My vrchat has been crashing a lot recently saying I have no memory for the game when I have over 200GB free of storage. I've restarted the headset fully, cleared all cache in the game and nothing has worked, I really don't wanna have to factory reset it just yet incase there is another way I can fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've just purchased MQ3 glasses, the usb-C wire, and Skyrim VR. It runs pretty smoothly, but if MQ3 native interface is active (for example, a virtual keyboard to input character's name), lag become insufferable. So I'm unable to go on with the game because entering the name is all but impossible.I think that a workaround for this problem would be disabling temproally the game graphics or allowing to type in the name with the real keyboard.Is this possible? If not, is there any other solution? 

Quest 3 won't take a charge when turned on or sleeping nor will pc usb debugging/pc link connection will be discovered/connected.Official charger or aftermarket one. Nothing works when the headset is actually running.The only workaround so far is completely powering it down and then it will take a charge.Factory reset did nothing as it's a bug with the new update. It was working perfectly fine in v81.

We are getting a echo in the private room only in walkabout mini Golf has any one run in to this.it fine when we are out of the room. 

i have a meta quest 1 (i heard they now longer support it) if i try to add a new device in the horizon app it goes back to the app home menu and nothing happens. So, I was in my car trying to play beat saber demo and I was trying to create a boundary and it didn’t work (obviously). Then my quest just shuts off I tried turning it on and only saw a black screen.

SITUATION: When I connect my Q3 to laptop, (as I've done for years), it beeps, and charges, but doesn't pop-up in explorer (nor show the access files dialogue box).BACKGROUND: I have used windows explorer for years with no issue across multiple Quest headsets.   I don't believe I have changed any settings.  I have also looked through Quest device settings (and web), and can't find the way to force the access files pop-up. I play a lot of pc vr. Just bought a usb c to usb c cable so i could charge my  headset while playing games.  But everytime i get the message Quest 3 - Liquid & Debris Error clean port. Port is clean cant find any solution. Accept using usb c to usb a cable again

Hallo zusammen. Bin ganz frischer Besitzer einer Meta Quest 3 S und wollte den Homebildschirm ändern. Habe mit Sidequest neue Homebildschirme runtetgeladen, aber ich kann sie nirgends aktivieren. Der Weg über die Personalisierung in den Einstellungen funktioniert ja leider nicht mehr. Gibt es da einen neuen Weg für? Danke für eure Hilfe. 

I got my Meta Quest 3 about a month ago. I am able to see my device on the phone app, on the desktop app. But when I go to the Meta Quest app it tells me my device is not found. I can't get support because the site won't recognize my serial number. I purchased an app that is not showing up on my Quest because it won't recognize it. I am at a loss on what to do. 

The 2fa system is straight up broken. Refuses to send a message to my number. I had to create a new account just to be able to contact you guys this is so unprofessional. You make it as hard as possible to actually contact. 

Hi. My son added £69 of his christmas money to his meta horizon account, he spent £9 and now anytime he tries to spend money it says theyve noticed something unusual and the request couldnt be completed, please file an appeal to get your case reviewed.  We have spent ages trying to find the place where we can submit an appeal but we cant find it anywhere in his account.  There is no 'Account Status' page, i cant even find a way of actually contacting someone.  Has anyone had this before? Please try again later.” This happens every time I try to use SMS-based two-factor authentication with my Russian phone number. I bought a $35 meta quest gift card and when i tried to redeem in it said error in query i was really looking forward to it because i was wanting to buy some stuff now i just dont know what to do i already tried all the possible solutions like reseting the app but it still wont work. Please Meta if your reading this please help me out. 

Unfortunately, 24 hours later, I’m still having the same issue. I am unable to make purchases on the oculus VR headset within the store. It doesn’t matter if I have made a cash on it or try to use PayPal or three different debit cards. It will not let me make purchases all because I made six purchases in a row for $1.99 on beat saber over a month ago.!!!! I am so displeased they tell me they’ll fix the problem but it doesn’t happen so what am I doing wrong and now I can’t get back to a live chat!!

I don't see any messages in my inbox?? Neither older nor new messages are displayed. I'll attach a screenshot....somehow it don't let me put in the picture directly in the post.🙄 Older messages haven't been deleted. I can find them by searching for the sender's name. Then they'll appear and I can open them. Of course, this is no use if I don't know the sender.😅 I cleared my browser cache, plus it's the same on PC and phone. Actually, I don't believe it's an issue on my end, but maybe somebody can confirm that he has the same issue.

I bought a meta quest 3s for my son for Christmas and it only worked straight out of the box and it refused to take a charge drone any chargers I talked to the first guy and he said send it back and as soon as they get it they will send me a new one back well it’s going on 2 weeks now since they have received it and keep giving me the same runaround 

I have a verified developer account. I have a quest 3 with developer mode turned on and linked to a windows pc running the meta quest link app. No matter what I have tried there is no Beta settings option at all. So no way to enable the passthrough over link option? Has it been removed or what am I missing to see the Beta settings?

When I run Meta Horizon Link on my computer, my internet connection slows down significantly without connecting to the headset. When I try using Air Link on my Meta Quest 3, it only displays the logo and three dots without progressing further. As shown in the screenshot, my network speed is around 900+ Mbps, but once I open Horizon Link, the speed drops drastically, as seen in the second screenshot. Has anyone encounter this?
