I started the Meta Horizon+ free trial on 12/20/25, I then canceled the trial so I wouldn’t be charged in 12/24/25. I noticed I was charged by Meta for $7.99 on 1/20/26. However, when I look at my account there’s no history of being charged? I tried requesting a refund but the AI support really sucks :(

I bought my son a Meta Quest 3 a little over a year ago and there was a problem with the first so so we got a replacement. This one worked fine for a year then just stopped charging the battery one day. We've tried different cables and outlets, as well as letting it sit on the cable it came with for 24 hrs. When he turns it on, it shows a dead battery with a black screen behind it. Does this sound like a battery issue or headset issue?

I really need help with my PC I don't know if I supposed to have a gaming computer or a gaming laptop but I'm using a regular laptop to connect my Oculus and won't connect I'm using a USB type c to connect to my PC but it won't connect

I've been using the Quest 3 for almost 8 months now, and before i used the Quest 2 without any problems via Air link/same router/same PC... This Saturday I'm playing Borderland 2 VR and on Monday the Quest 3 can no longer connect to the PC without any reason. If I want to activate Air Link via the Q3, my PC is displayed in the Air Link Menü as before, but the Start Button for Air Link remains gray and it says "not connected". I've already tried everything:Hard reseting the Headset, factory reset, router reset, PC & Quest 3 reset, Meta Quest Link restart via the beta menu in the PC Oculus APP, repair function of the Meta Quest APP, firewall completely switched off but nothing... Then I read that you should completely delete the Oculus software with all folders and reinstall it.I did that and lo and behold it worked, for exactly ONE day.... When I booted up my PC today and started Quest 3, the same problem...The PC is displayed but the start button to start Air Link remains gray and

After being a meta-quest 3 4K user for 8 months, they are currently denying me the ability to purchase anything due to security issues even though my payment methods did not change and even the money on my quest, cash is unable to be used. The security window says.: We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn’t be complete completed. Please try again later, or visit our help center. At this rate, I will never recommend Meta quest to anybody due to things like this

Hi,I have three products that were supposed to launch on December 1, and all three are dead in the water, waiting on a fix for the Meta Link v83 bugs. The headset update to v83 did not fix any of my issues on any system, Nvidia or AMD, on any of three PCs I've tested on. I switched headsets, cables, and did full uninstall / reinstall cycle. If I start with a basic Unity app and add the All-In-One SDK, it flat out refuses to work with even the most basic OVRCameraRig setup. I don't know how this isn't plaguing everyone else. But I need to ship these products. Is it possible for me to download and use an older version of Meta Link ?Does Meta have pre-release versions of Meta XR All-in-One SDK ? The official one is still v81. That might be the silver bullet. Thank you,-Chilton 

I bought a brand new Meta Quest 3 512 GB VR headset from Best Buy and it said I would be able to redeem batman arkham shadow. I setup my account and went into the shop and checked under redeem. Even when I look up the game it says I have to buy it. Is there another way to redeem it?

Hello,I’m having an issue with my Meta Quest 2 after a factory reset and I’m looking for possible solutions.Details:The headset powers on normally but cannot complete pairing with the Meta Horizon mobile app.The app shows the headset as already paired, even though it is not.Attempting to remove other profiles shows error code 1675012.I tried pairing on both an iPhone and a separate Android phone, but the problem persists.Multiple factory resets, app reinstalls, and different networks did not resolve the issue.Checking devices on meta.com shows no devices associated with my account.Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve it? Any guidance on how to clear the pairing issue would be appreciated.Thank you.

I am trying to connect my Meta Quest 3 to the Meta Horizon app on my phone, but I cant get it to pair. Headset doesnt connect I dont know why am doing everything right.When i click to Manage profiles, I get this GraphQL error. I’ve tried multiple times but keep running into the same issue. I reinstalled the app like 500 times. 

I'm a quest3 user. And this is a very serious problemfor me and others who use +86 phone number. My meta account can't log in, because when I try to get the SMS verification code, it will always be :You've requested too many codes. Please try again later. So I signed up for this new account to give feedback. My original account can't log in now. 

When streaming games to a PC, I've encountered the problem of games being off-center. As you can see from the screenshots above, it looks off-center on the display or even in the SteamVR View. This also occurs when utilizing Meta Quest 3's Virtual Desktop application. I've reset the device's factory settings, updated my PC's drivers, and removed and then reinstalled Steam and SteamVR. I have adjusted both the "display resolution" and the "scaling." I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers in Device Manager and rolled back my GPU's drivers. The games are perfectly centered inside the Meta Quest 3. The issue appears to be with the display/TV. This issue no longer arises when casting to the TV or display. It is properly centered. Any other ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks 

I purchased a Rift S–compatible title. The order is completed and visible in my account, but the PC VR entitlement was not granted. The app does not appear in my Meta Quest Link desktop library and never attempts to download. This is not a hardware issue. Please regrant or refresh the PC entitlement for this purchase.  The game in question Real VR Fishing lists Rift S as compatible.  

Because the app would not detect my meta quest pro even when I connected it using the provided USB C cable or Air link. My specs are Intel i7-13700H, NVDA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, 16 GB Memory.

My child wanted the game Floor Plan 2. While logged in to his account I bought the game, apparently as a gift. I put my passcode in to buy the game from the store. When I logged in to my parent account on the same headset and searched for the game in the library it isn't there. I found it in the store and it shows that my child owns it but I am required to buy it a second time if I want access. What gives?! App sharing IS enabled. Why can't I access games on my child's account on the same headset?   

im trying to get the old menu back on v83.1031 or did they disable it? cause i dont like it

Anyone know how you can see your keyboard while you are in a game on vr?

Tried to create an account for this app and after numerous failed attempts and error messages that don't make sense, it was just left hanging on my final try.  Is there anyone that has this app and why doesn't it work for everyone?  is it a case of programmers needing to go back to collage or something as my headset is pretty much a dead leg when nothing much works on it.

Hello, today i wanna to play VR but in my Meta quest 2 i see "My computer" Not connected and i see the same thing in meta quest link so i unconnected mymeta quest 2 and when i try to connect back i click Devices-Add headset i see Choose how to connect i press continue and i got kicked to ocolus store and nothing happened. Pls help

Someone created a Meta Horizons account under my name and is connected to my Accounts Center. I can't remove it because I don't have access to the email address they used.  

So, a brand new Quest 3. Wouyld not pair out the box. Now stuck in endless update loop (5 hours) where it says applying update and then restarts...and then does so again and again. Quest is plugged in. I have factory reset 3 times and every time same happens. The online solution is to connect to a PC. But I have a mac and there is no solution online to solve this utter fiasco. What a pile of sheet.

Ever since yesterday i have been getting a problem. My oculus 2 keeps on resetting and i can barely even have it on for like 30 seconds I have tried doing tutorialsHolding the off button for 60 seconds. But it still wont work i dont know what has caused this and i am not ever gonna factory reset unless it is neccecary because i will literally buy a new headset before i want to factory reset. I dont own a pc i only have the meta app and the vr itself but i cant do anything on the vr because it closes after 30 seconds, ive tried cloud backup but as i said its pretty much impossible to do that and it not shutting offIf anyone knows what has happened and what i should do to fix it. For some reason when I try to do a claim my serial # won’t come up and GameStop won’t help me I’ve had it about 30days
