Meta quest made me update my birthday, my phone glitched added the wrong birthday and now it’s a child account. When I try to change my date of birth to the correct one it says to contact customer support, when I do so they say they cannot do anything for me. So hundreds of dollars of games gone because they can’t do anything for me. This is suppose to be a top tier tech company and they can’t do anything. Even when I ask to speak to a supervisor they say they can’t do that. Are you serious? Has anyone had any luck recently?

My exclusive rewards tab that give in game items, avatars and credits for horizon plus has been missing for months ever since I started my free subscription so, if I do keep it, I will be paying for features i don’t even have access to.

Hi so if anyone can help me here that would be amazing so I'm getting the meta quest 3 for Christmas in a few days but the app on my phone is starting to annoy me so first time making the account all went fine setting it up but 5 minutes later at completing setup I get an email saying that my account has been suspended and I'm like how I've not used it yet at all and all I've done it just sigh up so I go through the whole faze of of appealing for my account to be unsuspended and all the face camera things it asked you to do and so I got my account but the same thing has happened today and Im not being funny I have games that I want to buy for this headset but I won't if unused account keeps getting suspended is just ridiculous and it's not like I can just call or email Meta as non of there systems have a customer service phone line for the UK. If anyone can get back to me about this issue that keeps recurring I will be most grateful. 

Trackers disconnecting when leave cameras area. No more tracking by gyro, can't get gun from chest in Contractors, can't make t-pose calibration in VRChat at all, gaming and normal use is not possible now. They disconnect not like stuck in place as usually, they literally greyed out in interface, not visible in UI and Quest send notification about tracker disconnection.Meta white line panel didn't hide in PCVR when used Meta button once.Battery can't charge when i'm just sitting in Navigator (33w power charge which works perfectly last year). Battery still drain like 1 percent in 5-10 mins.Charging in sleep mode leads to reboot, loud fan work with black screen and reboot to system without charging.Tried to disable hand tracking for tracker fix, reconnect trackers through app and UI, hard reset 4 times (and after reset i can use old Navigator with app lines and battery in bottom panel, after restart Navigator change to new with chess app positions and more minimalistic bottom panel). Hi- I have been unable to buy games for my meta quest 3 in months and months and months. I have sent numerous emails to meta support. Over 11. I get a response that it is being worked on but this has gone on for half a year. Never gets fixed. It is said to have bought the quest and now we are unable to buy games for it and there is no support from meta on this. 

I am locked out of my Meta account due to lost two-factor authentication.I still have my email and password, but there is no self-service recovery option anywhere.I factory reset my Meta Quest 2, which made the account lock permanent and the headset unusable.Web support, device support, and serial number verification all block me because this is an account-level issue.I'd like some help on this thank you!

My child's account as been disabled so can't get on his games or the money on the account we have spent money kn the games and they are all lost how is this right

So I have a meta quest account on my headset but my phone wants me to make a new account and I feel like if I pair it it will delete my account 

Hi guys, I bought my first Quest 3 recently.When I turned it on, it started a software update but it gets stuck there — the device keeps turning on and off without completing the update, and I can’t get past that screen.I tried doing the sideload update (the only fix I found on the internet) by holding the volume down and power buttons on the Quest 3. But when I select my device in the browser, I get a message saying: “your device is not supported, please try reconnecting your devices.” Weird cause both my PC and Chrome are detecting it as Quest 3. Also tried this on 2 different browsers, same result.There’s nothing else I can do, literally — I’ve already tried factory reset several times as well. Do I need to return my device?I'm submitting this post so support can help me.

I just got the latest pro laptopDell Pro Max 14”CPU: intel core i7 RAM: 64GbGPU: RTX Pro 2000 (Blackwell)and getting incompatible notifications in the Oculus/Meta Quest Link ApplicationI’ve updated to the latest GPU drivers, and wondering is this a setting issue? or is it truly incompatible and need to pray and hope meta and Nvidia fixed it? 

I recently upgraded from the Quest 2 to the Quest 3 and i've been noticing that my gameplay was very choppy, but i thought none of it. Until i played Eleven Table Tennis, where the choppiness was very apparent, even so the game was saying that i was on 90HZ.I tried a varity of things, changing resolutions, reinstalling meta link software, messing around with the Oculus Debug Menu app, but nothing worked.The only workaround i found was going back to using 80HZ where gameplay clearly gets more fluid as it should be. And if i go back to 90HZ, it gets all choppy again.Anyone got this problem too?P.S. (I don't remember if my gameplay was choppy on the Quest 2 since was i've not been playing  VR for some weeks)

Had stick drift. Replaced the stick but its now not reading the lower right half of its movement.Video would show more clearly. Attached photo of max bottom right movement.Have refitted the original as well as the left stick which was also replaced as the 'repair' kit came with 2 sticks. Exact same issue. Re-paired as well. Swopped sticks directly with left controller stick and works there. 

Previously, logging into Disney+ from the Quest browser was hassle-free.As of Monday, it's now not working, in that Disney+ is directing you to download an App, but when you follow the direction, the page can not be found.Checking to see which platforms are supported the Quest, or Quest Browser, is not on the list.Any suggestions as to where to go next? 

I cannot make a boundary, all buttons related to making a boundary are unresponsive, even with the new navigator off. I've restarted my headset a few times and even factory reset it to try and fix it, no luck. This only started after I installed the new system update.

Hi, is there any way to hide the "leave seat" button during concerts in "Horizon Worlds"? It's so annoying and ruins the immersive experience.

My eyes cannot tolerate contacts for long sessions. So I’m considering purchasing prescription lenses, but they’re not cheap. For my eyes, it can be more than $100, and it is the extra cost since I already have glasses and contacts.I am concerned because they are customized, and I cannot return if it didn't work well.Any one tried them before, how is it and any recommendations?

I am unable  to access the variables tab in the scripts menu  this  is very frustrating as I cannot finish the map I was making I've already made 102 in total now I feel as though they are forcing me not to continue the map  I'm pleased with the work I have done on my map I hope they can fix this soon PS I will probably require a new VR device in the future so was wondering what my options would be.

so basically before ive updated my headset it was running fine charging to 100 with no issues and giving me hours of play time. but after i updated it it just drops super fast while charging ive factory reset it ive got the new updates and everything and it still does it. I tried to contact support and they cant and or wont do anything to help fix and or replace it. Im just kinda upset that my headset is busted after there updates does anyone know of a fix or have recommendations. 

Hi! I have had my Quest 2 sitting in its box for a few years, recently tried using it for the holidays and when i plugged it in to charge, I didn't see any LED light on the device indicating it was getting any charge. I let it charge overnight and still didn't see any improvement. While plugged in, if i put it on, the headset has an all black screen then flashes the oculus logo over and over again. I've tried holding the power button, holding the power button and volume down to try and reset and nothing is working. Is there anything I can do to fix and use this hardware ever again?

I cant buy a game with an unusual activity can u help me remove it anyone

 I've had a quest 3 since release and used to love it, but over time its gotten worse and outrigh hostile to the user. Self-installing and corporate pushed apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp are useless and take up space. There are also games and "experiences" that I have no desire to ever loom at that are force installed. Theater Elsewhere, Bobber Bay Fishing, Super Rumble, the Office World, Kaiju City Showdown, Mega Tasty BBQ, and many, many more are forced to be on my device and eat a lot of storage space.  I'm considering selling or trashing the device and deleting my Meta accounts. It just gets worse as time goes on and their AI slop machine public relations bot doesn't do anything to help or address concerns. The soulless husks that wirk at Meta do not care about making a good or even functional device. It is beyond ridiculous to betry your usebase like this. 

I connect my link cable to pc starts connecting and just stuck in loading, i tried restarting everything, reinstaling programs did a factory reset, still doesint load, how can i fix that
