when making a boundary that you should stay in, you should be able to change the height of it so it is not in the way of your face and you know where certain furniture is depending on the height and not being a wall so it is easier to not hit stuff

My Roblox keeps crashing every 5-15 minutes even though I have good internet and a meta quest 3 and I know it’s capable because I used to play Roblox Vr on my meta quest 2 before I got my quest 3. If anyone knows what’s wrong please help because I love playing Roblox Vr and just messing around with people.

Besonders das gemeinsame Spielen begeistert mich so sehr, dass ich aktuell sogar darüber nachdenke, mir eine zweite Quest 3 zu holen, um gemeinsam mit meinem Sohn spielen zu können. Was mich allerdings etwas überrascht hat:Ich habe bislang keinerlei Willkommensvorteile erhalten – keinen Testmonat für Meta Quest+, keinen Gutschein, keinen kleinen Rabatt oder Ähnliches. Hello. I bought the Meta Quest S a month ago and for brain health I installed the ENHANCE app and it was perfect. Until two days ago when the menu appears but the game library doesn’t load.It’s an app that has been out for years and the comments are from a few months to a year ago.I would like to know if they have shut it down or if it’s a temporary problem.Thank you very much for reading.It would help me a lot for my health.

Hello! I am CrimsonWinterr, and I would like to share how I cannot add any credit cards (I have none on my Quest account as of now.) nor use my Quest Cash. It says to file an appeal, but it doesn’t send an e-Mail to file one, whenever  many sources say it should. It says it is for my own security- when it is on my account, on my headset? This is unbelievable. It does not say there is one single strike to my account that prevents me from doing so! Please fix this instantly if you read this, Meta.

I can’t make any purchases from the meta store, not when I’m on the headset or desktop or mobile. It keeps telling me there is a security concern and I should raise an appeal but doesn’t tell me how to do that. Please help 

The map I am makeing has a start position and an end position but when I preview my map I spawn in random places throughout the map and some parts do not work as expected this is really ruining my map because theres no guarantee this thing will work properley and display my work the way I intended this is very frustrating

So basically what happened is I tried to link my headset to my phone and it said I need to factory reset but I didn’t want to like lose my account so when I didn’t want to it just reset in my VR through I think through my phone and and I thought I was gonna be a simple problem because I thought I was gonna sign me back into my account and stuff, but I need my email and I’m not logged into my email since it needs a verification and I cannot do the verification unless on my mom’s because my mom has my computer and I tried doing it on my phone and I thought I solved it but it keeps logging in to my sister’s VR even though I have a 3S and she has the Meta quest two and I have no idea why he keeps logging and to her account even though I don’t really want to log out your account because I don’t wanna mess things up for her and when I tried to put in my username on the Meta Horizon app, it says I need a password and I tried every single password I could think of, but it still didn’t work and

I would like to find a VR app where I would stand on some big stage with a crowd and sing or practice a speech or something. A real stage recording would be really cool but I'm happy to hear all suggestions(I have seen a real stage recording on VR before but I don't know if it's publicly available)

I recently bought my Meta Quest 3s. I had the Meta Quest 2 a few years ago and didn't have this problem. The problem is the installation of the Meta Horizon software to connect to the PC. When I run the setup, it installs normally, but after the installation and execution of the program, it performs a program integrity check. Then a "VR downloads" window starts opening (asking to select the default installation location for purchases). However, it closes immediately afterward and keeps opening and closing constantly. Then the integrity check finishes, and it gives an error message: "service link inaccessible". However, the "VR downloads" window continues to open and close on its own. Even after restarting the PC, the first thing the PC does, even before running the "Meta Horizon" app, is open the "VR downloads" window. The only way to stop this window from opening is by uninstalling Meta Horizon. I've tried everything: repairing the program, installing it on another

This may be a stupid question, but how do I post a game review?  I'd like to review some of the games I've purchased, but I don't see how to do that.  In fact, I don't even see reviews at all on the Oculus store page.

I am having a major issue where none of the apps or updates on my Quest 3S are installing. Every download just says Queued or Installing indefinitely and never completes. This is happening for both new app downloads and updates for apps I already have. Device: Meta Quest 3SSoftware Version: 83v Troubleshooting I’ve already tried: Restarting the headset multiple times.Turning Wi-Fi off and back on.Canceling and restarting the downloads.Checking for enough storage space Is there a known fix that doesn't require a factory reset?Thanks for the help!

Hello Meta Support Team,I am experiencing performance and graphics issues when connecting my Meta Quest headset to D5 Render in VR mode. The visual quality is very poor (low resolution and blurry graphics), and the motion inside the VR environment is very slow and laggy, making it difficult to move or navigate the scene smoothly.My PC runs D5 Render normally outside VR, but the problem only happens when I connect the headset and enter VR mode.Could you please advise on recommended headset settings, software updates, or PC/Quest configuration to improve performance and graphics quality in this setup?Thank you for your support.

I’m experiencing a persistent issue purchasing an app from the Meta Horizon Store that appears to be account-related rather than a hardware or payment problem.I am using a Meta Quest 3 (refurbished, purchased via Amazon), but I do not believe the headset itself is the issue. The error occurs when attempting to purchase apps, more specifically, Pinball FX VR, where it gives me an error that "Feature Unavailable" to me .  FYI, I am new to the Meta Quest VR thing and this is the only app I have tried to purchase at this time.I have valid payment methods on file (PayPal and debit card), both of which are set up correctly and functional. I’ve also tried multiple networks, browsers, and payment methods per support guidance, with no change.Over the past 6–7 days, I’ve contacted Meta Support roughly 15–16 times and have only received automated responses repeating the same troubleshooting steps. None have resolved the issue.At this point, this appears to be a backend or account entitlement

On the Quest 2 playing Asgard Wrath 2. It shuts down when with Cyrene in the Swamps. 10 Hours in the main quest.What I did! Boot the game.Check the Backups.Did a Factory Reset.Deleted and reloaded. All 35 GB.All that is left is deleting my backup files and starting new, but I do not want to do this.

Hi, I bought a Meta 3S from Walmart last week and got it yesterday and got the three month trial for free but no Batman . I hear with new purchases you get Batman for free and I have a receipt that I bought from it Walmart Canada . I bought it online from them and it’s brand new.  

Why is it saying for my security I cannot buy strayed

I received a gift bundle "Walkabout Mini Golf - Whole In One Bundle" recently but I could not find a way to redeem it. Normally you should be able to redeem a certain app/game on that store page with the "..." button -> "redeem gift". However this button is just no accessible in any bundle gift.When you check on any bundle, the store page only shows the Arrow sign which is a sharing button. I tried on Chrome or Edge but there is no luck.I also tried to access the bundle store page on the headset itself (Quest 3). You will first see the "..." button on the bundle gift, next to the "purchase" button. Once you click the "..." button, it will vanish and the "purchase" button simply widened to take over the space that the "..." button took.It is so frustrated to know that you can buy a bundle gift but you cannot redeem it. Anyone who know how to redeem the bundle gift please let me know how. thanks

I noticed characters had started spawning invisible, but the weapons were still there. I could still attack but I couldn’t see them. I deleted some mods and it didn’t work. I deleted all my mods and they were still invisible. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but now the game won’t even load to the start screen. It just gets stuck at “LootConfig” at 54%. I’ve tried clearing app data, removing and reinstalling, and even turning off cloud backup and attempting to reinstall. I love playing this game and it’s frustrating. Any advice regarding this? I’ve tried all but factory resetting my headset, which I’ll do if needed, but if anyone has additional suggestions I’m open to em. Thank yall in advance!
