I recently had a problem with my left controller thumb knob. I was instructed to return the defective controller but have heard nothing from meta. How long does it normally take to receive the replacement? Thanks

Bonjour, J'ai un problème avec l'application Muvia walking. J'ai installé cette application pour la tester, elle m'a plu. Quand je veux la lancer à nouveau on me demande un code OTP et un login. J'ai entre mes codes habituels, impossible de la reconnaître. J'ai cherché dans les mails, pas de trace  de code OTP pour Muvia !Est il possible de repartir à zéro si je desinstalle l'application ? Je vous remercie. Cordialement 

I have had a Pro since release.  It has always had a very dark screen, one of the selling points was the display quality meant that blacks were more black.  However, many PCVR games are simply too dark in dark areas to see anything at all, I mean I cannot see the ground of anything in front of me.  I have the settings in the headset and in game up to maximum and it's still so dark that I have stopped using the Pro at all.  I'm talking about Skyrim VR, Fallout VR, Half Life Alyx, Metro VR etc.  I have not used it for a few months - although I have it docked all the time and the software for both the PC and headset are the latest.  If there is not a secret setting or hack that can be used I will just have to abandon it.Anyone any ideas - I have light blockers for the headset and it is working perfectly - never been used outside, never had any light damage to the headset.  But still I cannot use it.

Was this done on purpose to force people to buy the meta brand battery straps? Because headset was fine. Got an update, suddenly won’t charge correctly. Keeps disconnecting, and shutting down. Other headset was fine. Got an update. Same thing. Got a new headset. Fine. Update, same thing. I might have a software engineer friend of mine try to figure out if this was done on purpose. Then a class action lawsuit. Against meta. Or, meta, you can fix this before the public embarrassment. You wanna sell the four when it comes out. It’s advised you roll back whatever garbage is causing this. I buy a lot of meta products, I just don’t like your battery option because I don’t want more weight on my head. Fix this now. I said this as respectfully as I can, without a lawyer. 

Hi, I am experiencing latency on my controllers via link. I'm assuming this is linked to some gpu setting being on and was wondering if anyone knows some tweaks to fix this?

The new Navigator looks clean, but it's too locked down. We need to be able to make it OURS. When I made my sons account for our meta quest 3, I set him as the device owner. I also set his age to 13+ on accident. I want him to have a parent managed account, how do I do this? They will also permanently ban his account in 30 days. I have been searching the help center at meta for hours, and I STILL can’t find an appeal form. Please help!

I had today a issue. My vr doesn’t work it all started by my sister she went playing blablbla then she tried to hop off there was a option to update but she didn’t. So then she putted in the charger and then she played again but then she said i have some issues. So i looked it said something like new position (its the thingy when it darks and you get a warning for a better tracking) but i thought like oh okay restart it. But then my screen went black i my controllers are not working every 5 sec it shakes. But okay, i saw only a black screen. Like i can see some logos and the volume thingy. I factory resetted it maybe like 5 times still nothing then i did sideload update still nothing it’s just black screen and every time i turn it on my controllers shake every 5 sec

i have been struggling with an issue with my connection using link the connection shows a weak USB 2 even though i use the official meta cable and my pc is capable of supporting USB 3.I have tried to change the positioning of the cable into different UCB 3 cable ports. in addition i have restarted the USB 3 Drivers, the pc, the quest 3 and the meta link app . i am at a dead end and don't know how i could improve the connection. please if you know what could be the issue i could use the pointers or even hands on support "wink wink"

Hi folks. This may sound like a weird one, it does to me. But I am a fairly experienced IT professional (retired) and I cannot figure this one out. I have a pretty standard router in my house (TP-Link AX1800). There are lots of different things on my property that use the WiFi and all of them work perfectly fine all the time, unless my ISP goes down.Now, enter the Quest 3. I used to use the Quest 3 connected to a different WiFi on an access point router. Then life got busy and I did nothing with the Quest 3 for weeks. However, it was plugged in. I do not know exactly when the problem started.Here's the problem: I can have many different devices on my home network just humming along. Then, as soon as the Quest 3 connects to the WiFi, all devices in the network lose their internet access.If I turn off the Quest 3 WiFi, the network will return but it will take a while, I am guessing because it is probably reconnecting with my ISP, or something like that.Does anyone know anything that coul

Just got the meta quest 3, only the way I get online is using a hotspot, which is unattainable until I can first get the headset online. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated and received.Stephen J .T

I tried to verify my age for my Meta account but I didn't realize that the birthday was set as my cousins birthday because they set up my account when I first of a vr headset and now I cant verify my age for three months. I would be extremely grateful if it could be fixed so I can verify my age properly.

Everytime I start up my 3s all i get is the meta horizons os title screen and nothing else. After a few minutes I reboot and try again but the same results. I was thinking of doing a factory reset, as it doesn't actually let me shut the 3s down. How much data will I lose with the reset? Or am I just able to log into my account and get everything back?

I bought a quest 2 without controllers and I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can get past the initial screen without controllers

How do I download an app in the google playstore to my quest 3 so i can use soem of those apps, when i try it says there isn't a device associated with it.

Its says that I need to verify my age and before I enter anything there I want to know if it's real cause it's says how much meta cahs I have and which games and If I want to verify it says I can verify only with ID or credit card which is wired cause I already have a card connected and also it says I need to verify till 1th March or my account will get banned 

I recently get the Quest 3, and for some reason I can't get the audio to come through my headset when it is connected to my PC using a link cable or AirLink. It shows as a device in the sounds settings and it is enabled in the audio Control Panel Playback section. I never had this problem on my Quest 2.I have updated the drivers, tried disabling the Nvidia High Definition Audio driver. Any help greatly appreciated!Note: This green audio bar next to the Oculus audio device stays at half-full whether the computer is playing or not. Not sure if that helps

Couldn’t pair question 3 to meta app , tried all the recommended fixes , nothing worked until I unpaired it from my iphone or ipads Bluetooth, clicked on the quest and clicked on forget device done , 

Seriously—there’s now a dedicated “TV” app with a movie section, including a couple of 3D trailers for Avatar, yet there’s no section for 3D movies at all. What kind of dropped ball is this? I should be able to open that app, select 3D movies as a main option, and watch The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 3D on my Quest 3. VR is perfect for 3D movies—so how is this still not nailed in the Meta/Quest/Horizon/TV experience? At this point, it’s just a sick joke.

Hi, I am new to all this, my son had a second hand quest 2, upgraded him to a 3 last week. Was working fine, linked via the app. Online states still only a 2 in devices no 3. Last few times he has tried to play Gorilla Tag it comes up with unable to authenticate with mothership and a java. message? Can anyone help? I am unable to find live chat on meta website again to discuss with them? We have tried resetting headset, disconnecting, hard reboot the lot and its happened again. Thankyou in advance.

Aber nicht über den Link sondern über die App. Ich habe jetzt Angst das mein Account trotzdem gelöscht wird, weil ich nicht über den Link gegangen bin. Bekomme ich nochmal eine Bestätigung das alles geklappt hat? Mein Kind spielt Gorilla Tag und haben da auch schon einiges gekauft. Auf dem Account von meinem Kind wurde der Spielstand nicht übertragen. Er muss von ganz von vorne anfangen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Trotz allen Einstellungen geht es nicht. Was muss ich tun das der Spielstand bzw das was wor grkauft haben von meinen Account auf sein Account übertragen wird? 

I'm not sure if this is due to the new overhaul of the Meta TV / Meta Horizons TV app, but one of the best immersive films "The March 360" seems to no longer be available. I believe this film was produced by TIME in partnership with Meta Quest, and the quality seemed great. Is there any reason why this film would be removed from Meta's platforms? 

Can someone please help, I’ve always had my son’s meta quest 3s account set up to my phone, he went to purchase something and what usually happens is I confirm it on my phone, but for some reason it have unpaired when I’ve tried to pair back up it says I’ve already got an account, but it’s not showing any of my son’s friends it’s not allowing him to purchase, do anyone no why, he is still able to play online with his friends but that’s about it 

Hello Meta Support,I cannot access my Meta Quest account because my two-factor authentication (2FA) is linked to an old phone number that I no longer have. I know the account email and password, but I cannot receive the authentication code.My headset is currently stuck in recovery mode and cannot boot normally. I want to keep all my purchases, skins, progress, and friends.Please help me remove or reset the 2FA on this account so I can safely access it again.
