Hi all,When setting up my meta for the first time, my friend sent a referral link to get $50 of Meta store credit. I clicked on the link and it straight away said it was invalid, we retried it again with the same error. Neither of us got credited for it and haven’t been able to find any info on it.any help is appreciated 🙂!  

My quest 2 is not turning kn properly. The loading screen that says "meta horizon os" with the logo above is showing but only part of the sound effect is playing. It keeps on repeating this and wont turn on properly. I have already tried holding down the power button for 30+ seconds and that has restarted it but hasn't made it any better.

Dear Meta Product and Environment Teams,As a long-time user who has used the platform since Quest 2, I want to report to you that I now use Quest 3S but I need you to bring back Desert Terrace because I like your new hardware. The environment served as essential shelter for numerous users because the "Help and Tips" tutorial backdoor provided access to it until the most recent time. The system still maintains operational capabilities which enable use of this environment but developers need to create a formal connection to the Scenery menu. I propose a straightforward "Heritage Edition" update which needs you to increase the resolution to 4K so that it matches Quest 3 lens clarity. It would also look much cleaner and sharper on the Quest 3S and the Quest 2. I noticed that the environment contains an Oculus logo on a door, which you could replace with the Meta Infinity logo. Hey everyone I'm in desperate need of some help here please. So bought the quest 3 for my daughter and for the last week she told me her right controller won't work. I've tried everything iv read online unpairing it and repairing but when I press the 2 buttons nothing happens...no light flash no vibration. On the app all I says its that the firmware is updating but I never get passed that screen. I think the only thing left for me to do would be to factory reset the whole device and see if that works but ready a previous post I found that never solved it. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated thanks 

I recently bought Meta Quest 3S for my autistic daughter, who has global delays in her development. The primary apps that I intend to use for her are - Music VR videos, Travel Apps and youtube videos and some skill development (like stacking things, solving simple puzzles etc).So far she won't come out of 'Ocean Rift' app .. she is just hooked to it. The challenge is that she can't, at least at this time, manage the controllers (owing to fine and gross motor issues). I have setup the Quest to cast to TV, but  I am still managing this for her.Also I tried Apps like National Geographic and feel apps like these she may never be able to use on her own.So given above backround, if I buy another Meta for myself, can we both be in the same App and watching be at the same point? So taking the Ocean Rift app, if she is in the 'Dolphin environment' .. I have the Horizon+ membership and the VR Table Tennis app was free. I installed it and played with it. Past month or more I didn't play it again (bought a VR TT paddle) .. I tried to play the game today and even though it was installed, it is no longer in my installed apps. Perhaps, I am not understanding how Horizon+ subscription works .. do the games disappear? or are they free only for a month or so? I had downloaded Angry Birds and it is still there.

Hello, I would like to request a refund for this game. Unfortunately, I experienced discomfort (VR sickness) and the game did not work as expected for me. I understand I may have exceeded the standard playtime, but I would really appreciate if you could make an exception. Thank you.  

For some crappy reason even though I have the newest ptc that released on feb 10 I still can’t turn on navigator in experimental. I do have developer on and have restarted my quest

After last Meta Horizon update, my headset lost tracking, my left and right joystick left tracking too and also headset is stuck on three dots loading. I spend TWO full F***** days and did literaly everything. Reinstal windows, do everything with USB ports, buy USB hub, instal reinstal repair Horizont link, do power managment in windows for everything... please dont give me another list what to do cuz I REALY DID EVERYTHING !!! Spend two days with GPT that give me nearly everything what to do, I lost my mind cuz what I find is totall discusting. Meta time to time wreck your old VR to push you buy new one ? Meta Quest 3 128Gb headset wasn't charging well, thought port might be at fault. Took to tech shop who returned it saying they couldn't fix it due to 'software issue'. Tried it at home and could see Meta logo, connected to charging cable and logo vanished. Now seems dead.

I dont know how this even happens but its one of the most confusing bugs ive ever seen. on my monitor everything is fine and i can see myself moving around and I can still do stuff, but on my headset I see a frozen image and if I press the oculus button it opens up standalone and it says im playing link (happens when you crash link) the frozen image bends when i move which i think is normal??? my friend also has this problem so its almost definitely a link issue.

My golf + started crashing today as well as my buddy who is in a different city, his started this a few days ago. Can make maybe one or three round and then kicks me back to home meta home and that's it. ? Game issue or developer ?

I’m on v 78.1027 and still don’t have the new, improved navigator. What is it with Quest updates? This is the only platform on earth where this kind of nonsense happens. Imagine you update your smartphone or computer and still have exactly the same features & functionality as the old build - doesn’t make sense. Either the feature is ready, thus should be available to all, or it’s in development so would only apply to those on test builds. What we have with Meta is a situation where different user accounts on the same device can have different U.I’s 🤦 I’m struggling for words honestly, I think I’ll settle on describing this situation as “despicable”.

After the latest update to v2.3, I get a whole array of problems such as a "shell error" window opening and wanting to close shell, then the whole operating system starts to lag a lot, screen tearing, controller issues, and having to keep my finger on the power button for an extended amount of time to try and force powering off.. I'm afraid at this point the quest is unusable.. Its only started since this last update.

I recently updated the Meta Horizons app on my phone and after opening the app I have been completely unable to find or use the Chats messages from my Quest on the app, Did the Chats functionality get removed entirely from the app?

i was playing gorilla tag and wanted to mod it, so i modded it but then i un modded it and re installed a bunch, and now the board says unable to authenticate and stuff. How do i fix this i wanna play the game that ive spent hundreds on 

I can’t connect to controller

HelloI have an Oculus Rift and I created an account long ago, where I purchased some games.Now I try to enter with the same email, and takes me to meta.com and my account with that same email doesn't exist.I would like to recover the games I purchased in the past. Thank you

I was trying to get on my Quest 2 tonight as I normally do, but it was in a passthrough mode and no menu would pop up other than the power menu to restart, shut off, and put the headset to sleep. I have tried restarting it a few times and powering it off for a few hours but nothing has worked yet, does anyone know how to fix this?

Since Sunday, March 23, my library fails to load on first boot. The app tiles are perpetually loading. The only way to load the library it is to open an app through the mobile app and then quit the app. I have factory reset my headset as a last resort and it did not fix the issue. I am still able to play games, but it is very inconvenient.I am on a meta quest 3 I have had for 1 year.

Hey everyone, I need some help with my Quest 3S.The screen is completely grey, and I can't see anything except for notifications and the volume bar. The lights on the headset and controllers hardly show; when they do, they just flash white and then stop.I have already tried:Hard bootingFactory resettingSideloading an update from the official websiteNone of these have fixed the issue. Is there any way to fix this, or is the hardware broken?
