I start the desktop editor as an administrator. It's rigged correctly. I have the FBX2Anim file in a Bin folder. It was working a few months ago but I haven't tried it in a while. Is anyone aware of any changes in the animations import method?

Is this updated in real time? Or does it take a while to update?My sales are showing as 0(zero) on the dashboardI've been making and publishing avatar items and sold some clothing items to a user that requested some to be madeI know they have bought some items because I've sent them wear the items. Apologies if this is an open discussion elsewhere. There has been a continual failure for AI Model generation for almost a week now.  Every time I go to create a model, everything is fine up until I go to save the model, then get a persistent error message - 'Did not find a material to be used with texture baked_BR.png'   I remember this happening a while back as well.  Anyone have any idea when this will be fixed?

Hi, I have a serious issue, I am trying to do updates on my world Witch Woods Hollow, but I cannot get it to load in the desktop editor.  I am using Quest Link to open the desktop editor (the standalone version won't even open for months so had to resort to the quest link version)  I get a repeated message:  'Navigation Failed: We were unable to take you to your destination'  Please could someone help?  I have tried reporting this, but not sure what I can do, if anything, in the meantime.  Anyone have any fixes?  I restarted the desktop editor, but have the same error message each time.  I have also tried to access the world in edit mode using the headset editor and I get the same message.  At a loss as what to do!

HELP! i have been creating clothing since December and was well over the 100.00 threshold mark and am now at 1K$$. Meta has not paide me yet for sold clothing. I clicked on support link and i recieved a message via a legitimate looking email suposedly from a "Brock" that requested social security number and 5 months worth of bank statements in order to get paid. Is this normal? In thr beginning of the discussion  i did give up my bank account and routing number (supposedly for them to verify)  but none of the other requested info. is THIS NORMAL? OR HAVE I BEEN Hacked? and where/who do i go to to fix this and to get paid? My store is Crystal Haven Gem and Mineral BoutiqueRaidergirl

 😟hi.i created a vehicle (tractor) and a child called seat. i can sit but it doesnt move, i tryed the last 4 days and 100 scripts, but i sit, press w and i walk again, but the w means it should move. sorry my english is not very well, but im a stupid German an why doesnt it work, any ideas? i tryed interaktiv, animated too. all i want is driving arround with my tractor ;-)  

I am unable to export geometry from my meta horizon world. This includes both Primitive and CMI worlds. In the worlds that I tried to export, there were no AI generated assets.

We are separating the two platforms so each can grow with greater focus, and the Horizon Worlds platform will become a mobile-only experience. Is there currently project or team focusing on connecting speech to prompt, in world 3D object animated or interactive gen?I'm talking about mobile and VR in world generations... Think of .... Um... Instant of the meta AI, chat gpt grok style of desktop generating video .. why not a world, a mobile or VR world that you can easily gen 3object that you will be able to held or ride???im sure someone said it before. I know there must tons of challenges, but isn't that an untapped path?Inside a that world/app, someone speak, "hello, meta. Spawn a rainbow flying unicon" and an low poly interactive pony spawns in 30s later.

One of my biggest pet peeves in life is when something that should work, doesn't. And the fact that we were give Gen AI in Worlds Desktop Editor to "assist creators" and then the Gen AI (btw, goes by the name Orion for some strange reason but if that's what it says its name is, it is what it is *shrugs*) suddenly tells you that it's been cut off from "the server" and can no longer generate anything is very disappointing. So now I'm stuck and unable to finish a very complex VR experience that I've been working on for months is absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly downright flawed tech from a corporation that should have their you know what together. Hello; I have followed documentation and have toggled a leaderboard to show up in the mobile menu, but it doesn't seem to show up; I do have values on the leaderboard. I was just trying to see if anyone else was experiencing this as well in the Meta Horizon app.

With everything going on I’d like to stay in the loop and how on how me and my team can adjust.  I’m in the MHCP partner program but can’t get into the discord but got an email. Can someone pls help ? 

Am I missing any terms that I need to sign in order to join the partner discord? I received a message several days later after clicking join the server saying “ Your application to join Meta Horizon Creator Program has been denied.Reason: We can't verify your Partner status or you haven't signed all of the program terms.Please check theses and reapply to the Discord.”

Hey guys! is anyone else seeing an error lately when they are trying to generate assets using GEN ai?.. this has been going on for maybe 2 or 3 days now.. i will attach a screenshot of the error! thank you <3  

I installed a music player (MQG Music Player) on my world a couple of days ago, everything seemed fine in both preview and on my headset. But now I can't hear any of the music, even in preview mode. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled, and still nothing. I thought maybe it was the music player UI, but when I bring in a "Meta Sound" that isn't connected to the UI, I still don't hear anything. The sound of the Avatar "jumping" and landing still sounds, so I know noise is coming through...Anyone have any suggestions for me to try? I don't HAVE to have the music, so no big deal if it can't be fixed. It just kinda seemed weird to all of the sudden stop...

I am trying to troubleshoot a fresh installation of Meta Horizon Desktop Editor.  I am installing it from Horizon Link.  The app seems to install properly, no errors reported.  When I launch it, the app just hangs.  Looking at the tasks in Task Manager I see the unitycrash exe running.  When I check the log in AppData\LocalLow\Meta\Horizon Worlds, I see that libovrbodyp.dll has failed to load with an error.  The DLL is installed.  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app.  I've updated my graphics drivers.  I've updated all the VCC redistributables and checked for updates to Visual Studio.  Direct3D:Version: Direct3D 11.0 [level 11.1]Renderer: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (ID=0x1b81)Vendor: NVIDIAVRAM: 8067 MBDriver: 32.0.15.8180Does anyone have an idea what to look for or try in order to get the app to load?

Since yesterday, the leaderboards in a couple of my worlds have stopped working. My other world creator friends have had the same issue in some (not all) of their worlds since yesterday too, so it’s obviously a Meta issue and not a creator issue. Can Meta advise when this will be fixed please? 

Okay I have a weird one.  I'm editing a world with 6 other people.  The floor, walls, and a few items are gone for just me.  I spawn in and fall.  I can see them move around freely.  I think it's a local issue because they published it, and I have the problem there.  However when I switch to an alt it's fine.  It's just my main character.I can't seem to clear local cash for worlds, and I can't seem to uninstall worlds to reinstall it...
