Where to start!? Just got a quest 3s (Xbox edition)… trying to connect it to pc. Installed Meta Quest Link on PC. Asks me to choose a profile picture and I can’t get any further. There is no button to continue further… clicking my option any number of times does not progress the process.tried contacting meta support and the nightmare continues.. every option I click to attempt to reach an actual person comes to a screen where it doesn’t seem to recognize my meta account having a device attached. I can input the serial number (from arm of quest device)(purchased from Best Buy) and it says not recognized. There is a link on these same pages on where to find the sn and when you click it, it literally shows MY DEVICE and it’s serial number. Click on my account: devices… nothing! i just want to talk to a freaking person! …And before anyone suggests it, YES, I have tried restarting the devices and reinstalling the app.

No wifi network pops up when I try to connect to wifi after factory resetting. Can't erase any old wifi and even if I tried to turn on the wifi option it doesn't work. Could I please get some help?

Hi,every time I take off and then put on my Quest2, it shows Boundary not found and forces me to set a new one. I'm on my work place and the surroundings don't change. I just take it off, put on the table and then put it on. This issue is critical for me, I develop VR apps in Unreal Engine, so it really takes too much time to set the boundary each time, while debugging I take Quest2 off and put on quite often. It started a month or two ago after some update. Please, help to solve this.Thanks!

I got Wifi that disallowed me to enter certain websites. Thus, I would like to change dns as similar as my mobile phone. My mobile phone use google dns. So how do I do that in quest 3 headset? 

Recently moved and hadn't used my Quest 3 for some time. I had issues connecting, so did a factory reset. The screen goes to an image of controllers and how to set up first time. I have controllers already set up and used. Took batteries out, restarted, did not help. No code appears to connect to the app. QR code on phone / app is useless.  I have 3 different Quests (3 and 3S ) and so far cant connect any of them...thanks 

We've gotten a new router recently, and the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, saying it's unable to connect to Wi-Fi. It takes a couple of minutes, but it reconnects after a while, then disconnects again.i've tried turning off IPv6. Restarting the headset, restarting the router, banging my head against the wallplease someone help 

I didn’t receive the email with the redeem code for the free Batman game with my Meta 3. Any suggestions as it seems unlikely I can connect with a human.

I made a new account for my Quest 3, I didn't realize I could transfer the old account at first. I'd like to take everything from my old account called NakoXOXO and put it in my current account called Nako_XOXO. Please help I bought stuff in my old account 

I am not able to use my Meta Horizon app anymore. So a lot of my third-party 2D apps no longer work correctly after v79. Can't resize, ask for controllers, etc. Tf

Yesterday everything was normal, but today the navbar and library icons are not loading.What I tried to fix:Restart headsetOpen and close the headsetActivate travel mode and close (it's temporary fixes, but whenever I open an app, it breaks)I installed "lightning launcher" and its pretty normal except some apps BTW, I still haven't gotten the UI update.

Hi all I recently retrieved a oculus quest (model one) from a few years back I didn't use for many years. When I tried to log back in, I see that my oculus account has been deleted because I didn't merge from oculus to meta. Is there anything I can do now to get my games back in 2025? I bought beat saber, boxvr and some other games back in the day and don't want to buy them all again unless necessary. This question may have been asket a lot of times, I apologize. The e-mails regarding my account deletion were sent to an old e-mail no longer in use.I haven't been able to get to a meta support employee because I am having trouble linking my oculus quest with e-mail.Should I just factory reset and create a new meta horizon account? And then buy beat saber again for 30 bucks

https://youtube.com/shorts/bsiso3oTbxUPC specs: i9-13900k, ROG 3060ti, 64GB DDR5 6000, MSI Z790 A wifi (no 6E hotspot, thanks windows) In DCS or IL-2 I will sometimes get this severe screen tearing where the screen will freeze for a second, then in one eye or the other there is either a pixilated ghosting of the image/and or a harsh vertical or horizontal line where the image is being rendered slightly differently. I can easily temporarily fix this by either going to the headset local passthrough and back with the double tap, or taking it off and putting it back on again. Sometimes this will fix it for seconds, sometimes hours. If I don't "fix it" and back out to the Rift home, or steam VR home, the issue comes with it. Same kind of tearing in the steam VR home, however it's presented differently in the Rift menu. No pixelization or tearing, but a severe sway of the environment when I move my head. I do the double tap and back, then it's gone, in both environments.T

After the Quest 3 displays the boot logo, the logos on the left and right screens appear one above the other, and then the screen goes black.

Your headset is also advertised for workouts, but unfortunately that's not possible because sweat always occurs during workouts and apparently the devices aren't sufficiently protected against it, despite completely drying them off with microfiber cloths after use and your silicone cover etc.  It’s my 4th Quest 3 which dies after using it with ElevenTableTennis:-( I’m in a community with many players and a lot of them have the same problems and must replace their headsets regularly because of this issue… Most die with „tracking failure“ and nothing works. The display moves with head-movement and controller are vibrating every second but aren’t tracked as well… no head and no finger or controller tracking… There are also threads on Reddit… why don’t you seal the chips inside like it is done with smartphones??? As I said in chats before. You should invite me as your product-tester. When your devices lasts for me in the long run, then it's good😉

I haven't used my quest 2 in awhile and decided to charge it up and play some games. I turned it on and was updating a game when the screen suddenly went completely black but I could still hear the audio from the device. I've tried turning the headset on and off. I've tried cleaning the proximity sensor. I'm trying to factory reset it but I can't see the screen to do it and it won't connect to the app unless its unlocked and I can't see it to unlock it. I can't physically factory reset it.Please help

In the new v81 PTC in the patch notes it claims that there is a new sort of Central world which can be accessed from the new Loft Home, But when going through the door to this new Central World it takes you to some old world in Horizon Worlds and not this new Enviroment which the patch notes claim is here in this update. I assume this new Central area is the world which can bee seen from the Home enviroment but I'm not seeing a way to get here yet. 

I might be a little ahead of myself, but I was wondering if the following issues from the Quest 3 are being taken into account with the upcoming Quest 4 model?At the moment, tracking is an issue with the Quest 3 when playing many different games involving fast moments or out of the headsets sensor range, which unfortunately, can impact the user negatively.  Often, every point, swing, hit or movement matters and not having these register can leave a feeling of frustration towards the user. Is the quest 4 moving towards and emphasizing more towards hand tracking, or will sport/fast movement games also be considered?Headset weight - Standing still or moving for a period of time can cause neck pain, pressure and possibly leading to injuries. This might be a little difficult to reduce because of all the components, but is this something that is being entertained? I think that the more balanced weight is really helping out, but I can see how reducing the combined weight can be a much mo

Quest 2 v79.1032 - Bluetooth will no longer connect to my Hearing Aids. Devices will pair but will not connect. Bug report sent via headset.I can no longer use the sideloaded Android app for my hearing aids to change settings in the devices for the best sound experience.It would be nice if Meta would support the native Bluetooth features available in many hearing aids (there is a standard spec avaiable).

Is anyone having this issue?When on the stock browser if I turn screen off then on, the display goes way over exposed/washed out/extremely bright?It seems to only be related to the browser as once closing it, or even minimizing and restoring the browser app window it goes back to normal.

Since today's update, the free space limit has been deactivated in every game, and only the stationary one can be used.What can I do?Thanks George

Scammed on the prime video VRSomeone has scare me out of $1700 from my bank trying to connect to oculus prime video I need to know who I can talk to there is no contact number for Atlas quest to so I need to find out how

I ran into some issues with ghost of tabor not letting me play, so I though an easy fix would've been reinstall the app, but the app had other plans each time I try to install the game it gets to the verifying files section and stops around 20%
