Just got on my headset for the first time in a few months and all my games are gone… I’m logged into the Facebook and instagram accounts that’s I bought them on and.. gone.. no idea what happened, has this happened to anyone else?

I am unable to use the mic on my quest 3 on the Xbox cloud app. In privacy and security in the mic permission list the Xbox app doesn't appear so I can't do it there. If anyone has gotten this to work and can help me I'd really appreciate your help. 

Need help!  My son has a Meta 3s and when we recently moved homes, the old network (same SSID as current house) is locked into his device and there is no way to forget this network and connect to the new one. It acts like it can’t see the new one and we can’t forget the old one. No “>” character. He can’t connect to the WiFi and this is obviously a huge problem. I’d like to avoid a full factory reset so he doesn’t lose all previous purchases, etc. What should I do?

Hi, this thing is so so confusing and complicated. I created under the same email an account for me (I don’t want it linked to my Facebook or instagram account) and my kid. So when I buy apps it doesn’t show under his account, but there is no way for me to log into my account from the headset to access apps (at least I don’t know how). So I have to buy again from his profile—I have to gift and send to his account. What am I doing wrong? The process cannot be so stupid, I must be doing something wrong.Also, absolutely annoying that when they ask to use an app it takes hours and hours for the approval request to arrive. Can’t this be fixed? Good idea and cool apps but you need lots of improvements here. Can somebody help me pls? Ans can somebody refund me for the apps I was forced to buy twice? Thanks  

I got this unusual activity detected error 4 days ago and I've been working non stop to fix it. There is no clear place to get this fixed and I am drained and have given up hope. My device owner account's pin is not working despite me fixing the pin and it still not working, I bought a gift card for my account and that isn't working, I can't make new profiles because the verification code is "expired" every time I clicked the link, and it seems that nothing has worked or will work, except possibly buying ANOTHER gift card for my device owner account, which I do not have the money for. I even tried to illegally download the game, but of course that didn't work either. META help is the absolute worst, I wish that no one has to deal with this.Side note: The TAKE30 discount ends tomorrow and when it does my gift card won't be enough to cover the game I am trying to get (Drunkn Bar Fight). Also, I have sent a message to the meta account about this, but I'm not expecting that to work. D

Hello.I've been disappointed since the V77 update, which now prevents me from adjusting the MR zone (moving walls to reduce my play area). The requirement to occupy and scan an entire room (when it's not very large) for those who don't have a dedicated room at home is disruptive for families who would like to be able to peacefully pursue these activities in the home without having a Meta player blocking an entire living room... Are you also disappointed?

Has anyone dealt with trying to purchase an app in the Meta store and was told that due to unusual activity, your purchase will not be complete?

I was playing blades and sorcery for the first time and after the tutorial i could not do anything so i askt chat gpt and he said u need pcvr for blades and sorcery is that true cause nobody ever said that so i refunded it and bought battle talent and ist great

Whenever I boot my meta quest 3 up, its stays on a still meta logo then transitions to a computer looking chip with a bar bellow it filling green like its downloading something then stays on a spinning meta logo forever also i have factory reset that headset like 10 times and it hasn't fixed anything. help 

The title says it all someone I know is selling a Quest 3s that has 256GB on it and it includes the Batman game too all for 200? Is it worth this price? I’ve not owned a vr headset myself I do have a pc but the only vr headset I have ever played on was the htc vive when one of my relatives owned it

Meta quest 3 512GBIn all games I see that there is something wrong with the picture, it just looks terrible, it doesn't matter if it's standalone or PCVR, the problem is even in the main lobby, watch the video (preferably on a large monitor and in full-screen mode)Is this the case for everyone and everyone has come to terms with it, or do I have a defective Quest? The thing is that the seller has already sent me a quest with this problem 3 timesDon't pay attention to the black bars, this is due to the phone's camera. But aliasing is clearly visible in real use 

I just got my Quest 3 yesterday (second day using it 🙂).Since then I’ve been stuck in an install loop. Here’s what I already tried: Restarting the headset (full power off, not just restart).Canceling all previous downloads.Powering it off completely for a full minute before turning back on.Switching to a different Wi-Fi network / mobile hotspot.  But the same issue keeps happening:Every time I press Install, it goes to Queued and then immediately flips back to Install again within one second. Any ideas or fixes?

My son is starting back on the VR after being off of it. I want to create a whole new account and connect his VR to this new account so I can set it up appropriately, I am unsure why it is not working but everytime I go to add my card info onto my account it says that something went wrong and it will not allow me to connect anything. This Meta situation is truly frustrating me and NO ONE is able to help me via support. I need assistance ASAP. Thank you 

I was asked to log out and log back in to my horizon since then my cask tells me to go to auth.meta.com and a Gmail i cant access yesterday the app asked for a code and no code i did manage to put the sérial number in a Meta websire and it was working with my old games but problem profile now nothing same problem the app wont even pair or ask for code whats going on why is it so complicated to play games he coule play but allgamesno one in serveurs and need updates nowstuck on auth screen again for 10th time  

I turned on my Quest 3 today with no issue.  I decided to update the software.  Now it no longer works. I get the Meta logo and then the screen goes gray followed by a black screen.  I've tried multiple factory resets, and it never came back.  Contacted support and they want $239 to repair or replace the device.  It is only 1 1/2 years old, and it is their update that has caused the issue.  I'm so disappointed. 

So, you can add apps to the Meta Quest Link app on PC, and I have. I was working on VR mods for The Joy of Creation: Reborn 4-5 years ago. I have almost immediately removed the apps from the software because the the mod was more trouble than it was worth.Well, since then, anytime I launch the game, it automatically launches the Meta app, which is REALLY ANNOYING. I cannot find a way to stop this happening. And this issue has been persistent across 3 WINDOWS INSTALLS.WHY CAN I NOT PERMANANTLY STOP THIS GAME FROM OPENING THE STUPID META APP?!?!?

Previously when I would get close to my boundary I would see the blue grid and know to back off. Now when I get near the boundary it just goes into passthrough mode. I've gone to boundary and set to roomscale and blue grid. Tried other colors, restarted headset. Is the old grid gone?Thanks for any ideas.Arjuna-Lad

 My Meta Horizon Worlds account was suspended, but I no longer have the original suspension email with the appeal link. I cannot log in to request a review, and I have no other way to contact support. Please someone help. My daughter had been secretly using my account and got it suspended. 

So... a few days ago i bought Meta quest 3. the quest 3 itself works fine, no problems at all, but i wanted to play PCVR, when i connected my quest 3 via air link, the image was lagging, impossible to play. i tried some fixes, updated my GPU drivers, tried EVERYTHING. But still, no matter what i use, Air link or cable, same issue, PCVR lagging a lot. but heres the thing, i used meta quest 2 a year ago with the SAME pc, and PCVR worked fine, when i updated to quest 3 this problem occured. pls help me!Here is my pc specsIntel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2678 v3 @ 2.50GHz   2.50 GHz64GB DDR4Nvidia RTX 3060 ti 8GB

Got a quest pro recently in mint condition and has absolutely no problems other than it refusing to maintain a connection on only the 5ghz bandwidth of my WiFi. It works fine with mobile hotspots and maintains a consistent connection on 2.4ghz but I plan to use it for PCVR so that's not really an option. It's not traffic on the router either as I have tested with nothing else connected to it. If anyone has any advice on this or has been in a similar situation some help would be appreciated as I've looked everywhere to find there is no info on this at all. Even Meta support couldn't figure it out.

so a few days ago, I noticed that my left controller isn't pairing and I thought I might of just unpaired it then I tried to pair it again, but it was saying it was already paired but it just was not working or showing in games except for when I tested the controller dead zone and it does still move so it does work but I have no idea how to resolve this issue. I've switched batteries. I've tried to pair and unpair on both the quest and on the meta quest app and nothing has resolved the issue so far I haven't had this controller for too long. It's in perfect  condition just a few scuff marks but it just randomly stopped tracking and doesn't show in games or in the home screen. Please can anyone help me? I don't want to factor reset because I did that with an old controller to try resolve the same issue and I couldn't use my vr  for another four months pleas can anyone one help me? if you had the same issue and managed to fix it pleas let me know

I’m new to my Meta Quest 3S, I’ve noticed that my universal menu has disappeared last few days.  No matter how many times I pressed the Meta button with my right controller, only library comes up.  I looked online and checked my software updates, reset my boundaries and went as far as doing a factory reset.  I cannot get my universal menu back.  I’m very frustrated with myself.  Is there something wrong with my system.
