I've been waiting for weeks, messaging Meta Support on WhatsApp. And still, no navigator. Someone help. I'm on the PTC and v78.1028 and still don't have this.

In the last week all the Quest I do don't get rewarded with points, I'm glad to see it's a issue that a bunch of us are experiencing. Hope they fix it soon because updating the app, login off than logging in, forcing the app to stop etc, DID NOTHING. Mean while we are doing TASKS that benefit them FINANCIALLY like sharing, joining worlds and having to spend time there. We need this FIXED ASAP! The rewards have a limited time to redeem, it's just unfair and false advertising.

Hi everyone, need some help with a stuck setup.I'm trying to pair my new Quest 3 to my iPhone to finish the setup (and claim a referral), but I'm hitting a wall.The Specific Issue: The app detects the headset via Bluetooth, and I am able to enter the 5-digit pairing code shown in the lenses. However, immediately after entering the code, the app attempts to pair/connect but then fails with an error (screenshot attached).My Theory: I suspect this is a network permission bug. The Meta Horizon app needs "Local Network" access to finish the handshake, but the iOS system popup asking for this permission never appears. When I check iPhone Settings -> Meta Horizon, the "Local Network" toggle is completely missing. Only Location, Bluetooth, and Notifications are listed.What I have already tried:Reinstalled the app multiple times.Reset Network Settings on my iPhone (to force permission prompts).Factory Reset the Quest 3 multiple times.Tried connecting via Personal Hotspot (cellular data) to b

HiI have tried everything sideload update 3 times factory reset 3 times etc etc Meta Quest 3 is stuck on the startup logo no sound no white lights have also tried forced boot several times is stuck on the startup logo sometimes the logo disappears and there is only a grey light in the lenses The quest has also disconnected from the app it won't pair againis there any way to fix this

It’s keeps saying my device was disabled because it was reported as lost or stolen but I bought it off Amazon and I tried factory resetting already can sombody help?

Currently I have the Meta Quest 2, my main use for the headset is to use with racing sim iRacing.My thoughts on upgrading is to opt for the Quest 3 not the 3s, the 3s seems to be close in spec to the Quest 2 with the exception of the processor speed which I don't think I would benefit from using it iRacing. Has anyone in similar situation done a upgrade and went to the 3s over the 3 ? let me know if my thinking makes sense.Thanks  

i am trying to do the meta horizon 1 month trial and it doesnt work for some reason it says this "Error while adding a payment method. Please check your credit card info." I have no problem with my card it works on everything else but not this subscription trial.is there a way to fix this somehow?

when making a boundary that you should stay in, you should be able to change the height of it so it is not in the way of your face and you know where certain furniture is depending on the height and not being a wall so it is easier to not hit stuff

I'm locked out of my main Meta Quest account because I've lost access to both the email and phone number used for two-factor authentication (2FA). I can still get into the linked Facebook account, but I can't change the email on my Meta Horizons account or log in because of the 2FA. I do not have the log in codes either. How can I fix this?

Hey guys,so i recently got a Meta Quest 3 for VR Gaming (MSFS2024) and i read quite a lot on how to properly set everything up to have a great experience.So eventuelly i decided to install Virtual desktop on the headset and the Streamer app on my PC.Furthermore, i bought a separate router (TP-Link Archer AXE75 AXE5400 Tri-Band Gigabit Wi-Fi 6E Router) and configured it as an access point. So the main router is in the living room, then an ethernet cable is going directly into my office, then i have the TP-Link router as access point (WAN is internet IN and LAN1 is out to PC) and then another ethernet cable to my PC). The access point sits on top of my PC case, so just 1m away from where i am sitting.I have the options of having 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz Wifi networks, but i only enabled 2.4 and 6GHz.Now i come to the issue:The problem i have is that if i power my headset on, it doesn't connect to the 6GHz Wifi since it states 'unable to connect'. Hi there. My sons oculus quest 3 wont charge or turn on. We have tried holding down the power & volume buttons as suggested but nothing. There isn't any lights indicated when charger is plugged in & have tried several different chargers.Please help. 

A couple of days ago after my headset updated, I no longer had the option to invite friends to calls, nor can I join calls or even see when my friends are online. When I go on to ‘People’ the option to invite/chat isn’t there and instead it takes me to the Shop! I tried asking a friend using the app chat on my iOS to send me an invite, which they did but when I clicked on it and tried to launch on to the VR, nothing came through on the headset to allow me to do it. Any ideas would be very much welcomed, thanks

My Quest account was disabled today and I cannot find any way of contacting anyone to get an explanation of why or to appeal this baseless decision. I've been searching for a way to contact Meta regarding this, but when I log in it only tells me that my account was disabled and there is no way for me to appeal this. It literally will not go anywhere but the "your account was disabled" screen.Can a real person please contact me regarding this issue? I will be happy to provide the actual email address used for the disabled account at that point.I really do not want to have to go through the court system just to get a resolution. 

Hi,  turned on my headset this morning after not using it for a few days, and found the main set up( like after a factory reset). Followed the prompts until the 5 digit code came up, tried paring it with the app but keep getting message saying cannot pair. ive done a manual factory reset. And same procedure. Didn’t help. I’ve updated the app. Also the quest 2 updates after the factory reset. both connected to same networkdeleted  the app and reinstalled. when I try to create a ticket using serial number, it says device not supported. Logging into my account online shows no device connected to my account.however in app I can still see my device and serial number. At the moment I am unable you get past the paring screen. any help is greatly appreciated Regards Kris    

Ich habe meine Telefonnummer nicht mehr und kann mich deshalb bei meinem Meta Account nicht mehr anmelden, habe im support schon versucht das Problem zu lösen, aber meine Seriennummer der quest 3 funktioniert nicht. Es wird gesagt diese quest ist nicht support fähig brache Hilfe um die 2FA zu entfernen oder meine neue Nummer zu hinterlegen.

Hey Guys,For some reason my meta quest is stuck in a boot loop and tried everything even factory resetting and trying to side load update but nothing works. I’ve also contacted Meta and they said I could buy a new one, but I don’t want to waste another $100 for another headset so what should I do?

I see other people able to invite people over but I’m not able to invite anybody over to mine because the area is grayed out. I followed all the videos and everything and I just cannot get mine un greyed to invite people over to

iPhone Meta app shows old headset after factory reset and I cannot re-pair it. I am stuck in a pairing loop and need help. I factory reset my Oculus or Meta Quest headset. On the Meta website and on PC, my account correctly shows no devices. However, in the Meta Quest iPhone app, my old headset still appears and cannot be removed. Because of this, the iPhone app believes the headset already exists and will not allow pairing. I cannot remove the device, and I cannot re-pair the freshly factory-reset headset, leaving the headset unusable. I have factory reset the headset multiple times, removed the device from the Meta website, deleted and reinstalled the Meta Quest app on my iPhone, restarted the iPhone, and logged out and back into my Meta account. After reinstalling, the ghost headset still shows up only in the iPhone app even though it does not exist on my account online. This appears to be an iOS app cache or sync issue where the app is holding onto a device that no longer exists in

Where can I buy second hand quest 3 controller? Or i can get a replacement for free? Sorry this is for my son don't know anything about this...

My Roblox keeps crashing every 5-15 minutes even though I have good internet and a meta quest 3 and I know it’s capable because I used to play Roblox Vr on my meta quest 2 before I got my quest 3. If anyone knows what’s wrong please help because I love playing Roblox Vr and just messing around with people.

My headset randomly stopped working one day and I've tried everything to get it to work. I've reinstalled the software, I've updated my graphics drivers, I've plugged it into different ports, and still nothing. I tried asking for help on the support page but for some reason, my serial number for my product isn't recognized. Can someone help me please?

For some reason, my Meta Quest 2 has decided to not connect to my home WiFi network completely today. It was working just fine yesterday, as I was on in the evening. But now, even though it shows the WiFi network, the strength on it is excellent, it's working on all my other devices and the three computers within my household, it just gives me the "Failed to connect to WiFi" on my Quest 2 every single time.  I've tried all the "general solutions" that have been suggested... restart your headset, update your Oculus app, update your headset, reset your router, forget the network and reconnect, etc, etc... Everything short of a factory reset, which I'm trying to AVOID, as it's now a MESS to even set up an account anymore. I don't want to have to go thru all this if I don't have to.  To say this is frustrating me is an understatement. I've not experienced issues like this over the years I've owned my headset, and now, I can't do anything but use it as a paperweight at the mo

I can’t seem to add no one as testers or editors in my unpublished worlds .i added some friends and it worked fine , couple days later I Cant add no one, I can’t even get into manage people tab because as soon as I click it , the menu crashes and and comes up with a error .I also tried cloning the world and even in that new cloned world it’s the same thing . other worlds I’ve built seem to work fine 

I was trying to play on my quest 2 today, but when I got on there was only a grey screen. I have tried the normal reset. I have tried opening the Boot menu but it still didn't work. It was working fine yesterday, it isn't a tracking issue. I will Not Factory reset my headset. PLEASE help me,any info on how to solve this issue will be useful.
