Hey everyone, I just got the Oculus Quest 3 and tried it out. I noticed that the text and images appear blurry. Is this normal, or should I consider returning it?

"I haven't used my VR headset for a long time. When I tried to turn it on, it didn’t work, so I assumed the battery was dead and plugged it in to charge. It’s been charging for hours, but the indicator light remains red. Every minute, the light turns white, the VR shows the startup symbol, and then it displays a 'Shutting Down' message and either shuts off or tries to shut off but gets stuck in a loop. The battery isn’t charging at all. What could be the exact issue?"

Hi everyone.I wanted to play on my Meta Quest 1 when this one decided to boot forever no sound nothing. I remarked that it does show the meta logo. But at a moment it blink like showing then disapearing then get back on.It’s doing this indefinitly. Factory reset nothing worked.There is no startup sound just the meta logo.If you have any advice it would be great !Best regards !

When pairing with Quest3 by AirLink,  the PC sent mdns response xx._oculusal_sp_v2._tcp.local, but it's TTL is 1, some AP will not forward it, so the airlink is not built.  Why Oculus PC app sent with TTL=1, can change to other TTL value?

At one point in my life (I don't know exactly when), I accidentally threw my right controller and broke my trigger. My main issue is that it doesn't always send a signal to the game that I pressed the trigger. So, with games that require the trigger to shoot, select, etc. I have to sit there spamming the trigger until I get a response. The worst parts are that sometimes you can't switch the hand you select with and I'm a righty so shooting left-side is uncomfortable. Does anyone know what's causing the issue or any tutorials that can help me with that issue?

Hello, I have a Quest 2 that works very well in its menu and games. But once I launch a game on Steam VR, after 20 minutes of playing, blurred lines appear and it is impossible to remove them... When the lines appear, my game works very well, I have no FPS bugs, it runs well, just the image is disgusting. (I play on oculus link)

Why is this thing so slow? Constant freezers when switching games on the pc or loading files off the quest its self, it never wants to power off when i hold the power button either, terrible piece of kit super disappointed in this product the first time i put it on i noticed how boxy the image was felt like i was scuba diving only had mine a week and im ready to sell it aint worth the money at all

When I try to add an account to my VR it sends a link to the email then I click on the link and click continue it goes to a website then goes straight back to the email 

WHY Meta keep update my quest3 without my consent? I have every update options disabled  in goggles. No auto-update without my consent. And yet they keep pushing updates to my goggles and broke them in the process. I am on v77 firmware and on the update tab i was told that on august my goggles will update to v78. Plenty of time to wait and see if that version is safe to update. This morning when i powered my goggles i had to wait for an update i didnt request before they boot  up. After the update and boot was done i discovered my games doesnt work as it should be. They froze or i hear sounds from other games. And when im in the goggles menu i hear an white noise from the speakers. And now after this unwanted update when i go to the Update menu there is no longer an v78 scheduled update. All it say is that im up to date , v77, the same as yesterday. Way they push updates without check them before. Why they use us as guinea pigs to test their updates for them?

Meta Quest 2 with old Meta Quest App.  Now trying to login using Meta Horizon App.  Nothing has changed in ex of email, password or username.  Always states email already associated with the account.  I do not want to reset all info.  Any suggestions?

Subject: Meta Quest 3 Fully Dead — Charging Port Disabled Due to False Liquid/Debris DetectionHi all, hoping someone can help me out.My Quest 3 is completely dead—no lights, no display, nothing. It won't charge at all, and I’m pretty sure the USB-C port is locked out because I got a “liquid or debris detected” alert. The thing is, there’s no liquid damage or debris whatsoever. It feels like a false detection, but now I have no way to power it on or bypass the lock.I’ve tried:Inspecting the charging port — it looks spotless.Multiple cables and charging bricks — no response.Letting it sit powered off for hours — no change.It's basically bricked unless there's a way to disable that lock or jump-start the charge. Has anyone seen this before or found a workaround? Super stuck here.Thanks a ton, if you can point me in the right direction!

Ok so I’ve had my headset for about a year or 2 and a while ago I stopped playing it because my controller broke but now that I’ve come back it’s randomly started having my WiFi disconnect every few minutes and it’s kinda annoying because I have to connect to my phones hotspot and my hotspot is very slow, I’ve tried everything like factory reseting twice and forgetting my WiFi all of that stuff and none of it worked 

Hi All, I had an email asking to verify my account by 2nd of August (or it would be locked) which involved me clicking a link and verifying I had a bank account by depositing 99p. It then asked me to switch on the headset (I was doing this all from PC) and copy down the set of numbers that would appear in the headset. There were none there and it didn't make it clear which headset to switch on (I have 3 meta headsets) so I just assumed any one would do.  So I quit the verification process and started again but all the link did was take me to the Languages page of the accounts centre.  I cannot stand these draconian practices and this will be my last Meta headset. My wife had her account locked as she never saw the email and we could never get it unlocked again losing hundreds in software which has taken over a year to replace. I have asked Meta support for help but they don't really seem to understand my issue. Any help or pointers to point me in

well, my headset can only display stuff only if I cast from my phone,anyone knows how can I fix this? 

Hi, my sons Quest 3s right controller keeps disappearing and reappearing in the VR world. I was stuck on the 0% update for a day and managed to get passed that stage but now even though it is paired and the buttons work it struggles to appear on screen. When it does it goes off within 10 minutes. I have factory reset the device and also changed battery. Paired and unpaired lots of times. Has anyone got and advice please? 

When I try to log into our Instagram account. When I try to login they send a code to the email address the account is registered to, which I imput. It then asks me to input a 2FA code but can't assess the 2FA So I try another way and asks for back up code, which we don't have  I then go to account recovery and I don't have photo of myself in the account How do I access my account, or get help from Instagram or meta? 

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to remove the created avatar in my Meta Quest 2 headset.  It is one I started to create, decided I didn't like it, and exited without saving.  However, it saved anyway.  Now, there is no way to remove it.  Seeing it in my peripheral vision and seeing my arms in front of me when I play is very distracting. I absolutely hate it, and now I can't get rid of it.I have gone several rounds with Meta support, and their suggestion was to do a factory reset on my headset.  What? NO!  Deleting an unwanted avatar should take couple of clicks at most, not inconvenience the user to do a factory reset.  Since the internet is full of instructions for how to delete a created avatar it is obvious that at some point this functionality was available.    I cannot understand why this capability was removed.  it is ridiculous and very poor customer service to prevent users from deleting something they themselves c

It would be great if Meta for Oculus could develop a feet tracking software to go around your ankles so that you can do more hands and feet virtual workouts like dance dance revolution used to or be able in some games to hands, feet or both where you could also have games with feet  where things highlight in the ground in your space. Would make Meta even more immersive if lower body could also be more incorporated and connect with the Oculus. Would also be something more cost effective to more people who cannot afford the walking machines.

Hi I am unable to progress chasing Seraphina in the tunnels. Checked on walkthrough but no joy can anyone help. 

My pc specs are pretty good so that won't probably be a problem. It needs to connect to my pc and I don't know what it's called but preferably can have those sensors that track your hands instead of controllers. Correct me if my terminology is wrong and if you think the sensors are unnecessary tell me. My budget is max 450-500 dollars :D

Would it be possible to develop a setting within the Air Link feature that enables playing stereoscopic-supported games, similar to the Virtual Desktop app? Please review this.

Hi All, A couple of days ago my Quest 3 VR headset started playing up. It was plugged in and charging but it’s now refusing to charge or turn on and gives me a blinking red light. I don’t know what it indicates or how to fix it. I charge it through my PC.
