Hey everyone, I think it would be amazing if Meta Horizon let us upload short audio clips to create custom voices and personalities for the Meta AI assistant.​For example, sci-fi fans could upload clips of Ordis from Warframe so the AI could mimic his polite tone and fun audio glitches. It would make the VR companion experience so much more immersive. What do you all think?

Is there a way to disable the autostart of the store app when booting the Meta Quest 3?It‘s the most useless and annoying feature I‘ve encountered…Just to clarify, i‘m not talking about the app on windows but about the Meta Quest itself.

I used to play with my grandkids. Ever since the recent "update" we are not able to see or hear each other when we play at the same time. We can be at the start of the game where you choose a club and course or try a Private Room and we cannot see or hear each other in the game. Any suggestions?? 

We have tried double tapping the right arm, shut down while wearing and while not wearing. Can’t get to setting bc stuck on passthrough welcome. 

I purchased this game to specifically play cop.I cannot figure out how to go about it!I see where it says co op, but have no idea on accessing it?

I have a created scene mesh, but the Starship Home won't start. It just returns, "Couldn't find a scene mesh" and offers the option to quit and create one. I checked permissions, and have tried recreating the mesh. No joy... what am I missing? Anyone know what the fix is for this error? 

Ok when is this annoying thing going to get fixxed? I got myself into a really obscure situation recently. I decided to buy vivarium xr, i bought it on my main account, then went on my quest 2 and saw it wasn't on the device owner account, thinking it meant it wasn't on my main account i refunded the game, only to go on the quest and relize my device owner account isn't my main account. So i bought it again, and excited to play i opened it and it was stuck on the black loading screen that comes after the launch intro titles. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, restarting my headset, and a few other things that usually fix these issues, but to no avail. So i went on the support website fir a regund only to find out i can't refund it because I've already refunded it in the past. I tried opening a support ticket but i can't because my account isn't the device owner account, and the device owner isn't the one with the game, it is also an account that is inaccessible for about two months now. Any idea what i can do

For over a month now I’ve been not allowed to buy anything using cash and normal card and a mix of both and I’ve messaged over a dozen normal help people and they’ve all said that it’s happening to many people and that they’re going to update me on everything but still the only emails I get back is when I complain because either an item I want has gone from a game or I really wanted to get something which seems reasonable enough and I’ve made it clear that I am desperate now as many things I want from different games are all going soon and I am just super annoyed as someone would be in my situation so I beg anyone to help me especially someone that can help with a backend account review just help me

I loaded up my map in horizon worlds and the weapon I made does not work. Does anybody know why this is? I tried reloading the weapon but it still doesnt work.

Hi,It feels like fixed foveated rendering has been turned on across the board.  It's really affecting the immersion of titles that are really not even CPU/GPU demanding titles, such as fitness apps.  Can you please add an option to be able to turn this off or adjust it globally in the settings?  Thanks.

I have many games on Steam and only some of them are showing in the meta menu (unknown source on)My question is why are only some of the games showing and not others?

You can still not uninstall it directly in the headset...... but it works from the app. I just did that!😁🎉 Horizon Worlds can finally be deleted/removed/uninstalled from your headset!!!

Trying to play Lone Echo 2 but at some point, usually after 3-4 minutes after loading save, game completely freezes in the headset, though on the PC monitor game still works. Also Link App bugging and showing me that the headset connected, even though I disconnected it. Is there any solution to it? I'm playing on Quest 2

I've tried everything to get this app to download, but it just won't. It completes the first bar, then gets a little bit of progress, then crashes and tells me to restart (that does nothing). I'm going to explode.

Would be nice if you could place a rectangle on your floor and then resize it, or combine multiple rectangles, resulting in straight lines with right angles, which are hard to get with current paint method

The Ug Meta Horizon + Uglisaur Bundle should be free if you have Meta Horizon + (which I do) but it's charging me $14.99 when I click the bundle. I've tried buying the bundle on the headset, on the phone app, and on the website. Nothing set's the bundle as free, even though I have Meta Horizon +To be clear, I have the paid version of Horizon + too, not a trial. Any work around?

My son was playing and found an egg. It hatched and he had a Dino hanging around. He went to feed it, put it down and it disappeared. He checked his inventory and reset and it is not there. Any insight as to why the Dino would disappear, where it went and if there is a way to get it back? Also for reference, it was a free egg and it was not stolen. He was in a private  server with 1 friend that he knows IRL. 

Im trying to back up my Meta Quest 3s as I am sending it back for warranty but one game isnt backing up as its saying its too large to back up, headset memory is fine its the cloud storage but I dont know how to remove some from cloud storage, any ideas?

Past week myself and few friends quest 3 just randomly freezes mid race. This is a new issue and not sure how to fix it help please.

So it’s been like this for like over a month and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried to put purchasing content more than once and it keeps telling me that I can’t do security reasons or something un unusual on my account and I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help. 

How can I fix this thing about meta pay it said I cant buy anything in meta pay because it said u cannot go any further until my case is review so can u help me.

I have a 40 dollar gift card on my account that hasn’t been used since Christmas due to a security error. I haven’t been able to bypass or fix the issue.
