My Meta Quest 2 turns on normally, shows the Meta logo, and I can hear the system/menu sounds, but after a few seconds the display goes completely black.Important: the headset does NOT power off — it stays on, only the screen goes black.The controllers work fine (I can hear UI sounds when pressing buttons), but the headset itself has no motion tracking. Moving the headset does nothing. Hi Community Team,​I am hoping a Community Manager can help look into a moderation issue with my account that Support was unable to resolve.​The Issue:-My review for an app (SpatialVPN) is currently "ghosted." I can see the review as "Submitted" on my end (in the mobile app), but it remains invisible to the public on the store page. This has been the case for weeks.​Timeline of EventsOriginal Removal: My original review was removed for a policy violation (likely due to specific phrasing I used regarding the app's monetization).Appeal Issue: I received an email stating I could appeal, but the link provided in the official email was non-functional/broken.Support Confusion: I contacted Meta Store Support (Ticket #08746246). The agent incorrectly informed me that the developer had removed my review and that I had to contact the developer to resolve it. Hi, i have seen videos of people using the new immersive home and using an instagram app that is stuck in the wall, it should appear alongside the mirror in the "objects" section if i'm not mistaken, i have updated to v81 in my meta quest 3, however i only see the mirror in the objects section, why can't i see the instagram window? is this happening to anyone else?

This was bought for me for Christmas since I'm really into creating . Worked great.. 2 months out of waranty..it died.  Literally... I was in a game playing.. it went black, didn't shut down, cause I didn't here the jingle.  Battery was over half full. Now .. wont turn on... doesn't charge.. doesn't make a sound...doesn't light up anywhere.. its just expensive plastic.. I've done all troubleshooting.. tried reset.. It won't do most of troubleshooting since it won't do anything..Im out alot of money..I am a creator, and can't get anything done.now it's discontinued  shortly after it was created.  I dont find this right.. I've told them it was a software update I believe  since it had just did one.. At first thought no matter if it has warranty or not they should fix cause there software did it.. but now I want it fixed even if I have to pay. every time i tried to play my quest 3 make a double screen and its imposible to play i already check the openxr runtime and every thing its ok i dont  knoe what to do 

whenever I try to connect headset through quest link and launch it: always ends in an"Critical ErrorSorry, we couldn't update Meta Quest Link. Restart yourcomputer to try again later, or visit Meta Support to get help. "

For some reason when I go to try and cast my Meta Quest 3 headset to my tv, it only picks up 2 other TV's and a computer.  There is no "look for other devices" button so it just won't let me connect to my tv and continues to only give me the other tv and computer casting options. Please tell me there is a way to cast to my Roku TV that I'm not seeing.

loving bobber bay, but i can't buy things from the store. the items are on the screen in the bait shop. i can click on them with the trigger and they will make a noise and highlight yellow, but the info and prices don't pop up. i can pull the trigger on the blank price box and it makes a casting noise and will fill up... but nothing happens. i have 12k coins from selling fish now.i saw a post somewhere about switching sessions if you were seeing a lot of bugs, so i tried that. i swapped to other sessions, i tried a session by myself. nothing. went back to a regular one. there was another person buying so i watched the screen and prices showed up for them. so i could click and see prices then and it had my 12k coins up top... but it still would not let me buy anything. tried looking all over the menus and game info inside the game. i would have thought there would be a place to send in a ticket or something, but i didn't see anything. 

So I use a Meta Quest 3 with an external battery, and it is constantly dying extremely fast. Like from today, when I just got on when it was on 35% until it went to 15% then shut off dead. 

When I first heard I thought it was cool that I can share my games and apps with my family but it doesn’t wanna work they way I expected it to. I was really hoping it will be like apple family where you can share from multiple devices but instead you can only have one device, why can’t we share apps and games from multiple devices that would be such an amazing feature to have on all the meta quests can we please add this feature in the future.

Hi! I start playing with the horizon worlds when I was traveling to the US. Now I get back to my country and I found that it does not support the horizon worlds. So is there a way that allow me to access horizon worlds even if I am in a Unsupported country/region? 

Or wil it be banning ONLY on Facebook ?

Just thought I'd start a thread where we can all share what we've all been watching.I'm just finishing the fifth and final series of The Gentle Touch starring the lovely Jill Gascoigne as DI Maggie Forbes. It's a programme from the 80s and is excellent.Next up for me is the second series of Monkey, known as Monkey Magic in the States I think. If you haven't seen it then you HAVE to check it out. It's a Japanese programme from the 80s that tells the legend of Monkey, Piggsy, Sandy and Tripitaka who travel through Asia to pick up the Buddhist Sacred Scrolls. Some may be familiar of the legend from the video game Enslaved: Odyssey Of The West.I love rewatching stuff from the 70s and 80s regularly, they don't make telly like that any more which is a real shame. All we seem to see these days is mostly reality TV bollocks with the odd gem hidden here and there. :(So what are you guys and girls watching?

I just bought a new Quest 3s 256GB today at Best Buy and while setting it up it ask me if I wanted to download The Walking Dead: Saints & SinnersI thought it was to come with Batman: Arkham ShadowI doubled checked to be sure it was the 256 GB and not the 128 GB???? 

Hello,Last year my son got a quest 3s for Christmas and it has been his prized possession ever since. He is always so careful with is so I was shocked when he came to me upset the the headstrap had broken. When I looked it's the plastic bar or pin that the strap loops onto on the face mask. Is this something that is fixable or can a replacement be purchased somewhere? He is absolutely hearbroken because he seems to think it's not fixable and he won't be able to play it anymore. Can someone please point me in the right direction? This mom is desperately trying to calm this boy 🤦‍♀️Thank you all so much

So basically, my controllers aren’t able to select games or anything it is a problem because I factory reset and when I try to play games through the app I have to make a room scale due to me factory resetting it and I can’t because the controllers can’t select anything and I can’t do anything about it but get feedback back for it

I factory reseted my headset and I turned it on and did part 1 of the set up screen and now I cant get past part 2 what do I do please help me 

so, i turned on meta ai in tips app and when in the tutorial i say anything it just doesnt do anything, it only responds to what can you do or just says "im not sure, go to oculus support", but after the tutorial, it doesnt work fully. just nothing.vpn doesnt help too, but i rlly want meta ai, so any tips?

I bought Meta Quest 3s and it asked me to do a mandatory update but it says there is no internet due to internet restrictions in Turkmenistan. I don't know  to do. 

I've downloaded OculusSetup.exe on my Windows PC to use Oculus Link with my Oculus Quest 1 but can't even install Oculus Setup. It says "Can't reach Link Server". What do I do please? 

Just yesterday, my Meta Quest Link app stopped working.Takes forever to try and see if it works, offers the repair button, and it doesn't work at all.I have tried repairing with the setup.exe file, which doesn't work, and manually deleting all files and reinstalling doesn't work either. Using the uninstall feature doesn't work, and I have tried all the methods I could find online, but none work. Restarting doesn't work either. tried the QWAVE trick and doesn't work and anything you can find on youtube or forums. Drivers everything.And it's not a minimum requirement thing my PC is beefy.I'm out of solutions, and I am not tech savvy enough to figure one out.The one thing I have noticed while trying to troubleshoot is that the OVRServer_x64.exe process seems to be turning on and off constantly it never stays for longer than 4 seconds on the task manager so, that is my guess as to what the problem could be?I tried opening the app on my laptop and it works just fine and that process does st
