so i got into the ptc (yay) and i updated my headset and it wont give me the new navigator.

so its stuck in buissnes mode , i did the factory reset and the https://www.meta.com/es-es/help/quest/software_update/?view=update  (software update) , still only buissnes mode , do i create a buissnes account ? can i play anyway?

Anytime I try to start a call it says error joining call, I am on the newest update and I have already factory reset my vr. Also when my friends are in a call it doesn’t show them in the call.

Hi. My sons right controller is go mad on screen. Ive tried unpairing it and taking the battery out but its still doing it. Anyone got any ideas. Thanks

Wish I knew about this before I bought it. I searched for common issues but didn't find anything so thought all was well. I've had mine for about 3 weeks, play 2-3 times per week for about an hour at a time. Bought new.I deleted all of the boundary settings, set a new boundary (which got the headset tracking working again) but now the controllers track VERY poorly. My on-screen hands keep 'sticking' and I have to move them wildly around to unstick them, or they just float off as though they can't be seen. Everything was fine before today.Have removed the faceplate and reattached, cleaned all sensors and cameras, new batteries for the controller. No change.What is going on?

Hi! I haven’t used my oculus in a while and brought it to college to use and I tried to log in but the whole mobile app was different and now I don’t have any of my past purchases. And I don’t want to spend money on games I have already bought! I know my old username and password but it’s not letting me put that in anywhere is there anyway to get my games back?

Hey all! I’ve noticed recently that my Quest 2 will not keep the roomscale boundary active when I connect to my PC. I have already cleared the boundary history/cache with no luck. It lets me set up a new boundary in the quest, but when I activate link it’s In stationary mode again. When I move outside of it, the “would you like to switch to roomscale?” dialogue box no longer exists and I just get a “would you like to move here” box which just moves my stationary boundary. Hopefully this is just a bug and they didn’t actually remove this feature of seamlessly switching between roomscale/stationary! 

After I close a game I opened in Meta Horizons, the game will just show a circle spinning and won't close on the App screen. I can't open game again until I restart computer. I saw others having the same issue, but can't find a solution. Thanks to anyone who can help.

This kind of sounds like I’m asking for help with no real solution. my quest 3s headset has been absolutely amazing with a bit of lagging but honestly pretty great so far. Recently I was playing VRCHAT and my mic just suddenly stopped working? No issues up until then with my mic.i’ve done everything, checked the settings a million times on both vrchat and quest,  I restarted my headset, factory reset my entire headset which was a hassle tbh. And I’ve tried it with other applications such as browser and I’ve gotten the notification that my mic is in use, just not picking up my voice. if I scream really loud or click on the screen is picks up the tiniest bit but it doesn’t really work aside from that. any help would be appreciated! I miss being able to talk :)

EDIT: This appears to be a hardware issue with my machine after all. Hi, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor on my PC. After installing and launching the app, it immediately shows a black screen and becomes unresponsive (“Not Responding”). The same installer works perfectly on another PC (my girlfriend’s fairly old, low end laptop, which won't run Quest Link as graphics card is not supported), so I believe it’s specific to my system environment. My meta quest is still under warranty. It said it needed a update and then turned off. It never turned back on. It will not charge. It will not do anything. No lights pop on when I try to charge it. Nothing happens when trying to reboot it. Hard rebooting does nothing. Anyone have any other ideas??

I bought the glasses, and they still have a valid first-year warranty. With the latest update, v78.0, the glasses stopped working completely. The screen went gray, and I followed all the instructions provided by Meta, under the supervision of Meta technicians or assistants. I have exchanged more than 50 emails with Meta. I am currently in Chile and have an address and mailbox in Miami. Meta is telling me that there is simply no solution available and that I should assume I lost the investment in the glasses, along with accessories and apps that cost around $1,000. This is unacceptable: losing my money because Meta decided to stop my glasses from working with their latest update. I demand a solution.

Randomly while I’m playing my character will turn around and do a complete 180 and face the other way and I can’t find a way to fix it. Ive looked around and I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue. It isn’t drift either because it’s instant and I have smooth rotation on in almost every game I play. I read on internet about "get a free replace" for the CV1.It is still available at this date? ...I tried "help" section but the serial number is not longer working I guess..and can not find a "contact"  or "chat" button.....If it is still available, how or what I can do? 

So two days ago, I playing vrc on my quest 2 with friends, then all of a sudden I crash (Which is normal on vrc), it seemed normal until I got into the oculus home and clicked on vrc. My whole sight was glitched and there was a lot of noises, and especially a noise to me that sounded like a tiny pop which after that turned off my headset. Now my headset doesn’t have a charging light, it won’t turn on, nor will it charge. I tried holding the power button along with the volume button. I changed cubes along with chargers and i’m still not seeing no light. Is there anything else I am not trying?? I’m a little bummed because I did make a lot of good friends on there that I won’t be able to see anymore. :(

I got my Quest 2 on christmas and up until now haven't had any issues with it. This morning I tried starting it up but nothing happened. I looked it up and it said things like use the original power cord but the light wouldn't turn on. Then it said that it might be dead but meta horizon says it is at 100%. Then it said try factory reseting it but the display didn't change at all. I don't know what to do.Please respond as soon as possible

I factory reset my headset because all it had was a grey screen now I went through the tutorial thing and it's just stuck on a white screen with music and the controllers are working and it says I can move around but all I see is a white screen with a headset linking code.

My headset is acting up a lot! Showing the wrong date and time, not connecting to the WiFi and says I need to re enter the password and when I try it doesn’t work. I’ve manually restarted and powered it off multiple times and nothing please someone tell me what to do

I just had a low battery warning while playing Red Matter 2, but when I checked the status I had 35% remaining. Anyone else notice it? I got a final battery warning at 5% then but there was still 25% remaining. Very strange. I'm getting about 1hr 50 mins from the device while playing RM2 so that's about normal..Just the low battery warning is annoying.

I just bought a Meta quest 3, i  live in the uk i tried to add my card details it didnt work, so i bought  a meta gift card instead to try buy a game i put the money on my account with the gift card and now i cant use that money So, i cant use my £40 that i put in my wallet or add payment details.To fix this I tried to use 3 different devices, 1 other payment method (not paypal i dont have it), I heard a fix to this is to make another account and gift yourself games you want but i just wany MY details on MY account and dont want any hassle!!! Fix this Meta I spent alot of money and i cant even enjoy the Meta Quest 3   

I tried to start up multiple different character saves but the game loadup would only reach 100% then I would get kicked out of the app. This has happened to me before but I don't know how to fix it. Please help me fix this issue.
