If controller batteries do not charge or turn on, there is a hole to press a reset switch on the battery packs. Use a paperclip to reset the device for 12-15 seconds.i had done this step, it doesn't workusing normal batteries is finewhen i put it back to dock, it turn on only for a moment then turn off ( Only left controller)

Hi Im having a problem with the currency in my wallet, I have contact support and they have try several times but they are not fixing this issue, it started when I bought a £25 digital gift card I tried to add to add to the wallet but I got an error message saying that I couldn't redeem because the gift card was in a diffeerant currency to the balance of the walletand that I had to use that balance before I could use the gift card, and this is the problem the balanced of the wallet is 0.01 euro and I do not know why it is because I live in N.Ireland so the currency is GBP anyway support say I need to spend this (obv I cant cause games aren't 0.01) but I cant use the balance and another payment method either because any game I try to buy is GBP and it says I cant use the wallet balance to buy a game because of the currency difference , the support added money to the balance (25 so the wallet balance is 25.01euro) so that I could buy a game just with wallet but this doesn't wor

Interesting.   I'm sorry you experience this.  Seeing how you are experience this and I have not when I participate in VR I'm surprised, given my sensitivity.  Have  you ever felt the same way and if so under what circumstances or during what other experiences?  Please let us know the results will you?  

i dont care anymore i want either a refund or something done, i cant buy a controller i cant repair my controller theres no third party shops that even sell meta quest controllers cause meta doesnt sell them on purpese so they can get more money, i cant even get spare parts to fix my controller and the cherry on top is that i didnt even do anything to the controller, first it was the joystick but i kinda worked around it it was okay i guess and i used the other joystick for movement this ment i couldn't play many of the games but it was okay now its disconnecting constantly even after i opened it and cleaned it up from the inside theres nothing i can do other then to buy a new headset just for the controllers, how can you fumble a vr controller so bad that only after a few months of usage it just breaks like that and on top of that theres no way for me to get a new one, came on meta you gotta do at least something 

We need a new feature that we can set a pre-written message (video and audio if possible) and it should pop up upon starting meta quest. Really effective idea for such as perfect gift for someone and show them how close they are to the person who has gifted them.

Hey there,I’m not even sure where to post this, since there doesn’t seem to be a dedicated section for Ray-Ban Meta glasses here.Has anyone managed to buy the Ray-Ban Meta glasses recently (in the last month or so)? A few weeks ago, I got an email about a 20% off sale on the AI glasses and decided to buy a pair.I’d mainly use them indoors at home or in the office, so I obviously can’t go for the dark lenses. I joined the waiting list to be notified when the transparent or transitions lenses for the large Wayfarer model are back in stock, but so far, nothing. Just complete silence.I guess I’ll have to wait for the next generation. What’s frustrating is that I keep getting bombarded with ads to buy the glasses, but Meta has zero stock.Any ideas? Thoughts?Thanks!

Hi,I got my meta quest by my ex partner. he is still the primary account and im the second one. I have trouble my quest so i want to delet him or reset my quest so i can be the only account on it. I cant seems to find a way to do it., Any help ?

We just got a device for my son and I created my meta account and then a child account for 10-12. I go to horizon app and see my profile and try to add  his profile which is listed but we keep getting error-failed to add profile. Try again later. Very frustrating as we are following instructions in the email after setting up his account but nothing works. Please help

NomadsAnIsland  Maybe make sure you've disabled the Update before shutting down option in your Quest software update settings.  I only enable the security updates option btw.  Also, while the holding power button 5-10 seconds works ok, I mainly only use the standard power button 1-2 seconds, then power options/ shutdown.

This is my first time getting this kind of message. so i used rx580 when using questlink and i don't have any problem upgraded my cpu no problem too but when i changed my gpu from rx 580 to rtx 5060 it doesn't met the minimum requirement ?

Hi all. Im quite angry about meta about this. Although they dont negate that you can play with glasses under your Quest 3 they should Not permit it or do Not recommend it in any Form instead of saying "yes you can" to get more buyers. Yesterday i scratched my lenses although i usted the spacer on max Level (4). Played some hefty round Dungeons of Eternity and after taking them of I noted the scratch. The glasses rubbed against the lenses. Now im lost with my Quest 3, about a month old, with a Scratch on the right lens without any support or warranty (scratched lenses are not covered nor was PLUS available in EU)I know its my own dumb luck but im angry about Meta that they do not espacially inform about the Risks of using glasses although with Spacer on max, experiencing that the space is not really stable on lvl 4, feels like chinese craft or Bad design.Simply saying you can use glasses but you should use inset lenses, without any repair service available is in my opinión not User orie

I have gone to update to the latest version in Meta QUEST 3 and when I turn on the VR the menu appears and immediately restarts

The first times I charged the Meta Quest 3, it charged quickly. I've heard about 2 hours for full charge, and quicker of course in the beginning. That seems on-par with my experience. But now, after a couple of charges up to 50-80%, it suddenly charges super slowly. It went from 9% to 19% in almost two hours. I tried to connect it and disconnect it several times, but it still charges super slowly. It's now 20% (from 19%) in 15 minutes. What is going on? I'm using the official charger, but I did try with another one as well with the same result. What is wrong?

Over the past couple of days I have noticed that my quest 3 has started to experience some jitter. When I move from side to side, the menu and environment begin to twitch. When I move the controller the same thing happens. This happens both through the broadcast and in the quest itself. This has never happened before.

I'm trying to plan my first PC build and VR performance is really important to me. I can't find any specific reviews for the new AMD cards. Are there any out there yet? The cards seem great otherwise given the state of the GPU market so I'm really hoping they will be okay for VR

I have used this option successfully in the past, where I could send a request to selected friends and, once they accepted, I was able to reset my password and recover the account.However, now when I try to recover my account and tap on “Try another way,” instead of showing the trusted friends option, it directly opens Chrome browser.
