i unboxed the quest and downloaded the meta app on my pc and connected the quest 3 via cable link to the pc. after the instructions from the meta software I successfully connected to the pc and there is a active sign on the devices page of the software.But whenever I turn on the quest 3 by taping the power button on the side of the device, it shows 4 horizonzmtally located Dots that disappear in a split second, then follow the dark grey screen and after a couple of seconds the device shut off. When I hit the meta button of my right controller, I can see the meta logo with a circle that I guess indicate loading. But after 1 cycle it disappeares too. im not sure if my quest 3 is not damaged at this point. 

Is there a way to force an update to the new version of the Hyperscape Capture tool that creates private shareable Horizon Worlds? New scans I create don’t have the new options.

After update v81.Wifi is turn off and cant be activeted. Hold power buttom to restart app dont work. Restart i meny dont work. Should i factoryreset?

im trying to install this game but it just tells me to go to meta quest support and it couldnt install. ive tried restarting my headset and computer. does anyone know how to fix this? 

My facial interface is not working, probably broken, and I can't figure out how to contact Meta about this. None of the support forms I can find address the facial interface so I just want to call, email or chat Meta but don't know how to do that. Has anyone done this recently?

Every time i try buying something this always pops up anyone help please 

Inital Setup Problem:I'm using a Meta Quest 3S headset. I connected it to my computer, the handset devices, etc. I also purchased and downloaded the Premium Bowling application. The application opens and is resident in my library. As I open it, I get a status screen that says the following:Internet Connection ....... Green CheckMeta Login......50%...... Red XServices.sadetta.com.....Red XThe game never connects fully and I'm not sure what to do next. Any thoughts?

I just bought a new Meta Quest 3s for the Cardboard Hero Bundle during Black Friday. However it's not available. Is this false advertising? Is there going to be a class action law suit like I've been reading? Or can the bundle still be redeemed?

I recently restarted by subscription for the Supernatural Fitness game which is $100 and some change. Was charged twice within 4 days of each purchase. Is there any support group I can contact for this? 

Can you stop pretending I need an update when all you do is install the previous version. Its impossibly simple.......... What version is installed......Is it greater than what the account is supposed to be on.......YES=LEAVE ALONENO=Wait for updateYou have previously STATED that all accounts will receive the update just at different times.This isn't a problem.........BUT when you keep downloading and installing the previous version because that account doesn't match your release version......thats takin the p155 and wasting my bandwidth and money.

First off - its very frustrating that you cannot contact anyone from facebook/meta - no email no chat no phone number - and their support function is a endless loop that doesnt answer questions.I find it strange meta/facebook is one of the top 10 companies in the world and you cannot contact them if you have an issue? anyways ... I previously had a oculus quest 2 for a couple years last time I used it was 22-23~ I had an account and games and apps on it but I cannot figure out which account this was and how to access this.  I read about migration to a meta account but I cannot find any emails in this regards.  I have old receipts for these apps games which list receipt numbers if this helps?Id like to have access to these games/apps.  I recently purchased a quest 3.thanks

i have XPS 17 9720 with rtx 3050 4gb, and i want to know if i can use PCVR with meta quest 3, and i think i cant use the, what is link feature? because in meta quest link app there is: but when i clicked the link, there was not specific requiements only that rt wait, *Note: NVIDIA 3050 (laptop) and 3050ti GPUs are not recommended for use with Link. ehmm, okay i will maybe just use meta quest 3 standalone.

I’m very new here.  I played The meditation app Inner Scape and it’s in Korean language.  It says it comes in English but I have zero idea how to change that.  Can someone help?

For Christ’s sake, you keep popping up annoying confirmation windows asking for Meta access permissions, and then you force one or two shortcut icons onto my desktop! I do not want your shortcut links on my desktop. I have OCPD, and these popups and forced shortcuts are driving me insane! Who the hell are you to keep imposing this on me? Let me choose whether I want these shortcuts, respect my choice, and leave it at that! Stop these constant popups! And stop forcing your Meta/Quest Link shortcut icons onto my PC desktop!

hello i would like to know if steamvr would still work with the meta quest 2 after support ends for itwill i be able to use steam link?will i be able to use air link?will i be able to use a link cable to play steam games? 

I was chatting with meta support for low memory ,and they walked me through a reboot and it caused a black screen . now wont do anything but fan is running for now. worked before the reboot.

I bought this head set quest 2 for 250 and when I first got it it worked normally but after a year it stop working like a normal headset and when I want to turn it on I have to plug the headset in then it starts blinking red and I have to hold down the power button and both volume button for it to work and it keeps doing it over and over and when I do this it takes me to the low battery red big box or something and then I have to do the same thing and after that then it tells me it’s died but it’s not cause when I keep doing it over and over it works but even if I leave it charging and I wake up it blinking red and won’t start if I don’t do all the steps I have to do to make it work and idk if it’s an issue with you guys but for me it annoys me and I feel like to not working and what I was wishing for is a refund or a new headset 2 no controllers needed and the rubber that goes on it when I put it on the headset goes black then when I take it off it turns on  and the face plate al

it would be nice if i could get a notification that my controllers arent actually charging after they’ve started a lil led on the charging dock would go a long way. it’s always been on the frustrating side that i cant just use my phone or glance at the dock itself to see whether my controllers are still charging. (quest pro)

The Quest Link app for Windows has been horribly broken for a few weeks now. There's a 50% chance I'll need to use the setup program and hit "repair" after every use, as it frequently freezes upon startup.If I get lucky and it does work, I will have to fully reboot the Quest 3 afterwards, as otherwise, after closing the Link software, my hands will never reappear and I have no way to use navigate the Quest menus (I don't use controllers with the headset, just hands - and all hand tracking dies after using Quest Link for Windows until after a hard reboot of the Quest 3).This never used to happen prior to a recent update, so I really hope things get back to normal soon.

[Note as of 12/6/2025 - For me, this was fixed by the latest update to the Horizon Link software, and joining the Beta Channel is no longer needed.]The Problem: As of 11/26, I no longer get any audio through my Quest3 headset while I'm connected to my Win11 PC via AirLink. This has worked for me for years, and this is the first time I've had an issue with it. The only change I'm aware of, is that I did a 'Repair' using the Oculus Installer to solve a different issue I was having (a "can't find OculusClient.exe" error). After the Repair (which looked successful), I started having this audio issue. To be clear, audio works fine for me in the headset when I'm not connected over AirLink. Once in AirLink, I get no audio from any desktop Oculus app that I run. I've tested a few.
