Does anyone know of a simple way to sign in?  If I use pass true, the letters do not show up.  I get the resume or quit panel.  If I take the Q3 off and type in the first 2 or three letters and then go back, I get different letters.  There are maybe 12.  I can not remember them all.

When I open the store on my app I get a text screen saying !Error: Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details.Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details.Ive tried everything but it still does it.

It literally doesn’t show in my library and shows it in store as I don’t own it and need to buy it again which is a piss off I don’t know what to do

To Meta Support. I tend to write a few app reviews together when I have the time. Why is it that after writing 2 or 3 reviews....I get a big orange highlighted message"Your ip has been temporarily blocked due to unusual activity. This can last for up to 2 days"What the heck is going on ? I am  obviously a registered customer who has bought or downloaded the app and I'm doing users a favour by writing my thoughts. I obviously cannot write a,review at all unless I have the app !! You invite reviews and then you treat your customers as if they were criminals by blocking their ip for 2 dsys? This is extremely unprofessional behavior by Meta and needs to change. If there is a limit on the number of reviews a customer can make, Let Us Know !! Don't ban confirmed customers from writing for simply trying to assist other people!   

I’ve restarted my headset, took the battery out for multiple minutes but still doesn’t work, then while playing questcraft, I can’t use my trigger to break, but I can use it to select items.

So I got a quest 3 so I can use the iobt for fbt and found out I needed to use virtual desktop for it but when I try to install it says it cant read the msi file PLZ HELP

When I was setting up the network, it required a login verification. But when I opened the login page, it said the time wasn't updated, so I couldn't access the website. Then I clicked the option saying the network was already set up. I didn't know how to update the date, and somehow it went into an update screen. Now it seems to be updating even without internet. It's been stuck on 'estimating update time' for a long while with no change. How can I cancel this? I've tried shutting down and restarting, but it still goes back to the update screen after rebooting.

I have the oculus quest and had an oculus account.  I didn't read the email stating that oculus was closing and that I needed to get a meta account.   I dug out my old oculus to play, and this is when I realized my account had been deleted.  Now I've created the meta account, but I don't have any of the games I'd previously purchased.  When I go to the store to redownload it says it's not available in the store any more.  Am I just SOL.  Thanks in advance.  

I have an account that was made soley for the meta quest. I am logged into my meta quest, but I can log into that account on my phone or pc because of 2fa. I don't know how to contact anyone other than this. I was wondering if there was some way to disable 2fa with support?Please any help would be appreciated.

My meta quest 3 is not charging there is just a steady red light on the headset 

Few days ago I lost the ability to use the Quest Link app normally... It endlessly reboots (sometimes it starts working but when i connect link cable to my pc app crashes). I reinstalled app entierly few times, but it didn't help. Is there a solution?

i am trying to create a developer account but when it asks for a phone number to send a verification to, it keeps saying: You can only complete this action in Accounts Center. Go to Accounts Center. Then when  click this there’s no option to verify.

Hello, when my sons login to their profiles on our 3s it shows the background picture and they can’t get into pass through mode. When they press the menu button it very faintly shows a menu but not enough to actually use it.  I made sure we have all the updates. Restarting shows us the menu for a few seconds then the background image pops up again and we can’t do anything.  I created a new profile and same thing happens. 

Initial setup on headset gets to "connect to wifi" and cannot. States date/time is off. Will not allow me to enter or modify URL at top of screen.My wifi is not managed by me and requires a browser portal to login and that works on all devices I own with only an issue on LG IOS.Tried QR code and instructions state to use "Meta Horizon app" to create a QR butdo not see where to do this in app and help section says nothing about how.  Tried using Oculus to setup headset and there is no option and it just states "connected to usb"My laptop and phone are both connected to same wifi network. Extremely irritated when instructs say "do this" with absolutely no instruction to accomplish thatIf i don't get some tech support, back to the store it goesThanks for your timeThomas

I came home from a trip hoping to play vr, but when I try to connect to the WiFi it says connected and can’t provide internet. I check the settings it says i have excellent signal strength. I tried my hotspot and it won’t provide internet either, so I know something wrong with my headset. I went to look on the forums and it said I should cloud backup my stuff and factory reset my headset, but it won’t let cloud backup without internet. What should I do?

I don't have enough space on my C: drive, I have to install on either of my external drives and I get the error drive must be NTFS? WTF!what a crock of sheet.I have NEVER had so much grief installing a game.any work arounds?

I have both a personal and business facebook page and toggle between the two under the same log in.  I also have a business IG which is linked to my (personal) facebook page.  I am having an (unrelated) problem with reels on facebook saying they're loaded but not there.  I like to make my reels on the meta suite app because it's the only way to add voiceover.  Since reels are the biggest draw to bringing new followers to my business page and it's not working more often than not I'm getting a drop in followers.  To remedy the issue, I'd like to create the reels in IG and link to the business FB page, but it linked to my personal page and won't let me toggle to the business.  I thought creating another account in Meta and linking it there would work, but again will not allow me to toggle to the business page, my only option is a very old IG page that pops up that I no longer use. While I do have the IG linked to my personal FB page I have the reel shari

I'm locked out of all of my accounts have been since Monday I can't get a hold of anyone no one is responding and this is really irritating. Hello, I purchased MetaQuest 3 yesterday.It's a package that includes Batman: Arkham Shadows.However, I can't find a free download or gift code for the software.All I've found is a message asking me to pay about $70.I've even tried rebooting MetaQuest, but the result is always the same.Please help me install the free Batman: Arkham Shadows program.

I've fully linked it using air link and I can even go into the pc link but when I try to play any games it says no headset is connected on my pc. All drivers are up to date and the headset is fully updated

I received a new refurbished Quest 3 headset. The first time I use it, the display asks me to remove the protective tabs from the controllers to activate the batteries. But since I'm using the old controllers, they don't have these protective tabs, I can't skip this step and the screen won't move on to the next step. I tried to activate each button, but the screen stays frozen on the image asking me to remove the tabs. How can I move on to the next setup step? Thank you for your help.

I have an existing Meta account under an email address I no longer have access to any more so I can no longer login to my account.  Does anyone know how I can get back into this account and change my email address?  All the rest of my account information should be fine.  It is sending a code to my old email so I can't input that code to finish the login to the account.
