I've tried restarting the headset. My mic works in other apps like vrChat. I'm unable to mute myself in Horizon, it just tells me to open settings and allow the app, but the mic option is grayed out. I have no options to turning my mic back on in that app. How can i fix it??

hi im having an issue when trying to download asgards wrath 2, im on q3, every time i try to download the game, the download stops and the asgards wrath icon goes back to install, i normally get between 100-600mb when it does this, the highest download i have got to is 18gb, i have restarted the quest and done a factory reset, there is plenty of space and i have tried different wifi networks. i can download and install other games just not this 1.

Last night I was playing Orion drift (if that matters) and my left controller started to glitch, and started vibrating and blinking. I'm pretty sure it was updating. I got fed up and put it down and let them update, which they did it seemed like and stopped vibrating. This noon I came in and my left controller wouldn't blink, vibrate, or connect. I tried pairing it and repairing it it would say "paired successfully" and would show up in the app even showing the percentage. When I was pairing them, they vibrated but the light didn't turn on like it normally should. When I looked on VR, no connection, didn't even show up as connected, tried to see if I can wake it up, nothing. This makes me pissed because these controllers aren't too old and I'm not trying to get another one. Yes I tried taking the battery out for 15-30 min, I've tried fresh batteries, cleaning the controllers, nothing, no response. Meta support wasn't too big of help either. I turn my oculus on and when I try to sign into my account, all I get is the pass through affect can somebody please help me 

I tried to buy a game from the meta store i was told to put my payment method which I typed my debit card and I got the message: "Error adding a payment method. Please check your credit card info." I tried 3 times to write again thinking i wrote the numbers wrong but it still wouldnt let me add the debit card. Im from croatia if that is of eny help.

V78.1030 update was available and downloaded to Quest 2 headset. After download completed and headset restarted version was unchanged at v78.1027. However when using Meta AI assistant the preferred voice changed to a male voice. After trying to change to my preferred voice selection several times the Edit button on Voice selection greyed out and I can no longer try to change the selected voice. I tried restarting the headset, disabling Meta AI - restarting - and enabling Meta AI and reloading the firmware via the Software Update Tool. The Edit button remains greyed out and I am stuck with a Voice I dislike.I will not try a factory reset. With the state of how updates are not installing I have no confidence the my headset will be in a usable condition from a factory reset.Using my headset is no longer an enjoyable experience. Hello Meta Support Team,I own a Ray-Ban Stories model RW4002 (slide-switch, purchased overseas). It pairs via Bluetooth (white LED blinking), but the Meta View app never recognizes it — I can’t advance past pairing.Meta Japan and Ray-Ban Japan both said it’s unsupported. Since it’s the slide-switch model, I cannot perform a factory reset. I’m unable to proceed beyond the pairing prompt.Can someone from Meta support please contact me via direct message (DM) to help with remote unlinking or resetting?Thank you!

Final update: I had to factory reset my headset to get my controllers to track properly again. Unfortunately the headset OS updated and now the game I play, Breachers, crashes on startup on my Quest 2. That's me done with VR.Trying to play some Breachers today, as is normal I have to restart my headset 5 or 6 times to get the Quest Pro controllers to track correctly with my Quest 2 headset, sometimes they stay in a static position and this seems to reset the connection to get it to work.However today is especially worse, they randomly move their tracking positions about 4 inches every few seconds and then move back again, as you can imagine, if you're trying to aim a gun in VR it makes it pretty much impossible.After about 45 minutes of repairing, restarting and restarting the headset I've given up and come to the forums to complain. It's so frustrating when you want to pick up your headset and play a game for 30 minutes but you have to fiddle around first, this time it was completely

My headset will no longer track and I am only able to semi use in travel mode. I tried calibrating and it won’t even let me do that.

My account has been banned for no reason and after google a bit I noticed the Meta AI went crazy with mass bans.I am obviously not a bot I sent my ID and a video of my face and still got rejected. I'm unable to play VR videos from PC. I need to control playback from PC. No need to use joystick 

I'm having trouble on earnings coins in meta horizon daily missions, I'm completing the missions but I'm not getting any coins or meta points or any kind of rewards, is there a way to fix it or anyone to talk to?

No matter what the quest 3 is not chargin more dans 1% anymore. I can start it sometimes but it closes almost immediately since there is no battery. I tried to maintain home + volume up for more then 30 sec. Only home button for more then 30 sec. Logo is flashing and after the empty battery appears. I even tried the home + volume up + volume down .. Im hearing the fan... and nothing. What should I do ?. PS yeah the cable is good. 

Suddenly game won't load. Instead it shows a universe similar environment with three white flushing dots. Any directions how to solve would be grateful.

I started using Oculus products in December 2020, and my experience in the virtual world has been incredible. When I first put on the Oculus Rift S headset and built my home in cyberspace, it brought me joy I still remember vividly.Recently, I came across a post from MetaQuestSupport from 3 years ago stating that support for the older Oculus Home experience was discontinued. While I understand the decision, I truly hope Meta considers reviving and enhancing this feature.As someone living in a small apartment, having a customizable virtual sanctuary was therapeutic. It allowed me to rest, work with virtual monitors, and feel connected yet distant from the burdens of everyday life. This was a game-changing feature that many users cherished.I respectfully ask Meta to consider reintroducing Oculus Home as a standalone app for all compatible headsets, including the Rift S. so a day ago I got on my vr and play my favorite game Formula X. and when I launch it loading and it never take me to the game then I try scary baboon three thing happen one it automatically opens up my menu two it never work or three instead of l trying to loaded me in to scary baboon it tries to load me in formula X and my vrfs works but when I try to join a game it restart my headset I need help figuring this out can someone tell how to not let this happen or fix it? 

I've been experiencing consistent issues with video playback on my Meta Quest 3 browser since November 2024. Regardless of the platform (YouTube, Netflix, etc.), the video freezes while the audio continues playing normally. I've ruled out network problems as YouTube VR works without any issues.I've already performed a factory reset and updated the headset using a PC, but the problem persists. I suspect it might be a browser-specific bug or a compatibility issue with a recent system update.Has anyone else encountered similar problems? Any suggestions on potential workarounds or troubleshooting steps would be very helpful. 

I live in Japan and my right controller of my meta quest 3 is broken. How can I get a replacement? Meta doesn’t ship controllers here.

Hello everyone I’m trying to become a streamer but I’m on a very low low budget and I’ve found that using casting save on the storage. I have been casting and using obs to record my gameplay since I can’t use airlink due to my specs not being high enough. But I can’t customize it to eye like in the camera but it would be nice if I could. Please let meta see this cuz it would be nice it they could do this soon.
