked ChatGPT, and it confirmed there was no profanity in my comment. I tried two more times, but eventually I got a notification from the app saying my IP was blocked for at least 2 days!
