Hello everyone,Recently i get 2.1 updates but i am not able to see any major changes as people told in YouTube.everything looks similar as previous, only while switching off head set that time icon coming differently. I think many people try to give spoiler but get spoiled by themselves.I have also recently started my one of YouTube channel in India, to spread awareness amongst people regarding meta quest and its experiences. @Aloksquest you can search out by this name. If like please appreciate.Recently i also tried to contact to Asgard wrath games teams tried to contact via linkedin but no response get.hopefully Sanzaru game given my tag of top rated Fan.   thank you 

I had to create this account with a secondary email. My main account was hacked over a week ago. I got the email that my email had been changed but when I used the link it said no account existed with my email. I have tried everything and can't get my account recovered. My friends online said they see me online but it is not me. I have lost all access to me VR account.

After my headset installed the latest update it won't get past the Meta Horizons OS screen. The blue squiggly symbol spins, the start up sounds plays, then it just stays on this screen. When it's in this state my android app would recognize the headset as being connected. I tried sideloading the update, nothing. It won't even factory reset. My warranty has expired. What can I do?

I’m trying to buy some shiny rocks for my son to use in gorilla tag, but I can’t work out how to buy them from the Oculus app any more. The other day I found an option of how to buy them in the app and saw that 5,000 were £14.99, but now I can’t seem to find where I saw that or buy these things! Any advice?

First - impossible to get direct support this is my last effort. I had to create this new account with a different email just to be able to post this in hopes a human with empathy and understanding from meta can actually do something.  I've tried everything else for HOURS over DAYS.THE MAIN PROBLEM MetaStoreHelp​ Unable to access my meta account because its asking for 2FA as it says  "You've asked us to require a login code when anyone tries to access your Meta account with a password." I don't recall doing this, (I thought I created the account using the facebook login button a few years ago) either way there is no backup method, since even if I try to change my password, get the same Loop of needing a code. It wont allow me to reconnect with my verified email address that I have access to if its requiring a code from a 2FA because its saying that I asked to require a login code when anyone tries to access your Meta account with a password. As soon as I turn my quest 3 on, it’s spamming back and forth from loft to the passthrough. No matter what I do… and can only turn the headset off. 

I would like to suggest a collaboration between Meta and Marvel to develop a full Spider-Man VR game for the Meta Quest platform. Spider-Man is one of Marvel’s most iconic and globally recognized characters, with a massive fan base of all ages. A high-quality VR experience that allows players to swing through the city, engage in combat, and truly feel like Spider-Man would be incredibly exciting and immersive. Such a title could significantly increase interest in the Meta Quest headset, as many fans would be motivated to purchase the device specifically to experience being Spider-Man in virtual reality. I believe this collaboration would be highly successful and beneficial for both companies. 

I have set up my Quest 1 with a Meta account. The Quest's UI only shows a Profile name (@…), no other account information. I can access my purchased games there, too.On https://secure.oculus.com/my/quest/  I can see those same games for the Quest. So, the account I use there knows about my original Quest account and the installed games.However, when I click the "Devices" link on that page, it opens https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/ but that page shows NO devices ("A Meta Quest device isn't registered to your account right now. Set up a headset to get started.").Is that expected behavior?Or what might be wrong that prevents my Quest 1 to appear in the meta account?The link "personal details" (going to https://accountscenter.meta.com/?returnURL=profile ) also clearly knows about my @… Profile, so that connection is set up.I just wonder if something is missing.

Hi anyone else been waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a replacement controller been waiting now over 2 months , customer service aren’t helpful at all  just keep getting robbed off with different excuses  

Would you guys please just bring back the option to disable tap pass-through?I simrace with a wheel that puts out decent force feedback. On a number of occasions now I have been in game and particularly major vibrations have activated pass through while the game is running and ruining my race. I cannot fathom why you thought it was a good idea to remove such a minor configuration option.

I purchased a £45 gift card  for my sons birthday from Meta store. They emailed me the gift card and when I went to redeem it it says already redeemed. After many live chats they don’t do anything they just say it’s been investigated and they don’t know how long it will take surly this shouldn’t be happening they should just replace the card 

I just spent $300 on a new quest 3, and I can't even use it because the app is garbage. I might as well just return it at this point, I have spent the past 2 hours researching ways to get the app to run just long enough for me to set up my quest and after uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone tens of times nothing has changed. Why would you even require a mobile app???? That's the dumbest idea I've ever heard, why can't I just set it up through the computer??? I don't use apple, I have an Android phone, it's fully up to date with plenty of storage so there's nothing wrong on my end, it's the app.

Gorilla Tag please do not have the headset on default to hear other people voices this is so dangerous. It took me a long time to figure out how to mute other people’s voices. My son is 7 yrs old and he should not be exposed to this. This need to be a choice that parents should make. 

so there was new update on quest 2 and now when i try to connect to my pc it says charging cabel detected when i am using the cable i been using for so long. its good cable. good connection and everything. i dont this there is fix but can somone send support to meta horizon link. i need to fix this, please try to help and tell me if its happening to you guys tho

I just bought a meta quest one and I cannot pair the vr to my meta horizon app smh🤦

Since Christmas I have been trying to set up an account for a 10 year old I have tried through the family centre on the app and also via a Web browser all I keep getting is something whent wrong try again later when it attempts to verify me via my bank card what can I do to rectify this problem?

So my grandsons Quest 3S just totally stopped charging.  No green light nothing.  Cannot turn on headset even while plugged up.   I tried different cords, different outlets and made sure no prongs were broke. . any help would be appreciated!

Is there a viewer that fully supports viewing tiled gigapixel photospheres (output from Pano2VR), with the ability to zoom in and out while displaying the high resolution of the original image?  These photospheres look superb on a computer, and can be zoomed into while retaining detail.Equirectangular images capable of being opened in the goggles must be so small that much of the resolution is lost.So I figured I could view them at full gigapixel resolution using a browser.  I was wrong. The image quality is no better than a much smaller image. Plus, you can't use the controller to zoom in. The Wolvic browser is even less compatible. I'm hoping that better resolution and full control might be available in an app that runs in the goggles but uses the GPU of a tethered Windows PC, like is possible with Google Earth VR and Microsoft Flight Simulator. Does one exist?

Just a little rant, nothing big:- I registered for WM forums, and haven't yet gotten authorized.. it's been a week now. I have a few suggestions for WM3 that I believe would make this program a definite "must-have" in heavy industry use.. even more than it is now- UE 4.8.. From the rumors / vibes I am getting, this beta release of UE will include a ton of tools for populating large worlds- Why is WM trying to use 80 GIGABYTES of RAM/VRAM? And why does it take my entire weekend to generate 3 maps (its in my list of improvements.. I attempted to generate 3 landscapes in 1 build process)- I really need to figure out this outdoor lighting stuff. Although, with just the default directional light / sunlight settings and no textures, its like being on the moon if it had an atmosphere, which is pretty cool in its own right.- Why are most of the cool tools I want using a SAAS model. I personally hate that model scheme. I'd rather pay for it up front (Coherent UI, Adobe Creative Crap.. err.. Cre

Hi,I recently had to re-pair my Quest 3 to the Meta Horizon Link PC app.  I paired the link via wifi/airlink with no issues (confirmation code sent and confirmed on PC app).  However, when launching the link, the headset displays a message stating that "Your device setup is still in progress.  Please take off  your headset and continue with setup on the Meta Horizon Link app on your computer." On the PC app, it's stuck on a page displaying the text "Choose how to connect. - Over USB.... - Over Wi-fi...."  with no other buttons except for a "Learn More" link that takes me to the Meta website.  I cannot navigate to any other pages, and the back button (<-) in the top left corner is grayed out and unclickable.I've also connected to the app via USB and I am still seeing the "Your device setup is still in progress" message on my headset and the "Choose how to connect" page on the PC app.   Any thoughts on how to get out of this loop?  Tha

My Quest pro has just had an update and now I'm getting a strange wobbling effect when moving my head when using PCVR via the link cable and Meta Link. This doesn't occur with virtual desktop and wasn't happening before the quest headset updated

I'm trying to contact support to fix my pairing code not working since I factory reseted my Quest 2 by accident. I go through the support page selecting the right type of issue im having then the website tells me that I do not have a device associated with my account even though I should do since there is a Quest 2 paired on my account on the Meta Horizon app on my phone.

Hello all,I am attempting to find out if the 4 post fix numbers after the version number determine which features you receive on your headset. The post fix numbers I am speaking of are, for example: v85.xxxx or v2.1.xxxxI currently have 1034 as my post fix numbers and it seems that none of the PTC features mentioned are included in my builds. I never paid attention to these 4 numbers in the past, but did use to get all the features mentioned when new PTC versions were dropped.I had the new Navigator when it first arrived, but it has since been dropped for the older version of the bottom menu bar. Please chime in and let me know if you have the same post fix numbers and different PTC features or the same. If you have different post fix numbers, let me know if you have the missing features like surface keyboard, new Navigator and what ever other enhancements are listed.Thanks.
