I just fired Arizona Sunshine 2 in my Quest 3 and the game keeps crashing as well. I was playing with my neighbor next door. We both bought the game from the Meta Store. He has a quest 2 no issues on his end but my Quest 3 keeps crashing every 12, 15 and 20mins into the game. It crashes to the home screen.
Hello, good morning. I'm having a problem after updating to version 78. In games (Contractor or GhostOfTabor), whether I'm moving or standing still, the viewing angle suddenly changes. As if I were moving my head too hard. Without touching any controllers or anything... I had thought the problem could be the controller with DRIFT, but I've set the games to smooth rotation... so it wouldn't be the controllers' fault in any case. It changes the direction you're looking, whether you're still or moving. More o less 45 degrees. I'm about to return the glasses and order new ones.
Hiya!So I’ve been deep in Jolly Match 3 AR game, and turns out you can toggle into VR mode. Had to give it a spin, and not gonna lie, it hits way different. Yeah, it’s still AR, but sometimes you get that urge to go full VR mode—everything’s crystal, no distractions, just straight-up flow.Anyone here flipping between AR and VR modes too?https://youtube.com/shorts/dh00TfeeKVo?si=wCtHgY2c2trxPEir
We’ve seen progress, like the ability to create custom AI-generated backgrounds in apps like Horizon — but basic features like customising clothing are still locked behind region restrictions. Users in the UK are forced to use VPNs or change their phone settings just to access the same features others already have. More importantly, essential accessibility tools like voice dictation and better speech-to-text integration are still lacking in the UK. These aren’t just “nice-to-haves” — they’re necessities for many users with accessibility needs. If Meta can roll out creative tools powered by AI, there’s no excuse for leaving out accessibility features or restricting core customisation options by region. Start listening. Improve access. Make your platforms work for everyone.

I received an email that I didn't want. It was specific to one game. I don't want to receive these emails every time Oculus gets a new game or product or whim. My email is for important/personal things, not for advertising. I made an inquiry with Oculus support via its web site, asking for instructions on how to unsubscribe from everything. Oculus support was not helpful. My inquiry:Please direct me how to unsubscribe from all mailing lists by Oculus and its affiliates, and whomever else Oculus shares information with.Response from Oculus:Thank you for reaching out to Oculus Support. If you have received an email from us, there should be a link at the bottom of the email you received that says unsubscribe.Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.My question was not answered, and I don't like receiving the runaround. The response from Oculus requires me to receive an unwanted email first, then I am expected to unsubscribe from only that specific mailing list, which is ineff
Recently when I've been trying to use Oculus in Unity, I get this error: <RI.Hid> Device is not supported: Tracker DK (0003, 0x0005).From then on, Head Tracking works only sporadically. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
So I've been having this problem where my headset dies and it flashes white on the side led and the inside is the dark grey you see when you don't have the headset on. And I have to hold down the power button for about 10-20 secs so it can fully power off. It's been occurring for 2-3 weeks and I want to avoid a factory reset as I have important data in the headset. Please help!!
Recently, my Quest 3's caught what I assume is a weird bug that's causing some kind of visual offset between the view that Passthrough captures and what the headset renders internally. If I focus on what I can see through Passthrough, I have to take a second to focus and clear up double vision, but that causes double vision on any UI elements that I focus on afterwards, necessitating that same second to refocus, and vice versa.I've used this headset for over a year up to this point, and I had a Rift S for years before, so I don't believe it's an IPD or VR legs issue, I'm very accustomed to being in VR by now. This also seems to have broken a lot of the Q3's space vision features- the floor consistently appears in bizarre spots now, and it doesn't seem capable of recognising what room I'm in to use boundaries from memory anymore. I've played around with the IPD setting just in case, as well as restarted the headset more than a few times, and no dice. Is it screwed? What do?
when I use the pc link (wired) I get no soundI did all the updates and all settings are correct on both the PC and the VR setI restarted my computer and vr setnothing seems to work. I think it's because of an updateif anyone has any tips that would be very appreciated
I’m honestly getting really frustrated with this. I have a Meta Quest 3 and I’ve noticed that the controller batteries keep draining even when the headset is completely turned off. I’m not talking about standby or sleep mode — I mean fully powered down. I put in brand new batteries, left the headset untouched for about two weeks, and when I came back, both controllers were totally dead. This keeps happening and it's unacceptable. Why are the controllers draining power when nothing is in use? This should not be happening, and I’m hoping for an explanation and a real solution — because constantly swapping out dead batteries when the device isn’t even being used makes zero sense. Thanks.
Hi Meta Support, I’ve been using my Quest 3 for around 6 months without issue, but recently my **left controller** started drifting. Shortly after, it began triggering inputs on its own (like the grip and trigger), and now it no longer appears in the VR space at all. - It connects fine via Bluetooth.- It shows up in the Meta Quest app.- I can test joystick movement, so pairing works.- But in the headset (XR space), it is completely missing.- I have tried re-pairing, resetting, and changing the battery. Please advise me on how to proceed. I believe this may be a hardware issue. Thanks in advance!
So as the title states, Oculus drivers are breaking display cloning windows 10 for me and several other users on reddit I found with the same issue. See here The only solution to be able to duplicate displays again currently is to uninstall the pc app and not use VR at all. This is a unacceptable solution for me though as the pc is a vr pc for streaming. Without VR it has no purpose, but without display cloning I cant use my capture card to grab the content. So either way the pc once again has no purpose and I cant do what I do or play vr on stream. Is there anything can we do to fix this on the user end? Or is this a issue with a update and you all need to fix it on the support side? If so when can I expect a patch if there is a ETA on the bug?Thank you for reading.
I’m currently experiencing new issue: the battery is not charging beyond 30–35% for some reason. It hasn’t been long since I received a replacement Quest 3 due to a previous software issue, and now this is happening again. I’ve already tried a hard reset, but it didn’t help. I’m also using the standard charging equipment that came with the device – nothing unusual. In addition, I’ve found several posts online describing the exact same problem, so it seems I’m not the only one affected.I’m honestly wondering why I keep encountering problems like this with a product of this quality. What happens if I experience another issue after the warranty period has expired? Since this is already a replacement device and the issues appear to be related to either hardware or software – and the device isn’t even two years old – will I still receive support beyond the standard warranty in such cases?Kind regards
Hello everyone, I know a lot of people have had this problem but I can't seem to find a solution, it happens to me more often when playing Blade & Sorcery: Nomad but it will just randomly crash saying "Low Memory". Was trying to play it last night but crashed about 3 times within about 5 minutes of each other every time.
Am I missing something? When I pass my hand over my physical keyboard, especially the center of it, the white outline and dark shadow version of my hand appears which obfuscates the keys I am trying to type turning what is supposed to be a helpful feature, keyboard passthrough, into the opposite.
Hi everyone,My Quest updated recently to v78, and Stage Tracking has been broken.I use Virtual Desktop with the Stage Tracking option enabled, and then Space Calibrator so that I can use full body tracking with the vive 3.0 sensors. This worked perfectly until now, as Stage Tracking was making sure the alignement between the quest and pc play spaces were maintained. However, with the recent version of firmware v78, every time I lift the Quest 3 away from my face and back, it re centers its play space and Stage Tracking did not work, and I have to recalibrate the whole thing multiple times. When is Stage Tracking going to be fixed again in your firmware Meta? I understand functions might be broken, but a prompt fix would be appreciated once the bug has been reported. Thanks
Recentemente, para quem não sabe, o Oculus Home foi excluído.
I can't pair my controllers anymore. It was working fine and then stopped. Tried all of the “fixes” I.e. unpair, factory reset, batteries, but it will not work. When I try pairing the left one it starts making an update, it gets to 1% 3 times and then it says failed. Any solutions? I tried everything
Personally, It really depends on how good the implementation is, honestly. But, in games like TWD, It feels super unresponsive and really annoying when you're in gun fights that are closer than 50 yards (roughly guessing). I have to jolt my controllers so I can freely aim, making getting a quick sight picture very difficult, so I just resort to shooting without aiming at all because it's far more effective and responsive. But. I don't play any online VR shooters, so I'm not too familiar with any other games that have implemented Virtual gun stocks. Tell me what you guys think, because I feel like I'm going crazy lol.
i bought robo recall in 2017 havent use my quest 2 in over a year i come back and its gone. the app wants me to buy it again im not sure what happend
This issue just popped up on my new Quest 2. Was working for since launch no problem. Suddenly tonight no matter which network I join I get the "no internet" message. Internet is working fine on my router as I'm typing this on a computer connected to the same. Also in the app it says "Failed to connect to Oculus servers" and when I try and set/forget the network through that it just hangs and then says "Something went wrong. Please Try again" over and over.Anyone have any fixes? I tried restarting the headset multiple times.
I havent used my quest 3 for a long time now, it stopped charging the orange light doesnt even come on. I tried all the suggestions and when they didnt work I factory reset it, Still wont charge ( in a wall), its not the port because when I plug in the little back cord attached to the quest and use my portable powerbank, that works. But plugging into an outlet it will not. Ive tried other chargers and switch to multiple wall outlets. Help, its not that old obviuosly and stopped charging about 9 months ago
