Please help if you can.   I have an Oculus quest.  I have an oculus account -that's how i can post here. I also linked my Facebook account to my quest years ago. No issues. Now there's been a update 4.6 overnight and I am blocked from using the Quest without migrating to a Meta account online.   Every time I try and select to continue with Facebook , it actually pulls out all my facebook email details and then tells me 'Something went wrong, no confirmed email address on file for this account' and to Log Out.   Have tried multiple browsers and through my phone but to no avail. I am locked out of my quest and wanted to get some Tribe XR djing done tonight.   Appreciate anyone who may have an answer. Tony      

Took 3 hours trying to refund a game with a game named Omar he never sent anything after chat about a form to tell about my experience. He was telling me to go to random places that didn’t exist like he’s never seen a oculus or even put one on before. The other person told me it should only take 5 minutes to refund it.. 

Can you setup PSVR2 for Iracing on PC without the remotes? I'm upgrading from a rift S as the rift S has bad resolution. Would the PSVR2 or quest 3 be a better upgrade graphics wise?

As title states, past month in the PTC there's been an update that breaks the quest pro's tracking nearly completely ( minus mouth) reverting fixes, and many had reported it to what I saw. However for w/e reason vs META attempting to fix its still been rolled out publicly.   Currently 100's on the VR discords are reporting the same. Does META have an ETA when a hotfix will come out since they've removed the ability for us to rollback updates which potentially could save issues like this. Headset is currently unusable for tracking, also Meta AVI's appear as gray figures and don't respond to facial methods. This is a public issue, please respond here if you also are reporting.

I been experiencing that I been trying Llama 3.2 but the list format seems not very helpful I do not like the list format I tried emailing them but it seems it did not work but the issue has been going on since Last Month when I used to use it but I want Llama 3.1 can you guys fix it

So if You Change Your password or active your two factor you must have to put your previous password ok good at the time unexpectedly i got a Code and this code came in an another number!!  How its possible ??  I want to make a community post please help me!  Just shocked thinking about that there is only two numbers and i can't find my code from this numbere. Hello my account Bibu was banned for apparently being underaged even though i provided my Drivers license, i tried everything in the help center and now i can’t and have no incentive to buy 2 quest threes for my brothers birthdays  because i lost all progress and don’t want the same happening to them

Hi there, My son can play Gorilla Tag, but when he joins a public lobby, the game puts him in a lobby with no people in it, except for himself. All of his movement works fine and there has been no damage to the VR headset. Whenever, he does attempt to go into the public lobbies, instead of it being his normal name (Lemon), it is gorilla followed by random numbers.  Everything was working fine and then my son went 10 days or so without using his VR headset, this issue started when he tried to go back on. We have done a factory reset, we have uninstalled and re-installed the game, we have logged out of the Meta Horizon app and logged back in. We downloaded to the cloud. I updated the Horizon app. After all of this, it let him into a public lobby for 5 minutes, we thought the issue was fixed but then when he stopped using it and then went to go into a public lobby the issue started again. We have not had any success for 2 weeks now.  Can someone help me out or at least point me

Im really curious to explore some VR but have no idea where to start. I'm not really a gamer (though I have an old PS4 lying around) and just have a 2018 Mac Mini. I also don't use Facebook so that rules out any of their options. I was thinking of just buying a fairly cheap headset from Amazon or something I'd like to try out some kind of VR exploring or travelling experiences but am struggling to find an app for Mac, I only see them for iOS or Facebook apps. Am I missing something? 

We've purchased a bunch of new Meta Quest Pros for our university XR lab.  We cannot connect them to the university's WiFi network at all -- cannot get through the initial device setup.  In the WiFi settings, the Quest Pro does not seem to retain the CA Certificate selection [Use system certificates] nor the Domain name.  It indicates that it has saved the network settings, but fails to connect.  When I go back to the settings, all of the other settings appear to be retained: EAP method [PEAP], Phase 2 authentication [MSCHAPV2], Identity [correct], Anonymous identity [blank], Password [(unchanged) -- I can only guess whether it has been retained; I have retyped it many times].  But the CA certificate reverts to [Please select] and after selecting [Use system certificates] the Domain has reverted to [blank] again.These things are bricks if we can't get past this.We have many other WiFi devices running on our network -- notebook computers, phones, ...  it is

As said, air link randomly stopped working. It started by having the button unavailable one day. I restarted my quest and pc, same thing. I unpaired and tried pairing again, when I hit pair I don't get a code. It detects it fine, paired to my phone fine, but refuses to work with air link to give a code. I tried turning off my firewall, factory reset, deleting the pc oculus app, and several other things, but nothing works.    Edit: For anyone unable to get a pairing code like this or to connect (not detect, still detects pc) this solves it. Its hard to find this solution online

I fly in DCS World using Quad Views with eye tracking, 6 days ago my Quest Link updated to version 76.0.0.452.315 and today is the first time flying in over a week and eye tracking has stopped.Quad Views log shows "No data received from the eye tracker in 60 seconds! Image quality may be degraded"Quad Views itself and DCS World can see each other, but nothing is coming out the Pro to indicate eye position.It's fine in HorizonOS (v74) and eye tranking calibrates and tests fine. Yes dev mode is on in phone app and Quest Link, and eye tracking enabled as it's always been.The difference is the update to 76.0.0.452.315I see others have similar issues and have rolled back to QL V74 as a workaround.Personally, I'd rather have a fix please 🙂

I think that it would be cheaper than normal VR headsets and i have a 3080 with a 5 7600X so i think that my pc could handle it if there are any please recommend me some thanks

Will be sending this directly to support as well. Here's the issue: This service is currently taking 4gb of memory. Without anything attached. The Oculus program is not running. Firefox has a youtube video playing. I checked via other apps; this is working memory, not non-paged or standby memory. So ovrserver_x64 is using 4gb of memory without any use or reason to. But that's not all. In the hour or so while I was investigating this, It took another 800mb or so of memory. In processhacker it's actually taking about 5.1gb total private memory (ie; reserved memory, and most of it is working memory)This is absurd. I can imagine this could be the cause of many people's issues if they have less capable memory or a lot less of it. If I only had 8gb, I'd be well over my limit and into the pagefile, ie I would probably bsod or the program would crash. I think this would be fine (jk, this is still ridiculous for a simpler server app that isn't even running) if I had Link going or something

Hi Meta Horizon Support, I’m reaching out in absolute desperation. A hacker has gained access to my Instagram and Meta account, and although I’ve managed to get back into my Instagram, their Meta Horizon profile is still locked as the head account on mine.   They’ve set this as the primary Meta account linked to mine, and I cannot remove or replace it with my own Meta profile. Meta Support has directed me to you to resolve this issue. This person is not me — they are a hacker and are currently spamming my friends and misusing my account. I urgently need their Meta Horizon profile disconnected and deleted from my account so I can re-link mine and secure everything fully.   Please help — I am truly desperate and just want to reclaim full control of my account. Can anyone let me know if you have had to return your Brand New Meta Quest 3 Headset to Meta because it just stopped working for no reason?  I am literally now on my 4th headset replacement (all refurbished replacements) in 4 months of buying my original!  The last replacement lasted for exactly 4 days before it stopped working.  4 days of use and now it has to be returned again.  I am wondering if I am the only one experiencing this or is it something that is happening to others? 

Hi guys I am here as desperate because my Meta Quest 3 started to give me this problem as per the title, I will tell you the story in more detail:I got the Meta Quest 3 new months ago and it has always worked perfectly, the other day I used it in PCVR with the cable as always and without any problems, before I turned it off I saw that out of nowhere a new item "Allow automatic power on when updating" had appeared under the item "Automatically update before power off", I didn't give it too much importance and unchecked as always and turned it off; I then put down the headset as usual which hasn't received a beating or anything these days, today I turned it back on and basically when I go into the home if I move my head above the view goes below and if I move my head below the view goes above (basically the head tracking doesn't work), the controllers are not recognized at all (but they flash and every 20 seconds they vibrate) and after a while the headset brings me back to a black scree

I have created a secondary account (to run music through), made a second avatar, re-routed my spotify through voicemod...now I am having trouble figuring out how to get my DJ bot into the world with my regular account.  I am VERY new and trying to figure things out as I go.  In addition, I can't seem to get my DJ bot avatar to move when I open the Horizons.exe file on my PC. Just spins around when using the tracking pad. Any step-by-step tips would be appreciated.Goal is - play music (from spotify) in my rudimentary built world in Horizons with my friends. I recently got a new 16gb M1 Chip MacBook Pro 2020. And I would like to use it to play games on my Oculus Quest 2 through steam. I have steam VR downloaded, but I can't seem to find the Oculus link app available for mac. Please let me know how I play Steam VR with my MacBook, thanks to anyone who can help!
