Hello, I just got my new quest 3 for my birthday 2 days ago.   Before I got it, I was sent a referral code for a $30 credit for the Meta store.  All of the criteria for the credit was met and I used the link I was given to sign up originally, but for some reason it is yet to come through and there is nothing on my account even referencing that it was added or directions on how to get the credit applied to my account.  I do not know if this is the correct place I should be going for help, but when I try to use the designated “support” tab it doesn’t allow me to get any type of support.  When I click that, it gives me an error message then I “return to homepage “ where it asks me to sign in again.  That doesn’t work and it leaves me in a useless circle. If anyone could help direct me on how to get my credit and/or how to contact support it would be greatly appreciated. byw, I am writing this and was trying everything with support and getting the referra

When i turn it on i have no Wi-Fi and does not show Wi-Fi on. I try to turn it on and nothing. It also show no MAC address. Do i return it?

Please fix this. This is not working correctly and I can only see the video. Not the audio. My phone was not on silent mode and was not paired to any headphones.

Hello! I am currently struggling with a major issue. For context:I've done link vr for years, never had any major issues with it. It was worked fine on my pc until yesterday, where during a game on steam vr, the pc just went black and restarted.For the rest of the night, I tried everything to figure out what could be causing it to act like this. I have reset every application, reinstalled every application, updated all the software, have hardware that works fine, and everything else can run okay. Vr is smooth when running it, but crashes trying to keep it going for more than 4 minutes.I use a Windows 10 with a Quest 2 headset, all my stuff updated and cleared. I have enough spare storage, nothing is corrupted.  I am just trying to understand where the crash is coming from.

How long is this latest rollout supposed to take for it to reach everyone?? Currently on V78 and STILL waiting for V79.

I've observed that when I leave my headset off (full power-down) and not charging, that the battery will drain overnight from 100% down to ≈ 70% in the span of 6 or 7 hours."Automatically power headset to update" is TURNED OFF (not enabled).   The device should not be powering on to update, but the power drain is unmistakable.  Surface of the headset does not feel noticeably warm to the touch.Anyone else noticing this?   I'm on V 79.1032 and only recently noticed this behavior.

I have my Quest 3s for half a year now, and I'm using it with a USB-A to USB-C link cable, which has not been giving me any issues in this time, but since coming back from a 2 week vacation and updating the software, the Quest only repeatedly plays the 'connected' sound, but neither starts charging nor allows me to link to my PC. I have tried restarting both devices and using a different port, which brought no improvements. However, the quest charges fine with the normal charging cable. Could the charging cable be broken or are there other possible causes for this?

My sons Quest 2 headset asked for an update to be done. We should go to meta.com/device and enter the code on screen when prompted. Did this and it says (in swedish, translated to english - 'invalid device code request') If I then click support or troubleshoot, I can't login to that as it says the account doesn't exist, or that it's not connected. Help?... 

After updating my Quest 3 I received a message on my headset that said something like "This device is not trusted"Now my Quest 3 is stuck on the USB Update Mode menu (the menu you access when pressing power and volume down at the same time)Does anyone have any work arounds? I'm outside of warranty and customer support apparently can't replace or re-flash my device.I cannot do Factory Reset, Boot Device, or Sideload Update because it'll just flash the meta logo for a second and immediately return me back to the USB Update Mode.Anyone have any workarounds?

Me and my mother have recently finished Arizona Sunshine 1 remake and we had a great time playing it together, now we started on Arizona Sunshine 2 and we both have the same error, the game closes with a pop up saying ''Low Memory'', we have to restart our Quest 3 headsets efter each level we complete in order to play the next. I have searched the internet and found posts about this from 6 month to over a year a go and I have seen that the same error occurs with other games such as Batman Arkham VR. So I am not sure weather it's the game or the Quest 3, or if I should open a ticket to Meta about it.It feels really awful as a new VR user to buy a game at full price times two just to find out that it doesn't work properly, especially for my mom who is completely new to gaming. Is there anything that can be done in settings or something to make this annoying low memory error go away before we give up on the game and uninstall it. Thank you.

Hello in 2020 I bought around $2k worth of virtual land. My personal Facebook account was hacked and Facebook deleted my whole profile. So I don't have access to the virtual land I purchased because its under my old profile. Does anyone have any information to share so I dont just lose $2k worth of land

Hello,I’ve read a lot of tech blurb about the pro’s and cons of using a dedicated high speed router but it’s all Greek to me. I just seek a simple answer please.I use the Quest 3 S for flight sim using X-Plane 12 but need to use a cable to connect headset to pc as I get jitters, stops and starts using Air-link. Would a dedicated high-speed router be beneficial and allow me to use the headset wireless?I need to connect my pc to the internet to access other services whilst flying. Can I still connect to the internet? Would I connect my standard router to the high-speed router then the high-speed router to the pc?If yes to the above, can anyone recommend a mid-priced high-speed router that will do the job please?Sorry to appear so clueless but I’m clueless when it comes to all the tech jargon but I do enjoy flight sim with the Meta Quest 3 S.Thanks

A few days ago, I was playing VR table tennis on my Quest 3. I took the headset off for a drink of water, and when I put it back on, the screen went black. I did a forced restart, and it showed a screen with a progress bar. After the progress bar completed, the usual boot animation played. However, once the animation finished, the screen went black again.I forced a reboot again, but this time it entered USB UPDATE MODE. None of the options on the screen are responsive — selecting any of them just brings me back into USB UPDATE MODE. I also can’t connect it to my PC.I’ve seen that others who experienced the same issue were able to get a replacement through their retailer or Meta support. However, I’m located in China and bought my Quest 3 through Amazon Global (Amazon’s international shopping service). The original seller is Amazon US, but the customer service for Amazon Global told me they cannot provide after-sales support for this issue and advised me to contact Meta directly.I reall

Hi,I recorded a session in my Meta Quest 3S that I'm trying to move to my PC for editing and use in a project but can't get it to work.When I plug in a USB-C cable I get the prompt in the headset to allow my PC to see files and I can see it in the Explorer on my PC. When I click on the headset in the Explorer it's empty even though I can see the recording under Files in the headset.I've tried different USB-C cables with the same result. Any ideas?Cheers,Patrik

i installed v79 and i Also have developer mode enabled. After installing version 79 I enabled public test channel and I don't see any new updates. Is the navigator UI? Just on version. Seventy-seven or is it also available on Seventy-nine and I'm not just getting it. 

Hi All,I hadn’t used my Quest 3 for about a year but decided to get it out recently. I went to play the Imagine Dragons songs and all the newer alternative maps have disappeared. In fact, it’s possible all the alternative maps have disappeared from my headset. Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone tell me how to get them back please?

Hey, i bought a Meta Quest 3 to play Arkham Shadow since me and my friend wanted to play through all games, but when i cast the quest 3 to discord, it never captures the game audio. I've tried casting to web and to a phone to then stream that, but both are no dice so now i'm asking here in a desperate attempt to figure it out. Please help me out.

80+% of the time when I boot my quest 3 after the meta logo it goes to a black/blank screen but I can hear the sounds of the system working. After much research I have found this is caused by the face sensor not seeing me. When I remove the mask it works just fine. Put it back on and nothing.If I move the headset so the mask is being pushed up by my forehead it works but this is very uncomfortable and clearly not how it was intended to be used. I have attempted to find a way to talk to someone from support but that doesn't exist because profits over people. Found a reddit post about this issue and the solution is getting a white face mask. After spending $500 on this device Meta should be footing the bill for fixing their design flaw. Make there be a setting to turn off the need for the face sensor to wake up the device, let us just hit the power button, or press the Meta button on the remotes, or use the ever listening AI to tell it to wakeup and ignore t
