Hello I am an owner of a quest 2,So the first time we got are headset was about 3 or for years ago but when we set it up that when the problem starts first we had problems connecting to the wifi second abit 1 or 2y later I tried gorilla tag and it just closed as soon as I opened it started to work  again 2 days ago but now it's broken again and now when i try to turn off the headset it just shows a black screen and the light just flashes white so does anyone have this problems and can I fix these problems?

I created a VR game using Unity 6. I was testing it in Play Mode with the headset, and everything worked fine. However, after building the APK and installing it with SideQuest, I ran the game, but nothing rendered except for some assets and decals located in the Resources folder.

After re-starting several times and installing the batteries, the problem persists.Once the quest is power on, when. I need select a profile icon to proceed, neither controller is working. There is no tracking at all.However, when I press and hold the power button to shut it off, a power menu shows up, including sleep/restart/power off options, I can see both controllers (100% battery). For that menu, I can use the controller to select any option.

Trying to redeem a gift card for Gorilla tag and entered the code and it says "Error performing query."  Please help

 every time I try to buy a game this happens I bought the meta-quest 3s yesterday for 319 this is disappointing 

Need to know when Meta AI will be available in Puerto Rico. We are part of US with thousands of sales of th meta glasses in the island and cannot connect to it.

I own an Oculus quest 2 and recently got a new phone. My meta horizon app didn’t transfer, so I tried to log back in. I then realized that I forgot the e-mail I used to create the account. The account name is @heypooppug33 and I spend around $100 on the account. I really hope someone can help me either change or find out what e-mail I used for the account.

I was trying to pair my headset to my computer using two different accounts but it said that I had to use the same account on the website and vr. But the one I wanted to use on my vr was my main account so I had to make a new one. Because I forgot my email to my Facebook account and I lost my phone a couple months ago. And that had all my info so if I could get help finding my email for my. Facebook that would be great and could you guys fix having to need the same account to pair my vr to my computer  thanks, Logan

The option to share a referral link for a purchased game within the app is missing from the menu? I’m guessing this is an account issue with meta themselves???? Thanks

I have recently had my Quest 3. I purchased a couple of apps through the headset. I have just created a desktop Meta Quest account. All with the same meta account. I am not able to see my Headset purchases on the Desktop app. is there any way I can see my apps on the desktop too?

My Meta Quest 3 won't charge any further than 74 %. How to fix this?

Hi there, I recently had this problem, no audio in the device (Quest 3) when connected to pc with Link cable and the Link software running.Simple fix for me: First enable Oculus virtual audio device as the sound output in windows, then open the Nahimic Companion app on your pc > settings > remove optimisations.This immediately fixed it for me, if you’re not using Nahimic audio then this probably won’t be much help. But if you are then I hope it helps.

Hi,When I try to disable the “Hey Meta” feature on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses using the Meta View app, I encounter an issue: the settings page for “Hey Meta” appears completely blank (see attached screenshot). It worked fine on meta ai app v244.0.0. After that version it broke. The issue is on IOS. Everyone on the Apple App Store is complaint so it’s affecting all IOS users.Because of this, I can’t turn the feature off or change any settings related to it.I’ve already tried:Restarting my phoneRestarting the glassesUninstalling and reinstalling the appBut the problem persists — the screen stays empty every time.Could anyone help me with this? Is there any known fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.  

My old account with all of my games and my Quest + Subscription is locked out due to the fact that I changed number and now Microsoft authenticator is not working correctly either... Please someone help me update the phone number.Thanks, C Sievers 

Days ago was working properly, throw headphones or Oculus audio. When Oculus is running without link, bot are working properly, but when the link is running, nothing. The headset was auto updated some days ago, I think that's the problem starts since that. I tried al configurations, reinstall software's, etc...Thanks your help.

I am having issues connecting my Oculus Go with Meta Horizon app.(1) I have reset my Oculus Go to factory settings.(2) I tried connecting Oculus Go with Meta Horizon app but I am getting stuck on the "Watch Video" related to Health and Safety.  I can't seem to load the videos.  I tried on Android and iOS devices but same results.(3) Due to the issue above, I am not able to complete my setup.  (4) I tried contacting Meta but my serial number for Oculus go is not recognized so I am not able to reach anyone regarding this issue.I realize that Meta is no longer supporting Oculus Go but since I paid a lot money for my device, I would like to use it if possible.Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Hey guys, issue with the Quest 3S, trying to get it working for my PC VR setup and it's been a total nightmare since I got it.I have been trying to diagnose this issue all day. I got the Quest 3S on Black Friday, and it took me about 5 hours to get it connected via the official Meta Cable Link USB-C cable to my computer, which is when this issue began. I have NO idea what I ended up doing that worked, because it randomly interfaced and let me connect to my PC after restarting both it and my computer separately about 30 times. I was very happy, and I had minor issues for 2 days. Come today, I've had nothing but major issues.Essentially, what's going on, is that the computer & software never recognizes that the USB-C cable is plugged in. I have a B650 AORUS Elite AX V2 with the included 10G USB-C port on the back, which is where the Cable Link is plugged into. There's barely any documentaiton or how to get custom UI working for VR users. Most of the documentation on the developer docs are geared toward mobile and Desktop. Does anyone know if any resources I can use to learn how to make UI for VR users? Simple things like a health bar UI in VR or something similar in complexity.

I have the oculus Meta quest and I got it from my grandpa and he’s already used it so I did a factory reset but the code that I need to pair my oculus to my app is not working.

Ive had this quest since 2023, don't overuse it or abuse it. It was fine this morning and I've had issues in the past with login and pairing my phone. Today I had to update the software or the headset kept screwing up. After the update the headset border has static and moves when I do, the Bluetooth doesn't work properly, the apps randomly work or don't etc. I got into a discussion with meta customer support and they told me it was a problem with their software and I asked for a replacement. He told me to factory reset it so I did and now I can't even log into my headset PLUS all the data is gone. I was told I'd get an "out of warranty" replacement but after the factory reset the dumb **bleep** tells me that it's not actually a replacement and they'll take a look at it for $170. I hate meta, I hate their products and the fact they screwed me over again with a product I bought and own, makes me want to be violent. **bleep** you meta

I've just purchased the Quest 3 and I CAN NOT get it to pair with my PC over Air Link. It finds my PC, and I am on the same network as my PC but it just hangs and says it can not pair.-I've checked Windows Firewall and there is an exception for Oculus.-I've turned off the Link options in the headset and turned them back on again.-I've changed my network to Private and to Public.- I do not have a mesh network.-I've tried restarting my PC, my headset and my router multiple times.-I've deleted all Oculus files on my PC then reinstalled them.-I've seen advice to go into Windows Settings > System > Quest Link, but since I've never linked my Quest to Windows in the first place, that option isn't there.Nothing is working. This is incredibly frustrating. It seems like this has been happening to a lot of people for a long time. Why is something like connecting to the WIFI so difficult?Please advise. Many thanks.
