Just purchased the meta quest 3 mainly for this game. I purchased it but I can't get past the select language. The controller doesn't respond so I can't get into the game. The controller works fine everywhere else so it's not a battery problem. I tried reinstalling but that didn't work either. Anyone else encounter this? Seems like it says internal debugging when it's on the language screen.

Since v74, the stationary boundary has changed. Instead of a blue circle on the floor, there is now a white boundary, which, however, barely detects when you leave the play area. This makes many games unplayable (for me and many other people, see numerous Reddit posts). Is there a way to reactivate the old blue stationary boundary?

As per title, since today's update, the frame rate in all apps and games goes super-choppy and unplayable after 2-3 minutes of use.Apart from the controller-aim issue, everything worked great for the first few months, then every update things started getting worse and worse and worse!I'm now seriously thinking of selling up and moving to a different VR headset.

I’m about to buy the quest 3s, but I’d like to link it to my oculus account so I can access all my games from my original quest. However, i wasn’t able to update my oculus account to a meta one, so now they both share the same email. How can I make sure all the games I’ve already purchased make their way to my new 3s? thanks!

Everything was OK until two days ago. I was able to use air link and my headset without any problem. But suddenly air link was crashed and after that Meta Quest Link software in my PC did not work. First, I tried to restart my PC and headset, but nothing changed. Then I decided to repair the app. The app was completely removed and the download started from scratch. But the download stops when it reaches 2.14 GB. I tried many times but no success. I disabled antivirus apps, deleted all the files related Oculus, restarted modem... But nothing changed, every time it stops at 2.14 GB and says check connection. I'm trying to contact support due to some headstrap battery issues but whenever I try to open a ticket it asks me beforehad for the SN. I introduce the number and it tells me that they couldn't find it. Also in my meta account on PC it says that I don't have  any devices registered but I can see them on my phone just fine. I have a rift cv1 and a quest 3.

I was really excited to finally upgrade from my oculus rift cv1 to a bigscreen beyond 2 (tried various headsets through this years but didn't like them, quest 2,3 psvr2 . Just to realize there are no more controllers available from steam cause they have been discontinued. So the people buying this headset is just for flying and racing sims?. I personally play games like skyrim , fallout, resident evil. So what is the path or alternative get a a bsb2 with complete experience using controllers?

Got another lock state here. Initially started as not being able to track. Cleaned off all sensors, sat in a well lit room with no direct sunlight, no respective surfaces, and still didn't work. Followed that up with a factory reset that didn't seem to help. Now powers on, gives the logo, then goes to black screen. Go to look at device settings and "lock state: locked". Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I recently wanted to play the Game Bonelab on my quest 2 ! My parents are totally fine with me playing 18+ games since I myself am 17 and turning 18 soon. However my account is entirely restricted for 18+ games ! I already set up the parental controls with my mom‘s Account to disable the function and give me full access to the entire catalogue ! However, whenever my mom disables the restriction, the option is immediately re-enabled when you leave the menu ! My phone app got spammed with „your restrictions have been disabled“ notifications, however the changes never apply ! I also am unable to even send an approval notification for any purchases overall, so there is absolutely no button to even press ! Well, now my Mom gifted me the game over her account, because we thought this maybe worked better. But the activation code just gets rejected with the same „you aren‘t 18 yet“ response… What can i do ? I have full approval of my parents as I said before… We followed all the guides on the

So I am making this thread to raise visibility for child Meta accounts not being able to add their parents or a trusted account as a friend and vice-versa.   If this situation does apply to you, please let me know of the following so I can get this info looked into. Which headset version are you currently running? You can check this in Quick Settings > Settings > Software Update > under the Current Version Details section. The formatting should be 60.#.#.###.###.######### or 62.#.#.###.###.#########. Are any of you currently enrolled in the PTC? If so, is it for the headset, PC app, or both? Can you let me know the mobile app version, along with the OS for the phone? Which headset are you using? Has anyone been able to add their child/parent as a friend from some workaround? Also, if you guys see any other threads with this problem as their main topic, please feel free to link them in the replies; I'll want to look over them if possible.

I have downloaded a game on my new Quest 3 called 'Aim XR' but when I play it I am unable to pick up guns and object as I cannot see my hands.  I CAN see my hands if I put the controllers behind my head, then my arms are visible but my hands and bent right back against my forearms. What am I doing wrong, and how do I fix it as other people in the game are relying on my to offer them cover if they are shot at my the enemy. Please help a newbie.

I used to use Supernatural a lot, but then got away from doing anything VR for a while, and now Supernatural app won't run ... says support ended in January of 2024, and to reach out to support@getsupernatural.com.  I'm not finding that helpful.  Suggestions?

I did select "Respond without "Hey Meta""  - which is supposed to listen for another prompt.However: The glasses pick up and respond just fine to "Hey Meta" , then they hear my questions/commands just fine - som the hardware works perfectly.  Once Meta AI is done speaking, the LED goes out, and any questions I may instantly ask are ignored. (IDK if the LED should stay on for a while while it's listening for a follow-up) 

This threat is not about what is better or worse. I just would like to know, what it was like for you to use the Rift S for the first time and what memories you have about it. When i got the Rift S i was blown away by the visual clarity in comparison to the Rift CV1 and how easy it was to set up. Also i got it after they fixed the tracking, which was increadibly good for not needing any external equipment. That were good times 🙂 

My oculus won’t connect with air link is says air link not working correctly did all the steps idk what else to do

I purchased After the fall in the quest headset and wanted to airlink to my PC for better graphics. I cannot download the program to my PC via the desktop app. Other games are not having this issue it appears to be only "After the Fall". I have opened a ticket (7786734) and there was no solution i was simply told that my RTX4090 was too powerful. Which should in no way keep the oculus app from functioning properly and the fact that other games work this way clearly shows this to be incorrect. I would appreciate any help to resolve this. Also i have already tried the download and repair effort described on another thread. This did not solve the issue.

I cannot connect to any meta apps, including casting, meta store, horizons or even installing apps like gorilla tag. The browser works and takes me to any website I want to visit. Internet is connected and working fine but no matter what I do thru meta apps or features including AI it gives me a network connection error.

battery wont charge past 1% thinking about either shooting it or selling it and going with a competing brand if it doesnt work today. im using type c to c on a wall outlet with no other 3rd party equipment attached. I paid 500 dollars for your dollar store tech and it shouldnt fail this easy with no guaranteed warranty. 

Hi! So ive just bought a quest 3 comming from Pico 4. With pico I used virtual detoskop and  a link cable with ethernet conncetion. What is the best way to play pcvr games with Quest 3 with link cable if I want the best possible image quality?

I've been trying since I acquired my 3s in February to install the Link app so I can use the headset wired to my pc rather than over wifi, which is extremely unreliable and laggy. So far, I've tried disabling all of my antivirus and firewall through Windows Defender, installing with and without the headset plugged in with various compatible cables, creating a new partition (at the advice of support?) to install it on, and others I'm sure I've forgotten since this is such a long ongoing issue. I have a Lenovo laptop with a Ryzen 7435, a GTX 4060, and 16gb of ram, with around 100gb of free space. I'm not really sure what else I can do to get it installed at this point but was wondering if anyone knew any other way.

I am experiencing a perplexing issue where my Meta Quest 3's IPD randomly shifts.I have updated my Quest 3 to v78 via the official stable release channel, not the Public Test Channel (PTC). Despite not touching the IPD dial, the display frequently shows "min" for the IPD, appearing randomly every 5 minutes to an hour. This occurs even though I haven't set it to the minimum value or manipulated the dial.When "min" appears, if I adjust the dial even slightly, it immediately returns to my correctly set IPD of 61mm. However, after another random period, "min" reappears on the display.I've seen reports of this issue on Reddit, suggesting it might not be an isolated problem specific to my device. The other user who reported this also confirmed they were on the official stable update, not the PTC.
