I did all the suggestions my online friends gave and by watching youtube videos and lastly I did try to get into boot menu by holding down power and volume down button at the same time but, the boot menu did not show up on the VR headset - After doing that, my VR headset will not turn on and no LED light on when plugged into charger and not charging. Please help! I got this quest 2 last year 2023 Christmas gift but been used. 

I've been searching around but is there no information about if it's possible to refund IAP to someone who accidentally purchased items in game. Is this possible to do?

  This is a special experience, described as psychological horror, but it feels more like a dark-ish maze and walking sim. HiI have some credit on my account and have been waiting for either a sale on Stormland or a discount store voucher that I get sent from time to time ..... however I did a search today and stormlands is not there.  googling directly for it finds the store page but it says it is unavailable is this a temporary issue or has stormland gone the way of mountain goat mountain and other games removed from sale?thanks. 

I bought a Rift S to play HL Alyx and have been having tons of issues. I'm using FPS VR on Steam to track my performance statistics and for the most part it looks good, GPU and CPU frame times are low and performance is a solid 80 frames but my hands will look stuttery in certain parts of the game. I could be looking near a corner of a wall, good frames, stuttery hads, then back up 2 feet in game but physically in same spot and the hand movement is better.  It seems this game has some pretty serious software glitches right now, I don't have any problems playing Robo Recall or Superhot but it is not stop jankyness playing HL Alyx beyond chapter 3. I set Oculus settings to prioritize performance and Steam VR resolution to 70%, seems like my PC should run the game 0 problems at those settings but it still has issues and I have done enough troubleshooting at this point to say it's a problem with Alyx not my hardware. i5 9600k - tried at factory clock, OC of 4.6ghz and OC of

Hi ich habe das Problem wenn ich ein Spiel starte ich automatisch eine stationäre Begrenzung bekomme obwohl ich eine Freiraum Begrenzung gemacht habe. Been fighting with META for weeks it’s ridiculous. I had to gather the evidence it returned to META they lied to my bank. But I found evidence they were wrong 2 weeks ago. Apparently still considering my refund???? Really??? Should I go ombudsman and trust pilot. Reviews for refunds on trust pilot from META horrific. Any ideas welcome?thanks Lou 

My setup. 5090, 9800X3D, fast gen 5 nvme, 6000 CL 30 RAM, official link cable, new B850 MB. All software pretty stock and up to date. Using Oculus app and then launching games from desktop before entering VR. Mainly DCS, Elite Dangerous, MSFS 2020I see lots of YouTubers with similar 5090 rigs pushing Oculus App to the max resolution 1.6x and they seem to be fine. Whenever I push past around 1.4x I get artifacting in game menus. Not sure if I can share yt videos but if you look for a 6 second video called "Oculus Elite menu glitch" (not my video) it shows the glitch I'm talking about.It'll happen if 1 run Oculus app at default res/increase in game rendering, or increase Oculus app resolution/leave in game render at 1.I've tried a combination of debug tool settings and Nvidia control panel settings. Nothing seems to fix this glitching in menus at higher resolutions. Even when lowering in game settings to low, when I try higher resolutions the menus glitch.I can't find much info about thi

I gave my quest 2 to a family member in philipines. They have factory reset twice.  i cannot delete from my profile   when they try parent to it and setup horizons the device is not visible. They are on wifi and bluetooth.The only  thing it can be is its still under my ownership on a meta platform. Can someone help me delete this so they can pick it up 

Hello All,I'm hoping I can get some help in migrating an older Oculus account to a new Meta account. I did some research in the forums and I see that I'm really late to the party on an account transition, but I just can't seem to find a way to make this work.I had an Oculus account back when the original Oculus came out. I had downloaded a good number of applications and everything worked pretty well back then. I ended up getting a new headset and a new computer and never installed the Oculus software, so I missed any sort of account transition window, I presume. Now that I'm going to be getting another Meta device, I was hoping to still have access to all of those apps. I downloaded the Meta quest software and it tells me to log in using my Facebook account. I click on Continue and log in on the Meta login page. my quest three stopped tracking today. I called support and they insisted that it was my controllers. I had to persist for almost 2 hours to get any kind of resolution. I kept getting an error on screen that said it was looking for the room. I could not even access the menu, but yet he continued to insist that the controllers were the problem. In the end, I got them to take the controllers and the headset back but get this! I had to send all three in separate boxes each controller had to have their own box and the headset had to have its own box Instead of sending all three in the original box which would’ve been much more convenient and safer. I was thoroughly unimpressed with today’s interaction. all total I think I’m into this for six hours today. After doing my own troubleshooting then chatting with tech-support and then having to go and find boxes get everything packaged and get it to the drop location for FedEx half my day is erasednot impressed me Meta!

I am trying to build my VR (Quest 2) library by adding Steam VR games. Unfortunately, these games require a USB cable or 'air link' to run. I prefer the cable, so I bought a good quality - active - USB 3.x cable to connect my Quest 2 to my Windows 11 PC.Normally my procedure for playing a 'tethered' VR game on my quest 2 is this:1. Plug the cable into my PC's USB 3.2 port and to the Quest 2.1a) Power up the Quest 2 and wait it to boot up.2. Start the Oculus app on the Windows 11 PC. Check that it recognized the Quest 2 headset3. Start Steam. Select the VR game I want to play, then hit Play.4. Put on Quest 2 headset.I see the game starting, but somewhere during game play, everything goes blank and I get the message 'pc disconnected'.So the first thing I did was to place the velcro cable management strap over the Quest 2 band so that it keeps the USB C cable in place. The connection feels good, and wiggling it during game play (when PC link is working) does not disconnect.The spontaneous

I used my sim rig with my Oculus 3 link PC all week.  Jumped on tonight and noticed the v76 link update and yep, unplayable.  Repaired the Link software on the PC several times, uninstalled, reinstalled, did a factory reset on the Oculus, still unplayable.  Any suggestions?

When I first started up my Quest 3s, everything seemed normal until the logo kept replaying itself. I then tried turning it off, I heald the power button for a long long time. It went black until it turned in again like if I booted it up normally. Then the process repeated. Spinning logo and the logo repeating but this time the meta opening sound was replaying. It kept opening, then going back to the logo For a good 20 maybe 30 minutes. For those minutes I have been stuck trying to do something. I almost factory reset my headset pressing the power button and the volume lower button. But yeah, after 30 minutes of trying, it finely booted up to the home screen. Before that. I tried opening a app from The Meta app, and when it got to the homepage that "App" was the first thing I saw. I don't know if me booting up a application from The Meta Mobile app directly fix the headset, but I want to know how i can never let this happen again, because i was scared to the bottom of my gut that I was

I am on the PTC v78 and this morning I had two flights, and when I got in the air I put on my Quest but travel mode was gone. I can't find it, and it doesn't seem to work automatically.  Did something change? Is there a different way to enable it?

My phone was updated so I lost connections to some of my apps. I tried to reconnect my quest headset but after entering the code it doesn't recognize my email address even though I know it is correct. I was able to add a new email but it is still not working with either email. Does anyone have suggestions to resolve this issue?
