Hello. I bought new Quest 3s. It was packed nobody opened it. I connected it to my son's account. My son is 24 years old. So he is adult.But we cannot find how to get free Batman. No codes, no emails, when we look at game in meta shop we can only buy it at full price...

Hello friends. I’m a double leg amputee who spends most of his time in a chair. Looking for  recommendations for games or apps that may be made for someone in my position. 

I know this issue is on the Microsoft side, but it also pertains to people in these forums.Today I tried to install the "Mixed Reality Link (Preview)" app from the Microsoft Store (aka.ms/MRLink, or here for details in a browser). Even though my PC meets the system requirements, the "Get" button is greyed out.   It seems that more people are having the same issue when trying to install the app.On my first try, I had Bluetooth disabled, and the page said my PC didn't meet the requirements. im actually a bit lost but I was just wondering if you can led the way for me so it could get better sight in mind for the two of us then later we can both explain it to others or atlis for the better way coz it's hard when we got lost in between again then we end up in confusion not knowing then blame you me and whoever please or you know on that way I always asked then not crazy insane yay  

It's driving me a bit nuts...   Before the introduction of Meta AI if I set my Localisation to English (UK) I could select an English voice for the assistant, but now with my Localisation on English (UK) it will only use an American voice.Is there any way to fix this? 

Hello!Is there some way to hide the controllers or hands while watching videos with the oculus browser?If I turn on hand tracking I can hide the controllers but it still estimates my hands on the screen. If I try to hide the controllers it randomly pops them up in middle of my viewpoint.I would just like to view the video without anyhting else showing up.

How would someone go by uploading mind games to the computer? I have 43 Half life games for the VR and need help uploading them. Me and my brother decide to try to make games without the developers doing non-consensual coding. Every time him and I play games the game seems to ask us to code for free. Sometimes I  believe the developers are watching over our every move. So i decide to make games safe from free uploading and now I am needing some upload advice. So far I haven't been able to find any help on VR gaming code. I hope this doesn't go against forum policy. Thanks!

While using oculus quest link my games were running very badly and I noticed quite quickly that anti-aliasing was most likely the problem. So I go to setting and try to turn it off but when I click it the toggle stays the same. I search for hours but still can’t find a fix.

I have a MSI 12th Gen Intel(R)Core(TM)i5-12450H gaming laptop, my quest works fine with link cable conected to the meta app but when I try to use my desktop on it, the screen is black & I can only see my mouse. I’ve tried the method where I put the oculus setup for power saving and restarting both devices but it’s doesn’t work.

Was going for some classics despite I already played them to give some money to the devs. Me surprise to see that they barely go under 40% despite being +5 years old and such.

Just a random thought. We are always told to never use any form of liquid to clean lenses in VR headsets because they have a special coating or whatnot. Given how prone the lenses are to getting sweat and grease on them and then needing to be cleaned, would it not be sensible for designers to make the lenses tougher or use some less fragile coating to begin with

Is there any way to get in contact with an admin or something to ask about adding achievements to public horizon profiles? As an achievement hunter I’d love to be able to show off the achievements I get in games on my Quest headset. Maybe even be able to see other achievements I haven’t unlocked in games I have from the app or on the web

Hi, I faced a few times the issue where my controllers are dead but still under guarantee. Unfortunately it is a huge stop in my activity as a freelancer 3D artist since I use my VR (Quest Pro) as a working tool with almost daily usage. I was wondering if a "partnership" between Meta and professionals would be possible to ease the hardware replacement process in order to limit the time lost from waiting the new hardware ?(I'm not familiar with forums, so I hope I don't mess things up by posting it in the wrong topic. I am hoping meta store sees this…can you please put movement type in the filter in the store. Many of us still get motion sickness and need teleport option. It would be handy if we could easily find those games and apps upfront ☺️

Black Screen/3 dots issue. Just purchased the meta quest 3s Batman bundle. After setting it up, I wanted to download the Batman game and it’s asking me to pay for it! It should have been free and part of the bundle, the reason why I bought this in the first place! Anyone experiencing it? I might return it back tomorrow back to Bestbuy.
