I have footage shot with the insta360 pro 2 and I am wondering what specs I should use for 2d 360 degree monoscopic footage to create a file that will look good on the quest 3 and play smooth. The orginal footage was shot at 8k 30fps. Looking for resolution output size, bitrate, codec h264 or h265 and so forth. The camera was a rental and so will be the quest 3. This is for an event happening soon.

Hello, Last night before going to sleep, I thought I'd check for new updates and quickly updated my Meta Android app. What a mistake...I had been using the app just before, browsing the Store, everything was fine.Two minutes later, right after the update, the app wouldn't open anymore. I immediately get a message saying the app has repeatedly stopped working. I've reinstalled the app at least 10 times, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, but nothing works. I can't use the app anymore.I've been using the app for about five years now Quest 1, 2, and now 3 but I've never experienced anything like this.I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Android 9. It would be great if Meta could address this problem.

I am trying to log into my meta account on my computer but it says the email or password is incorrect, however the email and password is correct, I have reset both several times, but it still says they are incorrect. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that didn't work, and I did the forgot password thing numerous times, but that is not working either. Please help if you can. 

The issue i’m having is that my sensors aren’t tracking my headset, my controllers work perfectly fine though they are above me and off to the side. I keep getting the issue of “Your sensor is tracking your position but cant see the front of your headset.”Its an old oculus rift cv1 that i recently got a new coord for, so the coord shouldnt be a problem. Ive cleaned my sensors, reset my pc, reset my oculus, im not sure what else to try. If i am emailed i can send logs if that helps.

I recently purchased Blade and Sorcery: Nomad for both of my children. The game is rated M 17+ but I have approved the game and everything was working fine. one of my sons added so many mods to the game that it kept freezing so I suggested that he delete the game and reinstall it. However, it was no longer appearing in his library to download again. When he searched the store, nothing would come up. Weeks go by and he’s still trying to find it. He found that it was in his blocked list, he created a passcode and unblocked it. But it still doesn’t show up anywhere. I am unable to gift it to him again, as it shows from my end that he has the game. No settings were changed from me. We are both not sure how to find the game. I’ve looked up tutorials on how to restore games but they don’t work. he has also tried looking for a different game that was rated M17+ that also doesn’t show up in the store. how can we find this game again that was already purchased and downl

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone else in the UK is experiencing delays with Meta AI and accessibility features on Quest devices. These features seem to have been rolling out for quite a while, but they still don’t appear to be fully available in the UK. For example: - Meta AI is still not available- Accessibility features like dictation (UK version) are missing- Accessibility tools do not seem widely available I’m also experiencing some issues on Quest OS v72 (2.1 interface): - I previously had Navigator (v87)- After an update Navigator disappeared- I still do not have access to the new interface So currently I seem to have:- No Meta AI- Missing accessibility features- Navigator removed- No access to the new interface Is this still region locked for the UK or part of a slow rollout? Has anyone else in the UK experienced Navigator disappearing after updates? It would be great to hear from other UK Quest users to see if this is a wi

My father ordered a meta quest 3s for me on 3/8/26 after he made the payment no money was deducted from my father's card, he hasn't gotten a email, he also has not made a meta account and went to the website purely to get the 3s for me. Is there something wrong with the payment processing or is the 3S is out of stock?

Sorry but from everything I’ve read so far this feels like beating a dead horse and apparently has been an issue for at least 2 years, which is long enough for these very smart people to figure out a solution by now. I have had my new meta quest 3 for 8 weeks now and I play supernatural 3-4 a week and I love it. Last week it just started glitching, the targets actually started going backwards and my bats disappeared a couple times now. I wish I would have researched more before spending $500 on this game. Anyone out there know of a solution besides powering it off on, making sure it’s updated, and factory resets (which I did all of them)……..a real solution to the problem. I am trying to get help with a Meta Quest 3 headset that belongs to my company. The device appears to be brand new but it has never successfully completed setup. When the headset is turned on, it shows the Meta logo and loading screen, then the screen goes black and the headset restarts, repeating this loop continuously. I accessed the boot menu using the Power + Volume Down buttons and attempted to boot the device normally using “Boot Device.” When that did not work, I performed a full factory reset from the boot menu, which completed and showed “erasing,” but the headset still returns to the Meta logo and continues the same restart loop. I also encountered the Android recovery screen showing “No command.” The serial number is 2G0YC5ZG5M00FG, but the Meta support site reports that support is not available for this device when I try to verify it. I stream VR on youtube frequently and use the immersive youtube chat box in the camera app to interact with my chat while im live. Since the v85 software update released 2 weeks ago i have not been able get the chat to work anymore. i have tried every solution including factory resetting as well as logging into my youtube on the browser app while trying to launch the camera app chat box. nothing works, and i can no longer stream. I believe it is an api issue with the new update that just hasn't been reported.

So about a few days ago, I decided to buy a new Link Cable for my Quest 3, one that connect both to my PC AND an External Charger. However after using the cable for 1.5 weeks, there are times when using the Link Cable, the Video feed cuts off and I can't get the Video feed to comeback. I have to close PC Link on my Headset and Restart the OVR Server on my PC, and doing this so many times can be painful and annoying, I've tried finding the root of the problem by trying my old (official) Link Cable, Installing Different Operating Systems on Seperate Drives, Factory Formatting my Headset, Reinstalling and Updating the Link Software and Quest 3 Firmware, but none of those things were able to fix the problem. Could my Headset just be having a failing USB-C port?

I'm not sure the best way to share this - but as a parent of a child who just got a Quest as a gift, I'm pretty happy with most of the parental controls available.One glaring issue - there doesn't appear to be a GLOBAL option to restrict voice-interactions to friends only.I do not want my child interacting with anyone on the internet via voice, but I also don't want to restrict him from cool games he wants to play that don't support a "friends only" voice channel.This is a common feature in online gaming and should be universally available as a privacy/voice chat setting.Please help me get this request in front of developers if there is a better place to share this request, thank you!

We have an issue with Gorilla Tag which doesn't start up, after an update. It says:Can't play this app because it is pegi 3, set up parental guidance.But, since the app is the adult account, which manages the parental control of child accounts, it doesn't have any parental control settings.Any ideas? I realize companies this big careless about customer satisfaction. Many of the devices are designed to fail to keep you rotating through their products. Nothing last forever. But my issue is why design the device to fail with no fix, no response because it’s out of warranty and no concern for loosing customers. My Quest 3 at this point has stopped working. I’ve purchase four of these devicesQuest One x 2Quest Two X 1 Quest three X 1 Everyone of them has failed this exact same way. No one in my home uses these devices because they randomly stop working. As much as I enjoyed them when they did work I’m now no longer a fan. The Quest three is stuck on the blue twirling logo and I’ve tried everything across the web and Meta trouble shooting nothing fixes this problem. The sound is there but the screen never boost past the logo.

So my quest 3 has trouble turning on sometimes it works but it will go days where I can't turn it on and then it randomly works again there is no LEDs when charging so I have to just guess if it's charged or not and all this only happens when powered off if I don't let it fully die or power it off LEDs work just fine and it turns on without any trouble 

I was having trouble with an online game when I gave up and had to factory reset. Ever since the factory reset my oculus is stuck on a previous update. When I check for update it says all up to date. This also forces other games to be in an old update. oculus 3s

Hey I'm trying to reprovision a Quest 3 for a conference we're doing, but the Android app keeps crashing on my Samsung/Android phone. I have most recent app and most recent Android version. Is there really no other way to pair a factory reset headset? Borrowing someone else's phone is not an option. Surely there must be another way to reconnect my quest to my account?

Hello,I've started having this issue just recently, as it was working fine before. Basically the meta link would work fine until 5-10 minutes in, then the headset display would freeze, though the audio and head movement did not. Restarting the headset and re-plugging the link cable in don't work, and if I were to disconnect the horizon link, then no matter what I did, the link would not connect anymore. The only way to get the link started again that I've found is to just do a full PC restart.I'm using a Quest 3 and a brand new link cable, but I doubt those are the issue. I've tried some fixes I've seen on here but none worked. And before you tell me about AirLink, no, it's too unstable for me to use.

I do not know why or how they thought I was underaged, they permanetly disabled my account with every apps/games I have bought. I do not know what to do. I need help please.
