So I've been part of the PTC on Quest 3 for some time. I have the option enabled in the mobile Meta app, but for some reason the update doesn't seem to be triggering. I've tried disabling, enabling etc, but I'm stuck at v85.1034.Is the 2.1 rollout gradual in the PTC or should anyone enrolled in the PTC get it now?Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, but last time a PTC update came out, I got it same day. (Based in the UK)

hi good afternooon, irecnetly updated my son's meta quest 3s and during the update the device crashed and reset, this led to the device being corrupted and now stuck in usb update mode, out of all the options that are available nothing works about from device info, when ever i press factory reset or power off the device or boot device it just flashes screens and reloads the USB Update mode again, even when i plug it into my pc to use the update tool provided on your website, my pc isn't picking it up due to it being stuck iun this boot mode, is there anyway i can fix this issue my self??? i look forward to hearing from you Brad 

so, my phone got logged out of my meta account and my vr is still logged in but i dont have the accounts email or password but i do have my number and credit card which are all connected to the account what shall i do

On my Quest 2 since v83 if I shut down my headset by holding the power switch until I hear the shutdown tone when I power up the headset several hours later I'll get a very low or zero power level warning - even if there was a battery level of say 30%. If I shutdown through the power menu this does not happen - when I return and power up several hours the power level is the same as when I shut down via the menu.

Hi all,looking for some help.A friend of mine has a Nord VPN extension on his browser and he claims it was an option for him when he got his Quest 3S last month. I also have a 3S but I don’t see the same option he has when I go into extensions. Any idea how I can get this on mine as I have tried manually looking for it and searching online but I can’t find it anywhere. any help will be appreciatedthank you in advance

My broke Meta Quest 3 controller has been really frustrating to deal with because the bottom trigger doesn’t work at all, which makes it almost impossible to play certain games properly or interact with things the way I’m supposed to, and it completely ruins the experience since that trigger is such an important button for gameplay.is there any way I can get a new one?

Hello, I use the MetaQuest 3 headset and play many non-3D computer games with it because I prefer a larger screen. I'm missing the option to display my keyboard in the game so I can use it without having to look through the nose gap of the headset to type.Is it possible to display the keyboard in the settings, independent of the specific game?

Hello, I've owned a Meta Quest 3 for a few days now. Been like this for several days now. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the data/cache. Went in and out of the rewards section. Literally can't earn any points at all.  There was a weird server error the other day. Is this section of the app completely broken?

This platform being without a doubt the single worst user experience of any gaming system I have ever used aside, can you at least not get the simple things correct?If my under 13 child's account is not allowed to use credits to buy anything, why in the world does the Meta Horizon app present an option for me to send them credits?Am I missing something here?  Sent $20 worth of credits to my son and there is no option that we can find anywhere for him to use these credits to do anything.  Any game or in app purchases he tries to access always sends me a request to hit my credit card or purchase quest cash or whatever you call it.What is the point of all of this?  Having dumped $20 into credits on his account that he can't seem to use, and the 2 gorilla tag shiny rocks gift cards we bought at Target that seem to be completely irredeemable from either his account or in my account to then gift to him I've now dumped $60 into this black hole of a platform and there is no phon

Everytime I try to buy a game or anything it says I need to file an appeal and I don’t know how to and when I reach out to support they don’t help at all they ask for the same thing and after that it still says I need to file an appeal I bought a gift card and everything and I still can’t buy games.!!!

How do I actually contact Meta to make a formal complaint?Their website system goes into a loop trying to contact them for support, you click on support, go though all the crap to get where you need to get, cant find an answer so click on contact, and end right back at the start! Issue I have is with Meta and the app you need to use my oculus rift s.  When I got it many years ago there wasn't an issue with setting up.  But when Meta took over and I got a new PC system this is where they messed up the app and my equipment! Setting back up it was at the time 100% impossible to log into my app for the rift so I can reset up the hardware to use it.  I was at the time able to contact Meta to ask for help to get their app to work so I could log in, but they was as much help as a chocolate tea pot!  At the time my original log in details and password didn't work despite knowing it.  Even requesting my log in user name and changing the password didnt work!&nb

My sons meta 3 when he turns it on it lights up he says he can see the room but whe he pushes the hand controllers nothing pops up. 

I've recently switched to a new computer, and after installing the Meta Horizon Link app I am unable to get my Rift S headset through the initial setup process.The app recognizes my headset, shows a green check-mark on the connection status, and the display inside the headset turns on and shows three dots in the center. Attempting to go through the device setup, the second step tells me "Sensors can't track headset" and I cannot progress further. If I skip setup the headset still only shows the three dots.I have tried using multiple USB ports and multiple display ports. I have made sure the environment is well lit and suitable for VR use. I have made sure the cable is securely plugged into the headset. I have reinstalled the app, making sure to clear all existing files out of appdata and program files. I have reinstalled the device drivers. I have restarted Windows many times and made sure it is up to date. I have made sure the privacy settings in Windows are set correctly.I am also un

Hi,I have a new Quest 3 (bought 2 weeks ago or so). Since a few days I can't do anything after I've turned it on. I'm seeing the Choose-Profile-Menu, that's it. No Controller, no Hand Tracking. I have to push the On-/Off-Button two times and after that everything is working fine. Any ideas, what is causing this and how I can resolve it? Hand tracking and the avatar do not work in Air Link. The avatar only appears briefly if hand tracking was enabled before launching Air Link. App version 85.0.0.205.522. Any useful information?

It's been 3 days of the "Ask your parent to enable dev mode" but I can't and my son makes vr content and this makes it so he can't post. If there are any fixes please tell me.PLEASE META!

I just made a new parent account and connected it to my 10 year old's account. Says it's connected and I set limits. He's on his VR right now and it's not showing up on my end. Says 0 minutes today and he's been on maybe 30 by now. What am I missing?

Hello, everyone! I have a question about my Meta Quest 3S. Tonight, I put my headset on charge because I noticed that the battery was low, but I also noticed that after a while, the charging indicator light changed from orange to white and the lenses activated. Not knowing what this meant, I got a little worried about the health of my headset, so please, can anyone give me some answers? Thank you! (:

Apologies if this is answered some where else, I've been searching and not found what I'm looking for. I've just reinstalled DCS on my pc, before the reinstall, i was able to see two small transparent circles on the headset display, showing where my hands were. Which was handy if i needed to flick a switch on my hotas or to type something while in game. After the reinstall of DCS and the meta quest app adding headset, i can no longer see the transparent "cisrcle" when i move my hands in front of the headset. How do i re enable seeing my hands again?  Thanks in advance 

I am experiencing an issue with my Bluetooth-connected treadmill using the Kinneta app. While the app successfully controls the treadmill's speed and incline, the audio is also being routed to the treadmill. Since the treadmill lacks built-in speakers, I get no sound at all.I have tried to change the Bluetooth settings in my Oculus/Meta Quest to disable audio over Bluetooth, but the option is missing. There is also no internal setting to toggle between headset speakers and Bluetooth audio.How can I force the audio to play through the headset speakers while maintaining the Bluetooth connection for treadmill data? Hi everyone, We're following up on the reports related to this thread Meta Quest Link Update Our engineering team is looking into this performance issue and would appreciate your help running a quick test. Step 1: Check if OculusDash.exe is using GPU resources Open Task Manager → go to the Details tab Right-click any column header → Select columns → enable GPU While experiencing the performance issue with Link, check if OculusDash.exe shows a non-zero GPU value (it should be 0) Step 2: End the OculusDash.exe process Right-click OculusDash.exe → End task (or select it and press Delete) You may need to do this a few times quickly—it can restart itself Once it stays closed, check if your performance improves Here's a short video showing both steps (first 5 sec = Step 1, rest = Step 2). Let us know what you find—what GPU value that OculusDash.exe is showing initially, and also whether your performance improved after ending the process. This will really help us narrow things down. 

Unfortunately, after the latest Meta updates (January/February 2026), my beloved OTT stopped loading profiles and overwriting ODT settings, such as FOV ect.ODT resets settings every time I start my PC.What's the point of such changes? Is there an alternative to automatically loading settings into Oculus Debug Tool?
