So yeah, UK based. Into August now. No Navigator. Updater says new versions are available, I install them, check the updater, it says the last update was at the start of July and I'm on V78.1027. Tried updating from the website, no difference. Tried bootloading the latest version, no difference.Is my device stuck? Is anyone else STILL waiting for the Navigator? Should my version number have moved? Is this normal? Why aren't the version numbers moving when I install new updates?Trying to do everything in my power not to do a factory reset, as if I have to reinstall gigabytes of software and it doesn't fix the issue, I frankly don't think my blood pressure can handle it..........

Hi, I need help for D-Link air bridge to work with Windows 11 24H2. I remembered that it worked with 23H2 before upgraded 24H2, and I could not find the D-Link air bridge device in the network device list.  So I performed to the factory reset to my D-Link Air bridge. After the factory reset and tried to add the bridge back and I got the initialization error with the following screenshots:  I checked my device manager and I found:Two adaptors were created and I assumed that it should be one.  And, checked my network devices:The Microsoft network device was not created for the D-Link air bridge.I have googled D-Link air bridge related issues, and tried to unplugged/plugged bridge, and no help at all.  I even uninstalled/installed Meta Quest link app and no help.  I also even reinstalled Windows 11, no help[ neither.Any suggestion?Thanks.       

i purchased thrill of fight 2, it took the money out my account and i cant find it now. i checked the library, i restarted the oculus multiple times, and when i try to go thru the app store, it says purchased but it doesnt give me an option to play it, the “$9.99” is just a dark blue button. someone help please

It has been quite a bumpy ride the last few months. I was just being able to play iRacing again for about 2 days until the Link software got updated this morning. is there any way to revert to the state of before?This is really unusable right nowit has been just working for the last year, and then it really stopped working the past few months.I am using the original link cable, I have used others in the past, that alleviated some of the problems, but today it’s no use.can anybody can share some more useful tips than to keep restarting, or keeping drivers up to date. It certainly feels to generate more problems than to solve them.Andreas  

So i bought a game with a credit card but now i refund it and it said if i refund it to meta cash it would be instant but now it says +17.99 for the game but the balance is still 0.00

現在問い合わせを行っているが、対応がいつになるか分からないので投稿する。メタクエスト3sを購入し、ストアからvirtualdesktopを購入するため、2500円分のギフトカードをチャージしました。購入したところ、「不審な点があるので、インストールを停止した」とのこと。アカウントを作ってから1週間も経っていないので、解決方法が分からない。ネットで色々調べて回っても、同じようなエラーは数件しか見受けられず、どれも解決にいたっていない模様。ヘッドセットを初期化しても、アカウントに問題がありそうなので恐らく解決しない可能性が高い。どうすれば良いのでしょうか？

Hello again, I finally bought a low-budget PC that can actually use meta quest link. now I’m trying to use link but it’s not giving me any audio from the casting or OBS. and also I’m only given the option to cast on the computer instead from in my headset like the web.

Hello everyone I’m trying to become a streamer but I’m on a very low low budget and I’ve found that using casting save on the storage. I have been casting and using obs to record my gameplay since I can’t use airlink due to my specs not being high enough. But I can’t customize it to eye like in the camera but it would be nice if I could. Please let meta see this cuz it would be nice it they could do this soon.

Using a Quest 3 I can't get the universal menu to pop up no matter what I do.Initial Problem: The headset was on an outdated system software version. This caused the Meta Quest Store to appear empty, and the universal menu was not accessible.Actions Taken Fix This:I attempted to perform a standard system update from within the headset, but this failed.I attempted to perform an update via the Meta Horizon mobile app, which also failed.Based on external troubleshooting, I concluded the automatic update system was not functioning.I successfully sideloaded the latest v79 system software update using the Meta page through Chrome and wired in with USB-C.Current Problem (Post-Sideload): The system software is now up-to-date, but the same universal menu problem is still here:Pressing the Meta button on the right controller produces the audible sound of the universal menu appearing.However, the universal menu does not render or display visually. Hi,I have a issue with Wirtual Desktop and Quest 3. I set Preffered Codec to AV1 10bit in streamer app. But once I run a game, codec is set to HEVC... If I set HEVC 10bit then it stays at HEVC 10bit. So the issue occurs only for AV1.GPU - Radeon 6950XTDrivers - Adrenaline 25.6.2Do anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hello, I had Espire 1 and Zero Caliber: Reloaded installed from my Horizon+ Subscription.  I liked them and purchased the Espire Ultimate Stealth Collection which included Espire 1 and Espire 2.  I also purchased the Ultimate Zero Caliber Bundle which included Zero Caliber: Reloaded and Zero Caliber 2.  Later I decided to cancel my Horizon+ subscription which removed access to the two apps I had installed above.  I then went to the Meta Horizon Store and the bundles say I have version 2 of the above apps installed, but I have to purchase version 1 again.  I purchased both bundles, so I should not have to re-purchase half the bundles again.  Please help.  I can't find any phone number to call and this is kind of a complicated subject to search or explain.  Thank you.

You can't disable developer mode for child profiles but also require developer mode for games to work with child profiles. You see how that's a catch 22? Please fix this. I get not wanting developer mode to be enabled for child profiles but please make sure all games are playable by the child profile without it! So frustrating!

Which is the best option for a PS5 user who’s looking at getting into VR? Don’t really care about exclusives, but want the best entry to the VR experience. I know both are priced the same with the Xbox version coming with a controller (I might buy an Xbox at some point). Which would be the best buy long term?

Im on a newly built pc, and when i tried to install gorilla tag, it gets to downloading, then said failed to download, contact meta support. How do i fix this? 

I now have V78 on my quest 3 and now my Bobovr S3Pro is not connecting. When I put a battery on the headset it registers as 100% but when I plug the connector into the quest 3 it is not charging it. The quest will charge on its own plug so there is nothing wrong with the connection.  And yes I’ve shut it down and restarted and still does not work. Anyone else?!

I want to buy more apps for my metaquest 3s. However, the store only shows the price in MX and at a really high amount. So I do not buy anything. How can I fix this?

After establishing a quest link with my pc and launching a non-vr steam game, the vr gaze cursor keeps overriding my Xbox controller (connected to pc) converting back to keyboard inputs. It makes the game literally unplayable.This was one of the biggest reasons I wanted the headset in the first place. Is there a way to disable it or some other method I can use to enjoy non-vr steam games using the Quest3? Thank you!

The title says it all. I noticed the release notes page here was updated TODAY and only shows up to v.77.1029 released on June 30, 2025, which was 11 days ago. Since then, v78.1027 and 78.1028 have already been rolled out. Release notes should be published AT THE SAME TIME as the software, Meta!
