I have a quest 3 and i don't like the new navigator , how can i change it? and i also not have the navigator option to desable it 

my son had a quest 2.  he gave it to a friend when he got a quest 3, but he didn't reset the headset. He was having issues logging in to his normal user so he created a second account.  lets call them user 1 and user 2I deleted the meta app off my phone and now he cant access the store or play online (i think?)I have reinstalled the app and logged on, reconnected the device to my app.  the next troubleshooting step was forgetting the Wi-Fi and reconnecting but the headset said I don't have permission to do that.  i think his 'user 1' is the admin, but he's never used it on the quest 3 and cant access it.  when i try to access user 1 it says 'something went wrong' so i click 'generate device code'.  the page appears to refresh but nothing else happens.is there a way to reestablish connection to the internet and store?

Map 111 horizon worlds I woke up a day ago and my map refuses to load error unable to travel to destination I try preview mode and stuff has been removed from my map 😡to the point that I cant even get to the end of the map this is extremely frustrating can they restore my personal information? and could horizon worlds stop blocking my map 

This is quite unfortunate and I don't really know what can be done in my position, so I guess I'm just gonna put it out there to see if there's any hope. I have just purchased a used Quest 3S Xbox Special Edition off of a third-party, and as it turns out it's stuck in the USB Update Mode and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. All the options in the menu simply lead to the headset turning off and booting back up to the same exact screen. There's no option to change the partitions and the bootloader is locked. Is there anything left for me to do to maybe bring it back to life?

Good morning! I would like to get out of PTC due to the following reasons: headset shutting off mid session, sometimes headset refuses to power off, menu music continues playing when menu isn’t in view. Thank you. I will await your response. 

WINDOW LIMIT REACHEDYou can only have three windowsout of the dock at once. Close,minimize or move some windowsback to the dock. That is the error message I get in my Meta Quest 3.I have no windows open that I know of!How do I close or minimize windows that I cannoteven see or find? This is a new problem for me,I assume it started because of recently updating.  

How come I am on V81 and STILL NO NAVIGATOR ???? I have been tolerating the utterly terrible current UI for god knows how long ... so when do I actually get to use the new Quest Navigator UI ?????

I am unable to access the menu when looking at my wrist in game so unable to take preview pics of my map does anyone know why this is?

How can I delete my meta quest from my account without also deleting the meta quest? I no longer have the meta quest.

i was playing on my quest 3s headset and i was playing poker stars while casting on my pc for a friend to watch, midway through i hear a pop sound and it completely shut off. i was charging while playing. no leds are showing when i plug  it in to charge, and it will not turn on at all. is there a fix or do i need a new one? i just got this in december.

Hi, I have had my account restricted and can't purchase or even subscribe to horizon+. I bought 6 games in one go for my son's birthday on the 19th march and since then I've had restricted access due to unusual activity. I've had over 20+ emails back and forth with meta about this and all they keep saying is they're dealing with it. They can't give me a timeframe, the real reason it's blocked or any information other than I have to wait.  I've tried to escalate it but they say it is and then still give me no further info. I've had 3 emails saying it's fixed and to wait 24 hours then buy something. I wait over that amount and it's still restricted. I go back to them to inform them it's still blocked and they say they can see that and to leave it with them.  I'm lost, my kids really upset not his subscriptions lapsed and won't accept payment as he's lost a lot of his favourite games. What do I do?

I bought a 50$ gift meta gift card for easter. I redeemed it and purchased 50$ of the meta credits so he could freely make purchases in games. He can’t use these credits in any of the games ?? It’s not coming up as a method of payment in any of the 4 games he plays  but UG. I keep reading conflicting opinions saying the purple diamond,looking things  are for avatar purchases only. I mean that is ridiculous no one is going to buy a 50$ or more gift card to “decorate or customize “ a stupid avatar. That doesn’t even make sense. Can someone,some shed some light on? 

I tried to uninstall meta horizon link, while trying to fix a problem I have. Tried to uninstall from the settings, but the same message popped up. I tried to manually remove the files from my Program Files and App Data files, restarted my pc and download the latest setup file and the same message popped up, so I won't be able to install it back at all. Are there ways to fix this problem?

I have been trying to download 2 videos (30 min video and 40 sec video) all day but every method I try doesn’t work.•Downloading straight from the app ends with “Download Unsuccessful” every time.•I can’t share the video to another app (like WhatsApp) as the video size is too big.• Sharing/copying the URL does work after waiting a while, but it makes me download the video as a file, rather than saving to my photos app which I need it to.Sending the videos to Google Drives works, but has the same issue as before.Is there anything I can do to be able to download my videos and have them save to my photos app rather than as a file.Please and thank you.

Hello everyone,I have been experiencing an issue with my Meta Quest 3 for quite a long time now, probably since around a couple of months after I bought it.While I am in a game, the camera/view sometimes turns by itself. From what I understand, it seems like the headset randomly resets or recenters my position at completely random moments.I tried to look this issue up online, but I could not find any clear information about it, any explanation, or any guide on how to fix it. I also asked other people about it, but no one was able to help, and no one seemed to know about this problem.I tried to ignore it and keep playing, but it has been extremely frustrating and it really interferes with gameplay.I am hoping someone can help me understand what is causing this and how to fix it.Thank you.

Hi,After updating to OS v2.1 and starting my own WebXR (VR) game (using A-Frame) I noticed something annoying: When the right controller should vibrate, the left one does and when the left controller should vibrate, nothing happens.In Wolvic, this issue is not there (just wanted to try another browser to see if it was the browser).I have tried different approaches to solve this issue by debugging and rewriting my JS code to no avail. It worked perfectly fine before the update.The vibration works correctly in the OS itself, so that's not an issue (did unpair controllers and removed/inserted batteries etc.).Could there be a bug in how WebXR works in the latest Quest browser?Would appreciate all the help I cant get,Thanks!

Hello. I am using my Quest 3S on a Windows 11 pc to run X-Plane12 flight simulator. I have installed Virtual Desktop and, using VD, have created a pass-thru window to use during x-plane12 usage. I use the pass-thru window to look down at my IPad containing my maps and note-taking software.Until recently this worked fine. I started my headset, started the Virtual Desktop then started the X-Plane12 software and was able to see the pass-thru window from my cockpit view of the aircraft. However, I am now unable to see the pass-thru window after I start X-Plane12. I can see it before I start X-Plane12 but not after. X-Plane12 seems to be behaving well but no pass-thru.Do I need to register X-Plane12 with Virtual Desktop to allow one to work with the other.Can anyone suggest a reason and a possible remedy please?Thanks

I can catch fish in both bobber bay and gator ,but when I'm in salmon spring every time I catch my first fish the it tells me the weight etc. but at the bottom of screen it says press to continue ,tried all the buttons to continue but can't move it from the screen , been doing this for about 3-4 weeks now ,any ideas ? I've taking screenshots/ screen record but don't know who to contact? 

Dear Meta Team,I’m concerned and frustrated that the (Worlds) feature is still unavailable in the Middle East. For example Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan.. etc. Also, many Oculus Quest 2 users purchased your devices expecting the full experience, but this key social feature is missing. It’s frustrating to be LEFT OUT while other regions have access! Please prioritize make (Worlds) available in the Middle East and Oculus Quest 2 as soon as possible.Kindly anyone who have the same concern press the like button to let them hear us! 

this is in relation to the mesa turnip video driver support that is missing in horizon OS against the xr2 gen 2 when used in quest 3 and quest 3s headsets.there is no blockage of the video driver from Mesa against the quest devices, turnip video drivers are working in other VR headsets with the same xr2 gen 2, and even the old oculus and meta quest 2 vr headsets can use turnip video drivers, resulting in a quest 2 running applications and emulators better than quest 3, which is frankly embarrassing.this regression has been present throughout quest 3 life cycle, with no reason given and no hope of working around this, forcing only the use of supplied Qualcomm drivers (which quest 3 is fully up-to-date with) that has compatibility issues and huge performance loss by comparison.this forces some very exciting projects leaving quest 3 behind on performance to all it's competitors when using android apps that take advantage of these better video drivers.Over the years I have seen more things

Hi Meta Support / Community, I’m looking for guidance on a warranty/service issue for my Meta Quest 3. Summary I bought a sealed / “new unopened” Quest 3 on a marketplace (Vinted) from a seller based in Belgium, I live in Germany.The headset initially activated and registered to my Meta account and even showed a warranty end date (until ~03/2028) in my device/warranty section.After 2–3 days, the right display/lens went dark (left side still works). I tried standard troubleshooting including factory reset, but the issue persists.  Meta support outcomeI contacted Meta Store Support for warranty service/replacement a couple of times. There were some confusing issues, e.g. the regular replacement form online only allowed me to have the new ones shipped to an adress in Belgium, no option to pick Germany or any other country. One or two days later, the website started showing a text saying  that warranty has expired, despite the same page still showing warranty

I am unable to follow the steps provided because the "Advanced" section does not appear in my Settings menu. ​I am using the Meta Quest 3S, and I have checked both the main Settings and the Experimental features, but the "Enable Navigator" toggle is missing. Even when using the search bar within the headset, no results are found for "Navigator" or "Advanced settings." ​Could you please provide updated instructions compatible with the Quest 3S latest firmware? Or let me know if this feature has been moved or deprecated for this model.

Per the topic, where is the indicator that an update is required for a particular app, the list of the apps ready to update and the options to choose the orders of downloads etc?I can't find anything in this update and I don't mean system updates under options. I mean all of the options relating to app Updates being under their own category appear to have vanished?????I have had app downloads get stuck before or keep downloading past 100% complete etc so I need a visible indicator of what is downloading and the order of downloads. Has half the functionality been removed or what?

My camera app is stuck in the hidden section of my app library.Also why is there no recently opened quick menu in the new navigator UI

- Quest Pro controller is getting an offset every 30s that doesn't resolve itself (I have this issue since day one, on three different controllers so it's not hardware related) as before where I was putting the drifting controller in my back a few seconds to make the headset/controller line of sight occluded, then bringing the controller in front my face/the headset, it used to recalibrate after a few seconds. This issue makes the headset useless when randomly one of your controller is multiple meters away from your actual hand...Note I tried to leave PTC, performed a factory reset : I haven't been rollback to 2.1, I'm stuck on 2.3... Edit : After thousand hours of VR, it's just today I found a way to force the quest pro controller to reset its tracking : I bring the controller inside a pocket/below my t-shirt for a few seconds, then bring it in front of the headset -> it resets the tracking... At least I can use my Quest Pro without restarting my controller every few minutes.
