My meta horizon won’t open and it says :Error: Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details.Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details.whats wrong someone tell me

My quest will not update I was on v79.1028 been onto meta support for 2months now they told me to factory reset. Now the software I am on is v78.0 I was on v78.28. The quest still will not update either after factory rest and when I click software update it just says it’s up to date but it’s not. Any ideas as meta don’t have a clue!!!

Hello. I have owned Quest Pro controllers for several months now with my Quest 3 and have experienced minor issues having to do with connection and tracking. I have been able to solve those issues fairly easily. However, I am now experiencing an issue that I haven't found a solution for after much research. My quest pro controllers are fully charged and turn on just fine. I am able to connect them to my headset, but they don't turn on past that. The meta horizon app shows them as connected, but in my headset neither controllers are on and functional. I have restarted the controllers, headset, and even went as far as factory resetting the controllers, where I had to use my old quest 3 controllers in order to set up the headset (because the pros still have the issue). I have been looking online for people with similar issues and it seems like none of them can figure it out themselves which makes me regret buying these controllers in the first place. Does anyone know how to reach a soluti

Im having issuies with both of diferent  connection.I update to version 79 but now i cant play any pcvr games.Pls some one contact me to help me fix this issuie.

Has anyone connected the meta quest 3s with the ASUS Dual Radeon RX 7600 GPU?its not officially supported in the website. but the RX 6600 XT is listed. And they are very similar cards.So my question is. if i buy the meta quest 3s. Will i be able to connect it with my steam and play normally?. Thanks.

whenever i try to use the virtual desktop on the meta quest link app it just shows a black screen. how do i solve this ?

So, I'll keep it short.My index trigger on the controller isn't working properly, and I wanted to request a replacement. When I tried to do so, it suddenly said that my region was Switzerland, even though I live in Germany and that's the Country where I bought the Quest 2.Entering my German address doesn't work; I've already tried that ._.so how do you change the region/country?

I took a look around the bay for the first time.  I liked what I saw, but when I checked the settings, I didn't see any option to change the fishing pole from my right hand to my left hand. Does anyone know how to use the fishing pole with their left hand? 

I don't have any controllers.  How can I get past the "Switch to Controllers" button?  or Can you suggest any games I can play using your hands only?

So I was trying to charge my headset and it wont charge, it only starts charging if I push the charging cable in, I think the port might be jammed but I dont want to send it in for price reasons, how would I fix it?

We need a feature to be able to lock the headset tracking to a motion rig rather than a room.  Without this feature AR passthrough moves when the rig moves, which it should not.  Maybe April Tags or QR codes could be used? 

So, I used to have hand tracking on my Quest 3. I’ve only had it about 3 weeks. Hand tracking stops working after a few seconds. I double tap, see my hands after putting down the controllers, but then after a few seconds, my hands just go to my sides. I then have to pick up the controllers to get everything working. I’ve also noticed lately that in games like VR chat, my quest seems to lose tracking of my controllers, trying to switch to Hands, which doesn’t work really well either.  I usually have to shake the controllers to get everything back working. I’m in a well room, there’s no small lights, and there’s no reflections. In fact, I’ve only used it in the same room, and this is the room where hand tracking used to work. I’ve cleaned all my cameras. I just don’t know what else to do. I’ve also restarted my quest, turn off and then back on the hand and body tracking, but still nothing. I get Hands up for one second and then it turns off and my hands go to the side of my characte

I bought the Quest 3 to play Skyrim VR - meaning I need to use the Meta Quest Link to connect my headset to my laptop.My Laptop is a gaming Laptop and meets all the requirements. I am admittedly very inept with computers as I am a console gamer.The Problem: I cannot airlink my laptop and headset together. It finds the laptop and its name, then when I click pair no code comes up and it says to restart both.I feel like I've done everything I can find and am getting really frustrated. I have:- uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the PC.- Updated both headset and laptop to the latest software.- Updated my Graphic Driver (NVIDIA)- Disconnected and reconnected both from the wifi and bluetooth- Used the USB-C which came with the Quest to try cable link. It finds it, then says its not a good connection.- Renamed the laptop.Nothing has workedI am at a total loss, please someone help! I don't want to pay another £90 for the link cable, especially when I wanted to play SKyrim without cables.

I’m not sure how many refunds you can have or if there is because I downloaded a Trombone game and haven’t played for even an hour and I just bought it, but can’t refund. I’ve refunded about 4-5 games this week so I’m not sure if there is a limit or it’s bugged? 

I want to buy a bundle on gorilla tag and I bought something on meta before and now when I go to buy something I have 30 dollars in meta cash and it won’t work how do I fix it

Hi everyone,I really need help. I recently reset my phone and lost access to the authentication app that was linked to my Facebook 2FA. Now I’m completely locked out of my account.Unfortunately,I didn’t save any backup codes, and Facebook only asks for the 2FA code when I try to log in, no other recovery option appears. My Facebook account still shows up in my Meta Account Center, but I can’t access it.I have the email and password.I can enter them, but I’m completely stuck at the step that asks for the authentication code. This account is really important to me, and I’m getting desperate.I’ve tried everything, support forms, help pages, recovery links. I couldn’t submit a ticket through the support website too, and live chat hasn’t helped either. The install would always fail with a Picture of the Quest3 and a black window.At the end of the pc link install, a select your headset window is displayed. It is of a fixed size, but not moveable in the up direction, and annoyingly, even though I tried clicking on the headset and trying all my keyboard keys nothing would finalise my link install. I am old so my eyes have windows Scale and layout settings* at 125% the screen. After 4 days of repair/reinstall nonsense it occurred to me something may be hidden on the bottom of the select headset window.  I resized the display and the missing controls to complete the install came into view.I have spent many days trying to sort this with Meta (many emails), getting nowhere.Attn Meta : to save anyone else from this issue please make the headset selection window resizeable and moveable. Windows 10, 2560x1440 display .. .*right click on desktop.  

It used to be, albiet difficult, possible to save an equirectangular image to your photos folder. Then you could use the native TV app to view, in fully immersive 360 content you create yourself. I own 2 GoPro 360 degree cameras. I have thousands of snapshots. From Oculus to Meta Oculus to Meta 2, to Meta 3, to Meta 3s I've enjoyed seeing my own 360 degree images using my quest device. It used to be, to save to my device, I could open the Facebook app, and from within an equirectangular image, click a controller button, and choose save to device. I know this because I did it. I know that I did it because I use the skybox feature in the Meta Environment to see my own photos in 360, while I choose apps from the home screen. As of August 21 2025, no longer is this possible. with the new DJI 360 camera and Insta360 model release just a few weeks ago, and with a headset seemlingly designed to perfectly experience such camera footage, why is MetaJaneTest​ disabling the ability

I bought Trombone champ unflattened and I can’t refund even though I just bought it yesterday and played for no longer than an hour. Pls help? I want Painting vr instead🥹

Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried tons of stuff but I'm starting to believe that they've just removed it as nothing seems to make it appear as an option again 

I have 3 headsets, 2 Meta Quest 3S's and 1 Meta Quest 3. I would like to change the device nicknames on the Meta Horizon app so I can differentiate between the 2 Meta 3S's without having to remember which serial # belongs to which one.Is there a way to do this on the consumer side? Only posts I found about it were 1 year or older and they only mentioned it being capable on the Developer side of things.
