I updated my gorilla tag and now every time I try to play it I can’t the screen goes black and an agreement form pops up so after I agree to it the screen stays completely black!! Can someone please help me

Sorry, not sure where to put this, but on the mobile app on my phone I haven't been able to load any worlds. I checked the list of available countries, and I live in TX so if im reading right it should work?

I just got my 3s and got it updated , downloaded horizon and when I try to pair, it asks for my email to verify...then it says my email already exists. How do I get passed that?

I'm a pro gorilla tag player getting affected by this a lot and really need an update to switch this. In my settings in Controllers-Vibration-Intensity, The slider is all the way to the lowest to the left. I go to my game and I feel a vibration it is still happening. This is for everyone because of the dang update and it's annoying me and other people as well. If any developers or any high level people could update and change this gladly. More clarification needed?

Dear Meta Quest Support, I would like to request assistance with recovering my Meta Quest 3. Device: Meta Quest 3 Serial number: **** Product identifier: **** The headset was working in the evening, but the following morning it would only boot into the USB Update Mode menu. It was not connected to a charger overnight. The exact cause of the issue is unknown. Symptoms: Selecting normal boot, Factory Reset, or Sideload Update causes the headset to restart almost immediately and return to the same menu. Sideload mode does not start, and the LED does not turn purple, so I cannot transfer an update. The Device Info screen remains stable. With USB disconnected, powering off works. Connecting a charger automatically turns the headset on, and the menu reappears with an orange LED. Charging behavior: An inline USB meter initially showed approximately 5 V / 1.5 A, which subsequently dropped to around 5 V / 0.5 A. I observed similar behavior with several chargers. On one occasion, the USB input r

Hello,We have encountered an issue with the keyboard overlay since updating to version 2.7.Our application is published on the Meta Horizon Store. The exact same application build works correctly on another headset that is still running version 2.6: when the user selects an input field, the keyboard overlay appears normally. However, on the headset updated to version 2.7, the keyboard overlay no longer appears, so users cannot enter text.Has anyone else experienced this issue since the update?Meta team, could you please confirm whether this is a known bug introduced in version 2.7 and keep us informed about a possible fix or workaround?Thank you.

right quest 3 controller paired and tracking, but no inputs work. Controller moves around when viewed through headset. but if you pull the trigger, grip , thumbstick, a, b, or meta button. they don't work, or move like there even getting a signal when viewed through headset. Left hand is fine.  Charged every thing up, left batteries out over night, paired controllers through app. tried factory reset but cant continue since it wants me to press the meta button on the right controller and it wont do it

I have a $30.00 credit with Meta that I'd like to use to buy a new VR game or two. I remember that once I had a game where things appeared to come out of the walls of my room and I had to "shoot" them to score points. Unfortunately ,because of a Meta headset replacement that game has disappeared , but I wondered if there are other similar games that offer this same sort of format? If so could someone give me some suggestions? Thanks!🤔

After installing latest Meta Horizon Windows app update (85.0.0.239.552), the display inside headset freezes (sometimes goes black, similar to when proximity sensor kicks in, but while still wearing VR headset)  after a few seconds after establishing cabled link (official 5m cable). Have to restart PC and re-establish Link to get it to work again, but then same happens after a few seconds. Can still hear audio inside headset, and when using games it seems to do head tracking (monitor screen updates, but not inside headset). This also happens inside the Meta Link view (grey environment with grid floor and ceiling inside VR headset after establishing link).Firmware in VR headset is also on latest version,This happened after updating Meta Horizon Windows app on 3rd/4th March. Before this it was working perfect.Have tested this on 4 different PC's, with 3 different Meta Quest 3 headsets and one Quest Pro, with same result.Hardware on test PC's:Windows 11, different i9 processors (13th

Hello,I am assisting the owner of a Meta Quest 2 that is stuck in a USB Update Mode boot loop.Selecting Boot Device, Factory Reset, or Sideload Update immediately returns the headset to USB Update Mode. We installed the official Oculus ADB driver, and Windows detects the headset as “Oculus Bootloader Interface” in USB Update Mode. However, it is never detected as an ADB device. When “Sideload Update” is selected, the headset disconnects briefly and then returns directly as Oculus Bootloader Interface instead of entering ADB sideload mode. It has also appeared in Windows as QUSB_BULK_CID:0412, indicating Qualcomm EDL emergency recovery mode.I have attempted the official Meta Quest Software Update Tool, but it cannot connect because the headset never enters ADB sideload mode.I do not know the exact purchase date, but the device is most likely outside the warranty period. Before involving the owner’s account details, could you please confirm whether Meta offers an out-of-warranty repair, r

Add this version mismatch before. I believe the only way I could solve it was just letting the app roll out the next update to match my headset because I don't think I could rollback my device. My headset. To match the app. Are there any solutions?Copilot said:The important message is the yellow "Version mismatch" warning. The tooltip is telling you:"For best performance, match your versions on headset (v207) and PC (v208)."This means:Your Meta Quest 3 headset is currently running firmware/software version 207.Your Meta Quest Developer Hub (or Meta Link software on the PC) is running version 208.The versions do not match, so Meta is warning that some developer features may not work correctly until both are on the same version.

Hi, My recorded videos from Thief VR are way too dark, much darker than what I see on the gameplay. This issue started after my Quest 3 updated to the v2.7 version! Before that the video quality was great, and it was usually lighter than my gameplay!

I needed to reinstall the meta link to try and fix a problem, but now it's refusing to install, it gets almost all the way through the installation process, the shortcut even appears, but it then vanishes and says an error occurred, and no matter how many times I restart, the problem persists, can someone help me please?

The wired puck makes the VR Glasses a non-starter for many of us. Some background and intent behind this proposal: Background: The new Meta VR Glasses route all compute through a wired pocket puck. That wire rules out the all-day, grab-and-go use cases where lightweight wearables shine — reading books, watching video, talking to an AI assistant on the move. As designed, it's a binary product: wired computer or nothing. Intent: This isn't anti-puck. It's to make compute placement dynamic instead of fixed — a spectrum that degrades gracefully. The phone is already in everyone's pocket; use it as a fallback brain for light workloads, and keep the puck as dedicated compute for heavy standalone sessions. Proposal: make compute placement dynamic instead of fixed. 1. Audio-first mode, no wire. Glasses should work as standalone audio glasses (AI assistant, audiobooks, calls) with the phone as the brain — like Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 does today. No puck required.2. Async video of

I use a BOBOVR S3 Pro Headstrap with 2 B100 battries.  They have always worked where the battery keeps the Q3 at 100% until the B100 dies (playing games like Arizona Sunshine) then the Q3 started to use it's own battery.Since updating to v2.3.1034 by B100 batteries no longer keep the Q3 at 100%.  It doesn't deplete as fast as if I wasn't using the B100 battery but the Q3 will drop down to 70% while there is still a good 50-75% left in the B100 battery.  Can anyone suggest a fix or if this is a bug in v2.3.104 or just the way the Q3 is now?Thank you in advace for any help given :-)

so, a year ago its been told that the quest pro controllers are not compatible with the quest 3d and i would like to know if there has been an update that made it now compatible

I’ve just set up my son’s account and I’ve inputted his date of birth incorrectly and need to change it. Also, his account is now in my name and my parent account is in his name. I’ve no idea how they got mixed up but I can’t seem to change it. If I cancelled his account is there a way to transfer his purchases to a new account.

Please someone help me. Meta Horizon Link for Rift s on Meta site installs great, green check marks for headset and controllers and sensor. Everything goes bad when I told to finish setup in headset. I see the images guiding me through and less than 30 screen goes black, app closes and opens itself again. I have tried the following: Current behavior: * Rift S is detected by Meta Horizon Link.* USB, DisplayPort, headset, sensors, and controllers all show green icons/checks.* The app asks to set up / continue setup in the headset.* The headset goes black and Meta Horizon Link closes/reopens.* Sometimes I get a “headset hardware error” message.* This Rift S used to work on this same Windows 10 MSI laptop years ago. System: * Windows 10 laptop* NVIDIA GTX 1060* Intel UHD Graphics 630* Rift S connected by USB 3.0 + Mini DisplayPort adapter* Headset had been stored safely and unused for years Things already tried: * Confirmed it is an Oculus Rift S.* Used the of

Hello.I'm having trouble seting up my Oculus 1 Headset for giving away to the sons of my girlfriend. It now seems that using the mobile App for setup is a must - i factory resettet the device and tried 2 different accounts in the app on two different mobile phones (iphone) but during paring and after setting up wifi and recognising the controllers, the app won't get past th "oculus quest security hints" screen , i just see a spinning wheel  and it does not get past that.none of the enumerations like (i translate from german text) like "check security info" "make room for a secure playground" "create a guardian area" "for kids above 13 years" "choose proper content" getting checked and inside the headset i only see "continue with setup in the mobile app".i'm lost.  i don't know what to do further to fix this. now i have no present for christmas for three kids.this sucks !!!

Hey everyone! I'm one of the new Moderators, and I wanted to say hello. I also want to ask you guys what you're playing as far as competitive multiplayer games.    I used to be more of a fan of single player and cooperative gaming experiences, but when I was in high school I started playing Rocket League when it released. This game got me absolutely hooked and it is a game I still play to this day. I think the most rewarding part about these games is seeing the tangible progress you're making compared to other players. I feel like competitive games get a bad wrap because they tend to have more toxic communities than other genres, but for me nothing matches being able to easily measure my progress and compare it to other people. In addition to Rocket League I play a little bit of CS:GO but am not as competitive, and mostly just play with friends.     What kind of competitive games are you guys playing? Are there any you would recommend that maybe a lot of peopl
