anyone know what causes this....."meta quest….. graphqlerror: graphql operation responded with error 1675012: there was a problem with this request.  try again later.(operation: ocdeviceprofilesmanagersurfacequery)Device id must be specified explicitly"i can't add other accounts now other that the owner account and cannot switch on the app sharing button.  

When using my Quest 3, I use a Bobovr M3 headset with a battery. In the past the Bobovr battery would always drain first before the Quest started to drain but now when I use it I get a notice about "slow charging" and the battery can't keep up so the headset actually drains.Anyone have any idea what has changed? Not sure if it's a BoboVR issue or a Quest 3 issue!

Hi ich hoffe es kann mir hier wer helfen,ich habe eine refurbished meta quest 3 gekauft und jetzt stundenlang versucht sie mit der horizon app zu koppeln was nicht funktioniert. nach vielen recherchen hab ich nun herausgefunden das sie wohl noch mit dem konto entweder vom vorbesitzer oder vom mediamakrt refurbishes center verbunden ist. meta kann ich nicht kontaktieren da ich ja angeblich kein gerät besitze und wenn ich die seriennummer eingebe kommt das man dafür keine support anbietet... wie kann ich es trotzdem erreichen das die brille "koppelbar" wird? hat jemand eine idee?

Anyone else experience this? Factory reset doesn't fix, controller re-pair doesn't fix, holy water sprinkle...nada.Sounds like support has at least heard of it before, as they tell me a  software fix is just a couple days away. Of course, that was after they tried to sell me on their out of warranty program.Sorry Meta...you break, you buy.

My child has had his profile suspended saying they believe he is under 13 which he is as i set up child account for him as he is 10 and says i have to confirm his age but when i do it says its wrong so wondering if i inputted it incorrectly is there anyway of finding out or confirming age any other way before his account is deleted

REPRODUCIBLE BUG: I put on my Quest 3 and after it woke from sleep, before selecting my profile, I pressed the power button for about 5 seconds to bring up the Headset power menu. I wanted to Power Off my headset, but none of the settings are functional, and the menu is soft-locked if you are not logged in to your profile first. Clicking the menu options with the controller or hand tracking does not register the clicks, so the menu can't even be cancelled. I could still press-and-hold the power button for ~10s to force the headset to shut down. I've already reported this bug through the headset Quick Settings menu. I'm on Q3 v83.1034 (5156385.11560.520).

Hello everyone, my son was in my parental control, then he somehow deleted himself and now I can't add him, the problem is that I get an error something went wrong or the ward already has a guardian. I tried adding from two accounts, but it doesn't work, what should I do?

Been searching for a fix for days. I keep trying to install the setup, but I keep getting hit by the same "Can't connect, can't reach the Link server" nonsense. The only thing I've been told is that something called 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0' can't be found. I've been repairing .NET, installing necessary the dlls, checking registries nonstop, even turned off all of my computer's defenses, yet nothing works. Been trying to get back into PCVR, and this app is the ONLY thing holding me back. Please help, Im genuinely at my wit's end lol

Ever since March 17th when the company decided it wanted to rollout its “new” updated software it messed up bigly for a lot of I-Pad users. Since opening the meta app I have not been able to make free shirts because that feature was permanently removed after being told to wait “patiently” for an update after 5 months. Y’all LIED. Now I’m unable to access game play because the controllers to move the avatar around are no longer on the screen. What is going on with meta??? I’m ready to delete my account and app but I’m trying not to because I spent MONEY on it!!! Somebody make it make sense because it sure doesn’t.🤦🏽‍♀️

Why is my Quest 3 headset suddenly asking for my Birthday when it is already on my account??I only have 1 profile and I don't share my devices with anyone else.I'm way over 18, and my Birthday is already in the accounts center. i had the quest pro sitting  for a while went to use it and the headset is stuck on an old update version. and when i try to update it , it wont work. i tried meta's software update website but it doesn't work and i'm not sure if i can contact meta about it since it was a gift a while ago. please if anybody can help me i will be so grateful.

It keeps saying wait or close app I tried everything I deleted and downloaded back I powered off my headset.

Trying to fix the 0% update issue, and I’ve seen people mentioning doing a factory reset on the controllers, but can’t seem to find how to do that. thanks!

been waiting now for over 2 month now for a replacement controller that lasted 1 week from new , it’s really outrageous,  expected it to last longer , you get absolutely nowhere with customer service , they don’t care ,just seems take the money and run even the odd email every few day spewing the same rubbish no update , send me one from online store I don’t care .. I understand as well that they send out (when they send out) a refurb one . To be honest I expect a new one  Anyone else in the same boat and how many days/weeks/months have you all been waiting? rant over (for now) 

my password number is not working 

When I launch pcvr, i have 90 fps selected and it's 90 fps in the menu but as soon as i launch a game, it locks at 72 fps. I tested multiple versions of the game to make sure the mods wasn't the problem and it wasn't. Idk how to fix this, idk if my 144 hz monitor has anything to do with this, but for the game im doing, it's unplayable for me.

Every time I launch IB cricket I get a screen which says Under Maintenance. Try after X hours. Is IB cricket down?

I'm getting a storage error while downloading the Meta Horizon Link app and it's not downloading; I have approximately 1TB of free space.i reset my computer and tried it, I'm still getting the same error

I have been trying to use this piece of **bleep** meta quest 2 on my PC BUT I have to download an app that allows me to link it to my SteamVR. I have had issue after issue, not being sent to the correct login page for Facebook, having to clear cookies to get to the login. Installing a separate browser to try and login and the problem continues to keep me from playing my VR. I decided to go the route of using my meta account instead of a Facebook login, INCORRECT PASSWORD, I  reset my password and again Incorrect. This can't be right so I reset it once more and I am again greeted with WRONG EMAIL and/or PASSWORD!!! This is why the oculus sits in a bin uncharged for 364 days a year because its a big heaping pile of dung. 

I've been looking around and searching and i just do not understand why meta hasn't gone and made a dongle for pc vr users to have a lag free connection to their pc, because we all know how unreliable Wi-Fi is and how expensive it could be too, but not only that, they are just parts of the world that just don't have good Wi-Fi at all like Alaska for instance, i have many friends who still live in Alaska and the number one issue and thing they hate about the quest is the only option is Wi-Fi, which i honestly don't even think Alaska has got Wi-Fi 5 let alone wifi6. i feel making a dongle similar to how the cable of the index is, (have a usb 3.0 or usb-c to connect to the motherboard to send info back and fourth to the headset and pc then add a display port cable that will take the video out put straight to the headset), allowing no other things to effect playing. with Wi-Fi it can only be so good and when everyone come home from work and get on the internet you gaming isn't going to be

Was unlucky to update quest 2 to v79 (standard), it messed up usb connectivity on all my cables took me a while to read about update being at fault and not cables or usb-c port, thought beta might allready have a fix for it, activated beta updates via phone, updated to v79.130 something i believe and got stuck at boot menu or "usb update mod" no options work aside from "device info" and "power off", upon choosing any other option screen goes dark for a sec then meta logo without animation and im back to bootload menu (usb update mod)have a strong suspicion that update bricked it
