I need to upgrade my video card but after spending thousands of dollars on VR equipment, I don't have much left to spend on a video card, especially if my CPU isn't good enough. I was going to go with a GTX 970 but the R9 390 is the same price up here and comes with 8GB and I've heard rumours that AMD cards may work better with DX12.I'm mostly going to be doing dev work with Unity and if I can get some time play racing sims such as iRacing or Assetto Corsa (and maybe some Elite Dangerous). Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am building my first pc and i have ordered all the parts, which was a long journey of more than 3 weeks heavy researching to make sure that i'll be happy with my system. I hope it will do, it's good quality but a little short of desired wattage.

Is there a way to make black ops 3 multiplayer splitscreen online take the whole screen not just the middle. The sides of the screen are black. Iv set the safe area to fit the whole screen already. This is on ps4

Just bought a sony 60 w900 the guy at the store said this is the latest model and it has 4k.on the box it did say 4k and 2015 bravia tv. But when i try to play 4k videos via usb on the tv it doest pick it up says file not supported.iv googled the model number and some say its 4k some say its full hd so did i just get ripped off have u guys heard this model??

I was using "the great suspender" plugin in chrome, and that allowed me to have all those tabs open without totally freezing my computer. But... having 1000 tabs open has a weird effect on my brain, and I don't ever want to have that many open any more.How many tabs do you have open in your browser?

Hi PC peopleI have a bunch of 3.5" inch hard drives that I want to store long term, without having them connected to a computer. I no longer have the original plastic retail packaging for these drives. How can I store these safely?I considered just putting them into a shoebox. But I don't think that's safe. I also think it is not good to stack them on top of each other.I tried googling keywords like "hard drive storage container" but I think that because hard drives are storage devices themselves, google gets confused about what it is I am actually asking for.I know I can buy a bunch of external enclosures, but that might be too expensive and wasteful since I probably won't use the USB interfaces on them.I thought about just buying a cheap ATX case with no PSU and mounting the drives into the bays, but there might not be enough bays for the amount of hard drives I want to store, and it is wasteful that the area where the psu and motherboard goes would go unused.Do you have any ideas?
