Why is there no supervisors. Meta cash says you can request and share money. I purchase some money to send to my niece. Well jokes on you because you can’t do it that way and when I tried to get it corrected they told me I couldn’t and that I was waisting her time. Then she proceeded to end the chat. I’ll never purchase anything from meta ever again. 

I tried a VR experience the other day where I was guided through a pyramid, went to different rooms/spaces and absolutely loved it! I could even pick up fruits!I bought a VR set ~10years ago and the experience was meh- my older siblings bought games where the only vr part of it was a floating TV screen and kinda boring.I wanna try one where I can have a similar experince/games(?)

Rebooted, turned it on and off, plug, unplug, plug,, reboot to get through that took at least 30 minutes. Then in DCS it was giving all kinds of issues... FPS went bad.. disconnects... Hourglass all night.. was working really good.. and what really sucks I bet not one part of the update was for my Oculus Rift S. it just punished me. Just not happy at all. Leave it alone! Don't make it worse!

so i got into the ptc (yay) and i updated my headset and it wont give me the new navigator.

so its stuck in buissnes mode , i did the factory reset and the https://www.meta.com/es-es/help/quest/software_update/?view=update  (software update) , still only buissnes mode , do i create a buissnes account ? can i play anyway?

I have a Quest 3 (about 8 weeks old). When I am using Horizon Worlds and try to enter any portal to a live event, instead of teleporting me to the event, the Quest Universal UI appears, showing a window for the Meta Store, specifically showing a page to install Horizon Worlds. But the strangest thing is that this is not the official Horizon Worlds store page - the official page has over 15,000 user ratings (with an average rating of 3.5), but the page that appears only has 16 ratings (with an average rating of 2.3)! Also strange is that it has a "download" button, while on the official store page it has a "start" button (because, of course, Worlds is already installed on my Quest 3 as part of the Universal UI and it cannot be uninstalled or re-installed). Anytime I try to start a call it says error joining call, I am on the newest update and I have already factory reset my vr. Also when my friends are in a call it doesn’t show them in the call.

I recently just got a vr and I’ve been trying to play Vrchat but everytime I load in and try to join a world it tells me my connection to vr chat has timed out and that I need to verify my connection. I’ve tried restarting my router and logging out and back into vr chat. I’m not sure what the problem could be but I really need help.

Hi I’m trying to cast my Meta Quest 3 to a TV without using an internet connection. I have a local Wi-Fi network (router only, no internet), and both the Quest 3 and the TV with Chromecast are connected to the same network. Is there a way to cast the headset screen to the TV in this setup without needing internet access? I want to share the gameplay on the TV while offline. Any advice or workaround would be really helpful. Thanks!

Hello, I have a Meta Quest 3 Driver currently Meta Link version currentlyWindows 10 updates up to date (both computers) All drivers etc.I have the problem that Meta Link keeps closing and crashing on its own. I tried connecting it via USB 3.0 and USB 3.2 to two different computers, and on both computers I have the problem that the link simply breaks without warning. I also ordered a second cable from a different brand, but it behaves exactly the same way.

Wish I knew about this before I bought it. I searched for common issues but didn't find anything so thought all was well. I've had mine for about 3 weeks, play 2-3 times per week for about an hour at a time. Bought new.I deleted all of the boundary settings, set a new boundary (which got the headset tracking working again) but now the controllers track VERY poorly. My on-screen hands keep 'sticking' and I have to move them wildly around to unstick them, or they just float off as though they can't be seen. Everything was fine before today.Have removed the faceplate and reattached, cleaned all sensors and cameras, new batteries for the controller. No change.What is going on?

Hi! I haven’t used my oculus in a while and brought it to college to use and I tried to log in but the whole mobile app was different and now I don’t have any of my past purchases. And I don’t want to spend money on games I have already bought! I know my old username and password but it’s not letting me put that in anywhere is there anyway to get my games back?

Hey all! I’ve noticed recently that my Quest 2 will not keep the roomscale boundary active when I connect to my PC. I have already cleared the boundary history/cache with no luck. It lets me set up a new boundary in the quest, but when I activate link it’s In stationary mode again. When I move outside of it, the “would you like to switch to roomscale?” dialogue box no longer exists and I just get a “would you like to move here” box which just moves my stationary boundary. Hopefully this is just a bug and they didn’t actually remove this feature of seamlessly switching between roomscale/stationary! 

Hi! To start with all of this worked totally fine yesterday evening—no settings have been changed. So this is happening suddenly!I set up my quest 2 to my PC as per usual through link (with a cord directly to the PC) and went to talk to my partner on discord as we usually do when playing together and I couldn’t hear him nor was it picking up my audio. Inputs and outputs are as they should be both on windows and on discord. Tried restarting and resetting everything, made sure everything was up to date, made sure I wasn’t somehow muted on the quest itself, but nothing fixed it.I went on VRchat through PC and people on there could hear me fine so it seems to be a quest-discord specific problem. From time to time I could get it to work for a second but then the quest would make a beep sound and all audio would cut off for discord.Any advice would be amazing because this is one of the main activities I do with my long distance partner :( being able to talk to him through discord while using

Hello, I am stuck at the hippopotamus, were I have to sooth it with the harp.Playing the harp has just no effect, do i have to do sth special except playing the harp?  I changed positions and the way I played the harp but nothing happened.The hippopotamus just doesnt react. After updating the Quest 3S to V78 1057840091500610, the images in the helmet are disappearing. The helmet does not respond to the joysticks and is not oriented in space. When you turn on the helmet, the image disappears and the screen turns black. How can I fix the helmet?

I am trying to download the app for my pc and this error keeps popping up..how do I chose the drive i want to use?

After I close a game I opened in Meta Horizons, the game will just show a circle spinning and won't close on the App screen. I can't open game again until I restart computer. I saw others having the same issue, but can't find a solution. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hello,I'm having an issue with the Wander app on my Quest 1. I can no longer load user-generated content (photospheres), although Google Street View still works fine. Interestingly, my favorites—including saved photospheres—are still loading correctly.I read that the app recently received an update, but I don’t see any option to update it on my end. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t fix the problem.Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or does anyone know of a possible solution?
